After what seems like a long time, Salena finally manages to respond, perhaps once more annoying Riley in the midst of her Gym bout. Sorry! Got distracted by the cat. Don't worry about the Police too much, they can never hold me for too long! >:3p
I'll probably end up seeing you guys when I see ya!

Riley takes a quick power nap and wakes up exactly where she last remembers being. Except she doesn't wake up. She just lays there, completely, deathly still. It doesn't even look like... is that girl even breathing? If anybody were to check, they would realize that, in fact, she isn't. Her heart isn't beating. Riley is dead. Oh shit. Can the gym claim responsibility for taking it too far this time? What will they do? Will they try to save her? Precious seconds ruthlessly tick by, and dead girls only get deader...

Several more minutes (maybe an hour or two) pass and nobody comes to check on Riley. Apparently, it's expected for her to take awhile getting out, and they are not monitoring her in any way, shape, or form. Better to get up and try to find a way out and stop playing dead.

Dangit! Playing opossum isn't going to cut it here, perhaps no one is even paying attention to her right now... Ugh, now Riley has to use her brain! How awful.
Riley once again rises and walks over to the hallway. She looks carefully at the floor, testing it out to find that, indeed, it is a treadmill. Interesting. Then, she turns to the wall segment and pulls it shut while she's in the hall. Perhaps the treadmill floor is activated when someone opens the door in the wall. Now that she is shut out in the empty hallway, Riley takes a few steps forward to see if that worked.

Nope. Turns out the treadmill floor works regardless of whether the door is open or not. Perhaps inspecting the floor more closely would reveal something new?

Let's find out! Riley takes a moment to further inspect the floor both in the hallway and in the room. 7t9S_jcY5d65d6

The room turns out to have a fake trapdoor underneath the mat you slept on. Clever. The hall, on the other hand, has very narrow strips along the edges that are regular wooden floor, not treadmill floor.

YES! Something useful! Okay, I can do this. Riley steps over the treadmill part onto the unmoving section of floor. Then, sidling carefully along the wall, Riley makes her way to the other side of the hallway. Incidentally, since she doesn't have any clothes, Riley's bare skin actually helps her adhere to the wall. As a result, she finds the task a tad easier than it might have otherwise been.

Riley manages to get over to the far side without falling on her butt. Once there, however, it turns out the whole thing was a ruse to begin with, as the 'door' was actually a very detailed, almost three-dimensional painting of a door on the wall.

Riley is exasperated, but she doesn't let it get to her. As long as she still has ideas, she can get out.
First things first, inspect the fake door. Then, go back into the room and check the fake trapdoor under the mat. Maybe they're fake fake doors designed to throw her off. Perception: YSY0h2Jq5d6

Both are entirely fake doors, it seems. Unless they're fake doors designed to look like real doors that are fake, but actually real? Bah, all this fake-ception is making your head spin.

Riley, ever the persistent one, simply forges onward. She inspects the room around her, the ceiling (because she fell down to get here, so she's probably in some sort of basement), anything that might provide a clue. Intuition: bj9T4WDB1d6 1d6

Hmmm. Ceiling is an option, but hard to reach for the 5'4 Riley. It's quite out of reach, it seems, at an estimated 5-6 inches above her. She'll have to find another way to reach it to inspect it more closely. In the meantime, the walls might have something! They haven't been checked yet!

Unfortunately, cursory examination of the walls provides no further clues.5d6

Riley can't seem to notice anything, but she's certain there's something here! She takes a break from all the sleuthing to re-focus herself with some healthy exercise on the treadmill. After about 15 solid minutes of running away her frustrations, she feels refreshed and ready to continue escaping (or rather, begin escaping...). Come on, I know you're hiding something, she says as she examines the walls closely.

Messing with the walls eventually reveals a very well-hidden passage. It doesn't go very far, but inside is a pull rope that opens a hidden trapdoor in the ceiling of the hallway. No ladder though, so you'll have to jump for it and hope you can grab onto the hanging door (as well as pray it holds your weight while you climb up).

Riley jumps as high as she can...but falls short, landing hard on her butt. Gonna need to do better than that, it seems!

Nope. Nada. Nothing. Seems like the goal is to get you to think of creative ways to get out.

Riley has an idea. She will once more sidle along the hall until she gets all the way to the end, where the fake door is. Then, she will jump onto the treadmill and start running, this time with the treadmill instead of against it, in order to gain enough momentum to help her jump and reach the hanging door.
