That's a no. It sort of tickles, though. Bronzor wishes it had arms as it uses Feint Attack. Future Sight strikes as well.

Oh! Another Pokemon to train on! Actually... Wait... Now that Eve thought about it... Yes, actually, Lia needed this Chansey. She'd only been with the group for little more than a week, but for some reason, she felt like Lia and Floyd were the type of people who could really make use of an in-house doctor.
"Alright not-Eevee! We're going to catch this Chansey! Use Psywave on it!" Eve declared as she hefted the shield-like Pokemon and frisbee threw it out, which probably took her standard action.

Chansey watches with interest as Eve chucks Bronzor into the dirt at her feet, causing its attack to blast nothing but dirt (or maybe some poor, burrowing ground type). It tilts its head curiously, then sings a little tune for Bronzor.

Misses upon misses! Except, Sing had an effect even when it missed. Bronzor rights itself drowzily, bust still awake, and uses Future Sight to make up for its unsteady state.
Eve joins the fray as well, knowing that Chansey is full of innate tankiness, and aims a Tri Attack.

"Ahhhh. No no no, don't hurt yourself!" Eve whines as Chansey makes a reckless attack. Although, she's not sure why she even worried as it seemed like neither party came out all that hurt. Being careful to keep an eye on the Chansey's health, Eve lets her Bronzor deal alll the damage this turn, via a Feint Attack used this turn and the Future Sight from last turn, while she Pokemaniacs the Chansey to determine level, type, nature, and abilities.

Chansey is level 36, Timid, with Natural Cure and Healer.
It definitely is hurt by the barrage of attacks, but goes in to slap that floating disc silly!
