Eve goes out to Saffron City, desperate to trade for some Eevee! Granted, she doesn't have much in the way of any Pokemon to trade... Just a Cloyster and a Jellicent. Eve tried trading the Jellicent for an Eevee first, nicely asking others who looked willing to trade.

This was brown but it wasn't the brown Eve was looking for. Still, she shrugs and accepts. At least it'll add something to the Pokedex for everyone.

Bronzor's level is the same as Relicanth's: 30. It is Rash, with Levitate and Heavy Metal.

Eve needed to do some looking through her pokedex to decide, but in the end, she declined the trade; Kaeda already had a numel.
Though, that declined trade was the last for the day for Eve. Chewing on the inside of her mouth, the Eevee maniac hung out in the trading square for a bit longer before walking out and away to... uh... somewhere.

After an accident trip, in both ways, into the void, Eve finds herself wandering the short route between Saffron and Vermillion.

Eve stares at the Burmy and make an "Oh!" face as she drops a fist into her other hand. "Oh!" she expresses what her face already says out loud, "I should have asked the others if they had any Pokemon that could use some training." As it was, Eve couldn't risk touching another Pokemon battle, lest her Pokemon reach a level where they get too cool to follow her rules, and no one wanted to see that. Seriously. Lea would dig up all the gardens and Ven wouldn't give anyone in the ranch any private time.
Still, it was too late now, probably. She could train the Bronzor she just got for Floyd, though. Actually, sure. Why not? Eve sends out the Bronzor to face against the Burmy. Well, assuming the Burmy and Bronzor accepted. "Alright you two. Would you like to fight each other for some possible experience?" Eve sensibly(?) asked the critters.

Burmy shivers in anticipation. Or is it fear because it's facing down a huge steel type? Hard to say. Either way, Burmy seems more than ready to fight.

On Burmy's turn, it will rapidly gather scrap and junk from the nearby road and whip up a "cloak" of sorts.

Bronzor uses Future Sight. It will do things later. For now, it just benefits from brutal and inspired training.
