Hmm...Victor mainly got blasted in the face, so that is where she should start. Still, he'd need to stop crossing his arms for a full treatment. "Victor, can you lower your arms?" She asked, getting some more ointment from the first aid kit Ezra no doubt was helping Gina with. No matter his response, she started by applying the goopy goodness to his face, then if he lowered his arms, his chest and back. If not, his arms and back, slipping under the cloak to do such. She was a resourceful girl; the medicine would still work applied to extremities, just slower.

Ezra hurriedly picked up the first aid kit and rushed after the bustling Gina. He assisted with a new dose of the astringent cream when needed. As Gina worked he heard Stone mutter something under his breath, it sounded strange. Might have been ten re-you beat-o, but he wasn't quite sure what that meant and if it had more to do with Stone's past or Gladius's. Stone had definitely relaxed a bit and Ezra was glad to hear him offer to be the navigator for the ship, things felt a bit more steady with him there. Nodding at the reaffirmation of the offer, he still wasn't quite sure it would be as simple as it seemed but Ezra had taken a shine to Wu and thought he'd give the man the benefit of the doubt. They definitely could use a bigger ship and a few supplies.

Wu's smile is emerging once again even as he clasps his hands behind his back, nodding. "Good, good. Already less stupid, the both of you. May be able to buy ship at Koolari, some folks look to offload old merchantmen there, or sell old ships to make barrels. Can net a pretty beli if done at right time. Now, you choose eggs, Wu gets egg warmer for pretty lady. And perhaps, before you leave, she can help Wu's tired old back?" He turns pleading eyes on Gina, stooping in an exaggerated fashion and gingerly massaging the small of his back.

I'm not going to say it was damage, but it was damage.

There was a wet splurch as Gina started working the ointment into Victor's face, his expression impassionate as his eyes rotated down to her face. It was the sort of expression a father might give a child working mud into his face. Unfolding his arms, he finally broke eye contact and chuckled. "Alright fine."
As the discussion turned to the eggs and business, and Gina continued her work, Victor eyed the eggs with incredulity. "I'll uh... Take the Magikarp I guess?". Precious tilted her head sideways at his ankle, and looked from one egg to the next before taking down the partially red one and comparing the color against her own. " Saur!". She announced. "Goodnuff.". Victor replied.

Ezra looked over the eggs for the first time trying to see if he had seen any like them before. He thought he recognized a few and he had a few theories on others. “The first one here.” He pointed to the blue one with concentric black bands edged with yellow. “Is a Clauncher egg.” Moving his finger, he pointed to the next in line which was blue and covered in yellow circlers that are quartered by blue Xs. “This one is a Chinchou.” He pointed at the third and fourth eggs in quick succession. The third was a dull dun color with darker brown spots and the fourth was bright yellow, with brown spots of varying size randomly dotting it. “I have no clue what these two are, not even a type.” Moving to the next in line he pointed at the fifth which was white with a thick blue band around the middle. “That’s a wingull. The marines usually give them out. They’re pretty common.” Pointing at the tan egg with odd bone shaped marks he said. “This is a ground type of some kind, not completely sure.” The next was red on the top with a thick black band and a base of dark grey. Which happened to be the one Stone had picked up. “That looks like a steel type to me. Might be a mighty strange magikarp.” The eighth and final egg still in the crate was dark blue with a thin wavy line belting the middle. “I think that’s a clampearl, I remember a village raising them for their pearls and I’m pretty sure the eggs looked like that.” Finally, he pointed at Gina’s Egg. “That’s most likely a fairy type of some kind, sorry but I don’t remember more than that.”
After thinking for a moment. Ezra reached down and picked up the Clauncher egg. “I’ll think that I’ll take this one. I’ve seen them do some interesting things.” He then stepped back to let Gladius pick one if he wanted too.

Now that everyone had said their piece, Gladius bent down and picked up his shirt, putting it back on, followed by his armor. 'It means trouble...,' he thought to himself, considering Gina's words...but, somehow, Gladius had lost his tongue. He walked over to where the others were examining the eggs. After some time he cleared his throat and finally spoke again.
"That one," he said picking up the egg with the bones on it. "Whatever it is, it definitely wants to be a pirate. It's practically got a Jolly Roger on its shell!," he said. The logic seemed sound to him.

Everyone else was choosing an egg, but Gina was perfectly happy with the one she traded for. Dolly seemed fine with it, too, pleased and motherly upon her perch. However, the barmaid did need some more of her special balls, which Wu had...Two should be fine. She chose two of the Premier balls he had on display, then went to gather her egg and birb from near the railing. Ezra had said this was most likely a Fairy-type of some kind; hopefully it and Dolly got along well.
...With everyone grabbing an egg, Gina was now quite glad she had 'negotiated'an egg warmer from Wu as well. The sooner these pokemon were out and about, the better. Gladius's brand and Victor's grudge likely spelled trouble for them in the future, and they'd need all the help they could get.

Wu smiles behind his pipe as you all pick out eggs, nodding. "Good, good. Should hatch in a few days. Wu hopes that you all take good care of these new crewmates. Now then, Wu will have your cargo loaded, and write out letters of credit to be cashed in when delivery is made to Shaw. Pick out anything else you need, and Wu will send you on your way." The man is as good as his word, his Timburr and Magnemite both working together to haul a number of iron-bound casks onto your boat; ten in all. Once everything is secured and you've picked out any last items to use credit for, Wu casts you off, giving a wave and a bright smile. "Good sailing and bright fortune ahead. Perhaps Wu will see you again sometime!" With that, the motley crew sets forth for Koolari Island. Chapter End Rewards: 45 Mon XP 2 TXP Letter of Credit to Brewmaster Shaw 10 Casks of Brew Spices
