Greg quickly gets too looking, but he spends a lot more time then he should just examining the stature. In the fisherman's mind, there must of been a secret switch on the stature somewhere, which would reveal the object they were searching for. Zo:
After a bit of a walk, Zo makes it to the lake. It’s quite tranquil, seeing as its mostly a secret to much of the students. No-one else is there, and the hole in the ice looks a little ominous while the surroundings are completely silent. While there are no other people around, there are plenty of things about. There are several boxes by the hole, and none of them would fit the description of a black bag. Two of the boxes are crates, but one of them is a larger trunk. They’re all wooden and look a bit dirty.
Greg & Trista:
All of Greg’s interest in the statue paid off, even if it was a bit misplaced. As he got closer to the statue, he spotted an odd bump near its base. Upon closer examination, Greg noticed it wasn’t part of the statue it all! Once he wiped away the snow, he realized it was actually a black backpack, though its anyone’s guess as to whether it was the black bag mentioned by Janus or just something someone forgot.

Looking around the lake and taking in the crates and cases on the ice, which he figures are supplies from someone ice fishing, Zo frowns slightly in thought, before nodding. Once more releasing Dorothy, he kneels down in front of her. "Alright Dorothy, same deal as last time, we're trying to find some sort of case or bag that's out of place. I don't think it's the crates over there" - he gestures to the hole in the ice - "but I might be wrong. We'll check them if we can't find anything else, okay?"With that, he gets up and starts looking around the area himself. Zo:
While Zo and Dorothy do their best searching for objects that are out of place, they don’t find much. They manage to find a few stray pieces of garbage, but nothing fitting what their looking for. Dorothy looks a bit sad by the development and looks up to her trainer for more guidance.

Zo looks down at the Patrat, smiling encouragingly. "Not to worry, Dorothy, we'll find it, I'm sure. Let's go check out the crates on the ice, shall we?"With that, he carefully walks over the ice to where the crates were located, looking them over to see if there was anything off about them, Dorothy helping him out. Vess grabs the trash bag out of the trash can and takes it a little further away from the door in order to hopefully give herself enough reaction time to look nonchalant if someone entered the alley. Then, she opened up the bag and took a peek inside.

Zo:
The crates look fairly normal as far as Zo can tell. One is filled with a clear bag of bait and a box of lures, while the other is filled with bags of different colors and sizes. There doesn’t appear to be a black bag within the array, though. Of course, it could very easily reside within the chest, but that’s locked shut.
Vess:
Upon looking inside the trashbag, Vess finds a fairly large black duffel bag inside. She also finds a bit of trash, unsurprisingly. Despite seeming to contain only a few items, its quite heavy and a bit hard to carry.

Zo sighs as he fails to find the drop in the crate, before eyeing the chest. Frowning a bit at the padlock for a moment, he slings off his bag form his back, rummaging around it for a moment before fishing out a small set of pins. Armed with these pins, he begins trying to pick the lock. Edu: Technology: ha|QsFaw3d6+1 Spending 1 AP Perception: 2d6 3d6+1·2d6

Zo:
After a lot of difficulty, Zo is able to open the padlock. Luckily for him, the lock wasn’t very high-quality. The difficulty came simply due to how cold his fingers are. Its a bit hard to perform fine motor functions when your fingers are numb, after all.
There are several items inside the chest, some more unexpected than others. The most mundane items in the chest are the two fishing rods, one much nicer than the other. There’s also a black down coat inside, but its shoved into a corner. One of the more unusual items is a large blue auger used for cutting holes in the ice. A few miscellaneous tools are scattered on the bottom of the chest as well. There’s also a first aid kit hidden under the coat. The only other thing in the chest is a black canvas tote bag. It’s zipped up so the contents aren’t immediately visible, but there’s nothing keeping it from being removed from the chest.

Zo ignores most of the contents of the chest, going straight for the black bag, carefully taking it out and opening it.

Zo:
The tote is quite light, and when Zo opens it, he finds out why. Inside are three uniforms, one for what seems to be an Olmia lab tech, a Pokemart employee, and a Pokecenter nurse. All three sets of clothes are clean and neatly folded into three different piles. They seem to be of an average size, and could probably fit most adults.

Zo takes in the content of the bag, not really impressed with it, though he understands the purpose. Putting the disguises back for now, he takes out the camera case from his bag and opens it as well.

Zo:
Inside the camera case is a small, silver gun along with a box of ammunition. The gun looks pristine, as if it has never been used before. The box of ammunition is also unopened. If you’d like to find out more about this particular gun, you can roll Perception. You can also roll Tech Edu for more generalized info or to take it apart.
This gun counts as a Long Range Simple Weapon with the Adept Weapon Move Bullseye. Please remember that it is technically illegal for you to own/carry this gun until you get a few more badges.

Vess grabs the duffle bag and slings it over her shoulder, walking away from the alley. She swings the bag around to her front and opens the zipper a small ways, trying to take a concealed peak at what's inside.

Zo:
In Zo’s opinion, the gun looks like a gun. The only thing out of the ordinary is that the serial number appears to be scratched off. While Zo isn’t exactly a gun-nut, that detail does seem a bit off to him. With the limited knowledge he has regarding firearms, he recognizes the weapon as a pocket pistol likely made by the Omega corporation. That last part was a guess, but they’re one of the few companies that still make weapons, so it was probably accurate.
Vess:
Vess can’t see all of the items in the bag, but from what she can see, it appears to be filled with tools, which explains the bag’s weight. She sees a crowbar, hammer, a pair of bolt cutters and some smaller items that she can’t quite make out. While Vess looks in the bag, she bumps into another pedestrian, hitting his hip with the bag.
The man is a gruff looking 20 or 30 something with large scars on his face. He’s wearing an official looking olive green jacket of some sort. Vess doesn’t recognize what the insignia and badges on his jacket mean immediately, but they look important. He has a bit of a surprised look on his face, but it quickly fades away. “Are you alright?” He asks, though it sounds a bit more like a demand. “Do you need help carrying that?”

Zo:
While Zo tries his best, he can’t figure out how to disassemble the firearm on his own. If he had more experience, a manual, or an expert, he might be able to figure it out, but by himself, the task was difficult and bordering on dangerous.

Zo, frustrated that he hadn't made any progress on dismantling the gun, sighs. "To hell with with it..." he mutters, as he wipes his prints of the gun before tossing it through the hole in the ice into the lake, throwing in the bullets (individually, making sure no prints remain on them) after it.
Having done so, he turns to Dorothy, petting the Patrat on the head. "Well then, that's everything. Thanks so much for helping me out there, Dorothy, it would've taken me a lot longer without your help, I'm sure. Now, I would like to ask you for one last favour." With that, he takes out the various uniforms. Quickly snatching most of the shiny objects (that didn't have too many clear identifying marks) for Lipwig later, he puts down the uniforms in front of Dorothy. "Would you like to shred these for me. Rip them apart as much as you want, go nuts."

Vess blinks a moment in surprise as she runs into the man, mentally cursing up a storm as she does so. Stupid, careless, worthless... "Damn it, I'm sorry, wasn't looking. I'm fine, really, mind just is somewhere else. I appreciate the offer, but I should be good." She musters as close of a thing to a natural smile as Vess can, which is mainly just a slight glimmer in her eye. "I'm stronger than I look. Once again, really sorry about that."Vess nonchalantly zips up the bag and holds it in one hand in a subtle effort to prove that the help isn't needed. Good-ol' Hay rolling without asking time! I think I'll roll a Guile to play it off cool and an Athletics to buffly hold the heavy bag like the buff chick Vess is. Spending AP on each of these rolls.
