The damage coming from the wild pokemon definitely was without a doubt painful to experience. An eye shutting close as Terra feels the strength, however seeing Queen being thrashed about as if she were a ragdoll makes the human growl out. Hands grabbing hold of the Tyranitar and focusing her anger into swinging the weight of the creature into the floor of the domed center and steps with a loud yell that echoes around the area. An attempt to get the pokemon to release her partner. Queen drops below half, to 2 HP. Turn held.
Terra responds by being hit with Tyranitar's attack with Vital Throw. Vital Throw Cannot Miss. AC 7, no crit boo. Damage: 30 Fighting Physical. +5 after Super Effective Damage is done from Belt.

Talon flashed as he ripped through the spirit in either direction. The ghost came in low, aiming the rounded point of a pommel for the side of Muku's knee. (If it isn't intercepted, slowed and paralyzed, 28 electric physical.)
Then follows this up with an upward swing that would have brought about a great deal of blood had it connected.

The knee gives way with a sudden crack that staggers her for a moment. Not jumping on that anytime soon! Instead, she sweeps out her arm in an inescapable attempt to give her pirartey foe a well earned crack on the ribs in a broad attempt to try and stagger him. Talon waits patiently for their turn at the end of the turn. Watching. Waiting. Preparing to strike once more. Muku biffs on Paralysis, uses Aerial Ace and Roughneck to massage down her foes' defense by 1 Stage. No crit.
Damage - 42 Flying Damage
Talon waits patiently for their turn at the end of the turn.

The Tyranitar loosed it's grip as Terra threw it off balance and staggering into the pillars. Battered, bruised, bleeding, Queen rose. She made eye contact with this opponent and clenched her toothy beak down on the stone she held.
With a sickening crunch her teeth threatened to give before the stone did, until at last it shattered and she began to glow. Massive wings grew from the back of the larger saurian Queen. Head and shoulders taller then Terra now, her thick, heavy spined tail lashed behind her

Muku's strike is intercepted by the crossing of those twin blades, and the ghost strikes at Talon with Swordbreaker twice for 25 and 37 Steel Physical. (This attack ignores Steel's resistance for the purposes of damage calculation.)

Breaking free of the blades before them, Talon breaks out with a twin set of strikes, streaks of purple that lash out their foe. They remain unbroken in spite of the blow. Muku herself attempts to strike, body still shaky and wrecked. But she fights! Fight, fight for justice! Fight because the dead must die! End of Turn, Shadow Snek, followed by Priority roll Shadow Snek.
AC 2 - Rolled 18 - 63 Ghost Physical Damage

AC 2 - Rolled 16 - 62 Ghost Physical Damage
Muku Acrobatics after failing her Paralysis Check.

A short wave of relief washes over Terra for a short moment as the shorter pokemon was dropped. Though it wasn't comforting to see the Nidorina in such a brutalized state. As the sound of teeth cracking against gem, red eyes widened as she was enveloped in a glow and grew! Taller taller, and wings! A shout of surprise leaving Terra's throat as she stared at the new form that Queen had taken. However they didn't have time for her to be in awe. "Let's do this! Don't let them get away with hurting you like that. Kick again!" Terra uses Expend Momentum to use 2 Momentum to roll an 11 on the second roll of Queen's Double Kick attack.
Queen's new Initiative is 15. Queen Activates Regal Challenge Ability.
Double Kick!
First AC: 19 vs 3+Eva Second AC: 11 vs 3+Eva
One Hit Damage: 30 Physical Fighting
Two Hits Damage: 32 Physical Fighting

Talon strikes with enough force to tear the weapon from the spectre's ephemeral grasp, the next blow stripping it of the other. The swords go clattering down the deck to rest amidst the ruined planks, glimmering faintly.
The ghost considered Muku with a fierce look of tired grace. He did not bow nor cower as Talon struck one last time. As the sword pierced his body, a deep, rich, hearty laugh filled the cave. The man who was not a man burst into motes of light.
In the end, there had only been the fight. One that had been longed for since time unmemorable.

Queen, using her powerful physique, locks arms with the Tyranitar, yanking it off balance to hammer it in the ribs with her leg.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!? THAT WAS MY DAUGHTER'S! IT WOULD BRING HER BACK TO ME!". The Pokemon bellowed, slamming Queen into one of the pillars, which set to wobbling. (75 Normal Physical and Queen is knocked prone.)

It takes a moment for Muku to realize what she had done. She stands lost in the moment as she takes it all in. She was starting to get it. The whole Ghost thing. They were ghosts because they lingered somewhere outside the scope of the normal living world. They were gone, but they weren’t an abnormal existence. Not the kind of thing she wanted to acknowledge. And Talon...
“They gave up a bit themselves to hatch you, right?” She asks, knowing that she really wouldn’t get a good reply. Talking to a sword rarely provided answers.
“Right. I bet he was strong. But we’re stronger. We’re still alive. That’s something.”

Back against the pillar, Queen takes some time to regain her balance and straighten her newer form up on her legs. A firm expression in her eyes as she readies another attack, legs going in for another impact from directly in front. "What do you mean bring her back to you?" Terra asks in a tone that demanded explanation. Confusion as how a stone in a bowl like structure could do that. Jumping upon the pokemon's back as it had no place to move away, and wrapping her arms about its neck in a tight hold. Instead of attacking, an attempt to restrain the Tyranitar to get some answers out of it. +2 on First AC check for Double Kick. 2 Momentum to roll 11 on the second AC check. First AC- nat 1 Second AC- 11 1 Hit Damage: 37 Fighting Physical.
Terra goes for a Grapple Maneuver (don't know if Tyranitar is counted as flanked due to Queen) AC- 6 vs 4+Eva. Opposing Athletics Check - 22
Terra tries to intimidate the Tyranitar to answering her question. Intimidate roll: 20

The beastly Pokemon sags after the second impact, staring hatefully at Queen. "The bird that sees things that could be. It told me if I found the rainbow buried in the mountain and brought it closest to the sky, my daughter would come home." The rock type fell heavily back onto its haunches.

In a rare display, Talon released Muku's arm, and floated to where the two discarded swords lay. It fixated on each in turn, then point down did a slow turn. It was dead silent now. Nothing more came to greet you. It flipped the hatch for the hold open with its scarf deftly, then descended.

Muku’s face winces as she kneels down. Everything ached. Why did everything have to ache? She of course, knew the truth to such a question, but one startling revelation was enough for one day.
The swords before seemed old. Older than her. Most things were older than her now that she thought about it. Talon couldn’t; no wouldn’t stay by her side forever. Sparing a passing glance as her sword companion haunts below deck, she picks up the pair of blades lying here. May as well not leave them to rust further.
She turns to follow. Besides.. Maybe there was a spare hat and coat beneath the deck too. That dead guy had style!

With the Tyranitar now down, Terra gives a motion with her head to let Queen know that they were done attacking for the time being. A bit surprised at how fast the heavy creature answered.
Listening with a thoughtful expression on her face, the girl only let up her grapple some, not yet releasing her grasp. She remembered occasionally seeing those birds. Annoying in the fact they were not easily chased from her territory. "Is that so? Did it say how?" Terra inquired. Curiosity piqued by this, the birds were always mysterious in how they spoke.

At this, Terra's captive became visibly distraught. "It said I would not know her. That we would be enemies.". The Tyranitar closed it's eyes, raking at the stones with its claws.
Below deck, Muku finds a skeleton rimed in salt, in an old oilskin coat laid round a tricorn hat with the foremost corner trimmed by a gold raptor's beak. Under the coat itself is the spirit's most prized goods. Talon lifts an emblem from amidst these items, and lights from within.
(Muku receives a captains hat and coat. The Hat functions as Sunglasses and can be used as a Flying Gem once daily. The Coat may be activated once daily as a Swift Action to use Trick or Treat on the wearer. While Ghost-typed, they gain Sky 5, Breathless, and Dead Silent. We will be discussing Talon before continuing.

There is another long pause as the human mulls this over. The sound of claws against rocks beneath the pokemon reached her ears. Terra decides to release the large captive, before stepping around to face them head on. "That's cryptic and pretty useless information of trying to know. Considering that anyone entering territory would be an enemy, right?" Terra asks with a huff through her nose and crossing her arms across her chest. Red eyes showing the agitation of being told what the Bird had said.

Behold Muku, the bones of the dead. They were less impressive than they were as an incorporeal ghost man, but most things happened to be less cool when they were just bones. The coat and hat however seemed to be in disturbingly good condition for having been kept in a sunken ship for who knows how long.
Then again, was she really the type of person to question that? No. No she was not. Muku lives in a world where dragons can suplex you and mice can shoot lighting from her cheeks. The miraculous survival of one helluva good coat and hat was literally the last thing she needed to worry about.
Gingerly taking them off of the ghost’s corpse, it’s then she sees the gem. She shakes the left over gore inside the hat and places it atop her head. Fits like a glove, though desperately in need of a wash. Tossing the rest of her new attire over her shoulder, she outstretches her hand to Talon.
“You’re probably going to have to give me the weird evolite mud thing first. But this what we’re looking for, right?” She says, gesturing to the gem hidden in the skeletons horde.

"You understand then." The hulking stone reptile rose stiffly, moving to the now empty pedestal. "...We left her all to her own little territory, inside of our own where we could keep an eye on her. Deal with anything that might have been truly dangerous... but then men came." A long slow exhale through her nose. "We watched them herd the weak and small... knock the birds from the air, dig through nook and cranny. Anything strong enough to hold its own was swarmed. Our mountain was quiet after that. She was gone."
The Pokemon's head settled where the stone had rested. "Do what you want. I am beaten. It is your territory now."
As the glow subsided, the two weapons Muku had collected crumbled away, and Talon divided. Now two weapons with a wide, slightly curved blade. The guard bearing a clutching claws motif, and a set of etchings along the blades themselves, that when crossed, displayed a human skull and two bones in an X that followed the edges of each blade. The Pokemon settled in near Muku's flank, more content then she had ever seen it.

These words would leave the girl silent for a while, her mind going over this information. "Men in black? With shocking sticks and ropes?" Terra asked her voice holding a sour note as she thinks back to when she was taken from her own territory, an arm wrapping about her middle in thought, the other bringing a hand to rest against her chin. It seemed possible? As unlikely as it was to be right. The memory of her encounter had her grip at her shirt at the anger she felt.
The mention of the mountain being her territory, she frowned. "I didn't come to take the land from you. I came because my friend, was focused on coming here. And I wanted to help her get stronger, so that we both would improve." Terra states calmly motioning to the newly evolved pokemon first. Before moving to the other side of the stone and watching the Tyranitar with a silence falling between them.
