Everyone heads on back! Upon arrival, Victoria is quite surprised to find a message from Aima, along with a strange talisman. The letter indicates that she managed to get a message out to Shaymin through Celebi and were given this talisman. They never actually saw either of the Mythical Pokemon, but given that the talisman in question appeared mysteriously with no other possible explanation, Aima is inclined to believe it was due to her/Victoria's request.
The letter also states that (surprise of surprises) Miyako will be dropping by with her own way of helping. She claims that she may have discovered a method of containing these 'dungeon bosses' (as Victoria/Whitney put it), and wants Victoria to test the prototype if she gets the chance. If it works, then Victoria ought to be able to prevent that basilisk-thing from harming anyone else by way of containing it in a Poke Ball-like object (it was the best type of thing she had to work with). The reason it is being delivered in person is because of Miyako's paranoia concerning the government. She apparently doesn't trust the mail system to not be tampered with if she should send something like this through it. Miyako can be expected to arrive within the next 48 hours.

Well 'THAT' is a nice surprise. She takes the talisman. It's a little worrying as nobody gave an answer, just a mysterious talisman showing up, but she has to hope that it works out if she does indeed go back. And considering Miyako is hand-delivering a ball for her to try out, then now it seems like she more or less 'should' try.
But... waiting for Miyako shouldn't be too hard. She wanted to take some time for her team to heal, for herself to mentally heal, and to train the new bugs up. So she can sit here at the ranch and wait on the techy sister to show up!

At some point during this recovery period/training montage, May and Whitney have somehow acquired matching cheerleader uniforms. During one of Victoria's training sessions, they randomly walk up wearing these and begin to cheer on Vicky/her Pokemon, with May even being flung into the air for acrobatic tricks on occasion. Apparently she's the 'flyer' because she's so light (and because she isn't very strong compared to Whitney).

Victoria looks on this and blushes, half from embarrassment, half from the cute outfits. She walks up to them.
"Have you two been colluding to actually put this number on in these cute outfits for me? I thought you were joking!"

"NoPe!" They exclaim in unison, before bursting into a fit of giggling. Whitney explains that she poked her friend Mei-Ling, a professional cheerleader/Gym Leader from Kanto and got both of them these outfits. Even one especially made for May's gooey nature!
"We saw how down you were feeling after your battle with Clair." Whitney begins. "So I thought this'd be a great way to cheer you up! Literally!"

Whitney grins. "I was waiting to see if you'd ask about that!" She and May get into position and begin going through an entire cheerleading routine. Were Victoria not in awe of their talents, she might wonder when the heck they had time to do this. Yes, they've all been hanging around the ranch for awhile, but it's only been, what? A couple of days since Clair? That's some serious dedication!

She's in awe of the whole thing, and when Whitney and May finish, she solemnly sits back up from where she was, dusts herself off, and proceeds to walk away.
But that was just to gain some distance for a running tackle glomp into the cheer squad!

The answer to the first question is 'we found a way' and the second question merely boggles their minds.
"How could we not do this for you, Vicky?" May asks incredulously. "I'm your girlfriend, and Whitney is, at minimum, your 'bestie' (possibly even second girlfriend). Of course we're gonna want to do whatever it takes to help you get out of your depression! Regular cuddles didn't seem to help very much, so we went all out!"

Vicky feels her face really flush. She sits up on her knees to think for a second.
"I ummm... I mean..."
Her face is getting even redder now. She fans herself off.
"Is it getting hotter here or just me?"
The cute cheerleading outfits are certainly NOT helping this situation. She rubs her hot cheeks as she tries to un-jumble her thoughts.
"I mean... of course I'd be interested. Who wouldn't be? Being in the middle of a cute girl sandwich again and having all that love and affection from all involved..."
As a person who never thought more than one person would be interested her, her brain is having trouble processing all of this. But one thought is clear...
"I just... *phew* Ok. I think the only way I see it working is a big mutual love pile. An everybody loves everybody kinda deal."
She tries to breathe slowly, still clearly blushing at the whole idea.
"So you two aren't just 'my' girlfriends. We are all each others. So if you two cheerleaders could prove that, then yes I do want that."

Now that everyone is into the idea and they went straight to 'other' things, Vicky's nervousness has been quickly replaced by flushed feelings of another kind. She scoots over to Whitney as May is enveloping her. She gets to removing the cute cheerleading outfit.
"We'll just move these out of the way. May's rule is no clothes at the ranch anyway, right May?"
She smirks at Whitney's exposed form.
"So... how's it feel?"
