It's not as if Morty is going anywhere, and there's still a few months before the Silver Conference cutoff. Out on Route 38, Victoria happens to walk under a tree branch. When she does, she's nearly beaned on the head by a falling Sunkern!

She dodges out of the way as the Sunkern falls to the ground. She leans over to it.

Sunkern seems fine, as it hops back upright and...begins mysteriously floating a few inches above the ground. It chirps at Victoria before heading back into the trees.

The first thing one sees upon entering Route 39 is, of course, the MooMoo Farm. Layla was nice. It's only been like... a week since Victoria was here with Whitney though, so she'd probably be surprised if Vicky showed up.

It's not Layla outside tending the fields/Tauros herd at this time, seems it's someone else. Obviously another employee. They trot on over when they spot you. Turns out, it's some cute lil' eight-year-old cowgirl!
"Hiya, and welcome to the MooMoo Farm! What're ya here for?" She grins up at you, complete with gap-tooth smile.

"I met Layla with Whitney bout a week ago, just heading down toward Olivine and just thought I'd stop by, say hi, maybe pick up some MooMoo Milk. And see the Miltank too, hehe!"

"Oh! Yous a friend of Mama and Whitney! Okies!" The little girl immediately brightens. "I can takes ya to say hello to the Miltank if ya wants. Mama is actually in Olivine right now, selling MooMoo Milk. 'Fraid if'n ya wants some, yer'll have to talk ta Mama at the stall in Olivine." She babbles on for a bit before remembering she forgot to introduce herself. "Woops! I, like, totally forgot to introduce myself! Hehe!" She then grows silent, blushing furiously when she accidentally 'forgets' her 'cowgirl accent'. She manages to stammer out that her name is 'Kayla' as she quickly leads you to the Miltank barn so you can say hello to them (and she can distract herself from the embarrassing slip up).

Vicky tries her best to suppress her giggling as the accent slip-up happens, but follows her anyway to the Miltank.

Yes. Let's all pretend that slip-up didn't happen, mmkay? The Miltank seem to remember Vicky and are more than happy to greet her. Kayla was just about to let them out for some exercise anyway, so they are quite eager to say 'hi' to the human who was friends with the other two humans.

Oh no! It seems that a random Snorlax has taken the majority of the path to Olivine as it's napping place! You'll probably need to fight/catch it to get it to move, as it doesn't seem like anyone from Olivine has had a chance to come out here yet.

Seems there are daily ferries you can buy tickets for that go to and from Cianwood until dark. It's still mid-afternoon, so there's enough time to get one. Tickets cost 1000 PYen for a round trip.

She takes the free milk and puts it away with a 'Thanks!', but then turns back.
"Ya look a little bored out here, haha. Could I entertain you as a customer? I actually wanted to say hi AND stock up on milk."
