As the two are leaving for their match, Alex snaps and says, "Ahh shoot. I forgot the mulch. I have to run back to Grass real fast. I'll meet you guys in the infirmary." Alex takes off to head to Grass branch to see if Sage was still there.

"It's alright, this was a battle and you did say you were going to go all out." he said standing up "And if you're sure about that, I won't try to force money into your palm" he said chuckling "But honestly I couldn't have paid the guy who gave me most of this even half of what he gave me. I think it's just a sort of courtesy between trainers." he said heading back to the mess hall, stopping by the infirmary to get Rex Healed. Waiting for Alex to come see them.

"That's as may be, but you're a friend. I'll take money off those other folks, but between us I figure we can just have the loser cover the cost o' healing. That sound fair to you?" Sharp was nestled on her shoulder, looking flush with victory but also somewhat singed.

Alex walked into the infirmary. He told the others he would meet them here. He also needed details about the mission he had taken. Looking around, he tried to find one of the Alchemists that wasn't too busy. "Um, hello. Hi I'm Alex and I'm a practicing Alchemist myself. Well, Alchemist in training. I took a mission to help you guys retrieve herbs for burn patients. I just wanted to know if you had a better description of these herbs. I'm used to treating burns with Rawst Berry extract or even Lum Berry extract. I'm not totally familiar with the herbs." He said meekly towards the end. "I am learning more about botany now though so any information you can provide will help. Also, I was wondering if you happen to have any medical scrap around. We are going on a journey to the swamp and I could use some for field patching."

"Swamp first is fine by me. C'mon, let's go get Sharp patched up and meet Alex." Brooke made her way over to the infirmary, giving Alex a brief nod before going to deposit her Spearow with the healers.

One of the Healers in the Infirmary (where the medical scrap would be) hands Alex a list of plants they use in treating burns when berries aren't plentiful (or supplies otherwise run low). These plants are: Aloe Vera, Plantain, Gotu Kala, Lavender, Calendula, and Comfrey.

Leon walked in with Brooke, having heard Alex mention medical supplies "Would you object if I purchase some supplies for you to use, Alex? All the crowns in the world won't do me any good if you run out of things to help us, halfway through the swamp" he said offering to take on some of the cost.

"That works for me boss, but I don't know how much they have to spare, and if they need the crowns more or actual medical supplies." Alex turns towards the Healer that gave him the list. "What would you like? If you want, I can even look over and help a few of the patients you have now, just to relieve the work on you guys." It was worth a shot to ask to help out. He was an Alchemist after all, if not a great one yet.

The healer indicates they'd prefer the supplies if at all possible. If they were easily purchasable, they wouldn't need people to go collect more for them.

Alex thought for a moment. “Well, we haven’t gone to the swamp yet so I don’t have any of these on hand.” He snaps his fingers in the air and pulls his pack around. He rummaged through it for a minute and then found his tin that he kept his berries in. He pulled out the last one and presented it to the healers. “Here. Take this. It’s a Lum Berry. If you have a good Apothecary around, you can make a few burn heal patches. I’ll look for more when I’m out.” He said offering the berry. “That should help for now. Just give me whatever you think is fair in trade for scrap. That will help us more than the berry will in the near future.”

Yue walks into the infirmary, looking for Alex-nii-chan. "Alex-nii-chan? Are you in here?" Yue sees him talking with the healer. Oh! There you are! She runs over to him, cradling the paralyzed Bubbles in her arms.

Alex looks over to Yue as she enters ‘Oh there she is. Now we don’t have to hunt her down.’ Alex thought. When he noticed Bubbles acting strange he excused himself from the healer he was taking with. He walked over to Bubbles and did basically the same thing he did to Sharp earlier. Alex got uncomfortably close to Yue to look over Bubbles. “You guys and fighting with electricity. Chill out on the paralysis.” Alex was about to take out his first aid kit and then remembered that Leon had a paralyze heal on the table earlier. He didn’t see any other damage, so he asked Leon for the paralyze heal. Alex sprayed down the little ralts with the spray and gradually the paralysis started to fade. Alex turned back to Leon and said, “I owe you a paralyze heal. We’ll get one either on the way to or from the swamp. I just wanna save the other stuff in my pack for the trip. It could get nasty out there.” He then turned back to Yue and said, “All better now. Bubbles will be good to go in a moment or two. Did you get everything you needed to do done for the day? I think we’re going to head to the swamp and check around now if you’re ready to go.”

Yue smiles and holds up two pokeballs, releasing the newest additions to her team for the others to meet. "Everyone, meet Dukes and Dory!" She says, gesturing to the Buneary and Pidove. "Dukes is a warrior so no cutesy-stuff, alright? As for Dory...She's very, very forgetful...So anyways, did you guys get any new friends?"

Brooke smiled at Yue. "I had my eye on one, but I hit him a mite too hard when tryin' to catch him. Maybe I oughta ask you for help, you seem t'have it down pat. Hello, you two." (This last was addressed to the Pokemon.) "That reminds me, I haven't got a name for the fella they gave me yesterday. You got any ideas?"
