You have been anticipating this for a very, very long time. The idea of becoming one of the Legendary Seven Knights is a dream most people would kill for! You each individually were chosen to be sired by one of the Knights and were told very specific instructions on where to go. You were told to go to the North side of Stellarum Castle. There would be a station there where you were told to wait. Wait for what, you don't know but you do know this is your first day training under them. As you arrived, you realized there were at least six other people standing at the station waiting. One is a muscular girl, who looks as if she hasn't ever spent a day inside, looking around curiously, one is an anxious looking boy who is shyly standing in the corner, messing with some greenery, another is a scholarly looking boy sitting at one of the benches reading a spell book, another is a taller boy, standing and waiting with a glaive attached to his back, yet another is a boy with long back hair playing with a Ralts, one is an oddly fishy-looking person wearing what seemed to be his finest and trying to get everyone's attention and regale them with stories of his fight with the Kraktopus, and lastly is a girl wearing paint and food stained clothing sleeping in the corner.

The muscular girl began to pace back and forth now after she realized she was staring at the same piece of shrubbery for the third time. The large green pigtails atop her head standing out as they bounced around with her movements.. At the end of her short route she would cross her arms, tapping her feet against the ground before resuming her path. After a time she turned on her heel, hands on her hips and spoke out. Perhaps expected of her statue her voice was loud and carried well. "How long are we supposed to wait here? I'm starting to get impatient!...sorry I didn't mean to be so loud I'm sure they have a reason..." She quieted down quite a bit and seemed to focus on herself more, staying still and doing what appeared to be breathing exercises. Her hands were held evenly at stomach height, pulling forward and pushing out as she breathed, as though trying to calm down after her sudden outburst. Mid breath though she stopped and blinked before speaking again, at a much more reasonable tone of voice now, "Well since we are here and we're likely to be seeing a lot of each other maybe we should introduce ourselves to each other? My name is Aviss Shepard, I'm an aspiring wizard and it's a pleasure to meet you all!" She lifted an arm over her chest and bowed to the rest of the group, the warm smile never leaving her face.

Rinka was sitting peacefully to the side of everyone, playing catch with Calibur, his Ralts, using a small rock he picked up in his neighborhood. The two were both anxious, but were trying to stay calm and patient. Rinka sighed, and looked nervously at his friend. "I've waited for so many years for this moment, I can wait a couple more minutes....right, Calibur?" The Ralts did a confident, albeit cute fist pump, as if agreeing. Suddenly, a loud voice startled the two, and both looked behind them to see the source. A strong looking girl was complaining about the wait, but appeared to have calmed down. He could tell she was strong both because of her muscular body as well as the the fact she was doing some rather fine breathing exercises, evidence of a trained body and mind. Rinka quickly hoisted Calibur onto his shoulder, and trotted over to her to say hello. "Hello. I'm sure it'll only be a while longer. Knights as incredible as them probably need to ensure everything is properly prepared. Anyways, my name is Rinka Mikawa. I'm training to be an Aura user, so I can be a strong, valiant knight!" Rinka happily strikes a small pose, as if he's been trying to practice one for days. "And this is my trusted blade, Calibur. Say hello, friend!" The Ralts smiles and waves at Aviss, striking a similar pose to Rinka. "I hope we can get along, fellow knight!" Rinka politely bows to the girl.

The fishy-looking boy paused, looking a little irritated to have his story interrupted by the muscular girl's outburst. Anyone from near the coast might recognize him as a merrow, one of the seagoing fish-people with a rather checkered reputation. As she calmed down, he grinned, showing a mouthful of sharp teeth. He started to speak up almost immediately when she was done, but the quiet boy with the Ralts beat him there. He cut in right after that, though.
"Time for introductions? Well, then! My name is Sawyl Morgan." He executed a deep, formal bow with a flourish of his arm, more like one would expect in a ballroom than a courtyard full of would-be knights. "Son of the Pirate King of the Eastern Sea! Reformed now, of course," he added quickly, with just the slightest bit of a grimace. "Right now I'm a knight candidate just like everyone else."
Only better dressed. But he kept that thought to himself.

A few moments after arriving, Egon had already lost himself in his own little world: there was the Lum Berry planted in the Runic Grower his mentor had left him as a farewell gift to check, seeds to collect, Micah to groom and a thousand other little things to deal with. In short, when the girl took center stage and attracted everyone's attention with her shouting he was blissfully unaware of the crowd that had gathered in the station. He also was elbow-deep in Paras, very carefully harvesting the pokémon's mushrooms to fill the small bag cheekily labelled "Does This Smell Like Stun Spores to You?" That's not an activity you want interrupted by a sudden shout: he jerked around in surprise, spreading a small cloud of spores around his location. Fortunately there was nobody else close enough to be hit by the burst, except a little-too-curious bird that barely dodged the sporexplosion.
"I.." when did all these people get here? "..I'm Egon." His voice had faded into nothingness by the time he was finished speaking, leaving the statement with a feeling of incompleteness. The short boy got up and dusted his hands on the earthen-colored clothes, adding yet another stain to the growing collection. Perhaps they weren't earthen-colored to begin with, but now there was no way to tell. "It's a pleasure to meet you all." Once again he sounded like he wasn't entirely sure of what he was saying, almost as if ending every phrase with the hint of a question mark.
Then, seeing as if everyone else around him was doing it, he stiffened and offered to the others gathered a very likely candidate for "Most awkward bow of the year".

Bryant chewed slowly on a blade of grass and rested himself against a wall, smiling slightly. There were a lot of interesting personalities in the group and he could already tell he wouldn't get bored. He gave the twitchy green-haired girl a teasing look.
"Knights are human too, you know. They probably have some issue to deal with that is taking just slightly longer than what they thought it would" he told Aviss.
He spat out the blade of grass nad walked towards the others, stretching as he walked.
"Bryant Eisenwald, nice to make your aquaintance everyone. I guess we'll be seeing a lot ofveach other for now on"

Quill was thankful for the benches as he wanted one last thorough read through his library book. He figured the best way to ensure it's return to the Academy would be through Professor Maxima herself. The book was one of the least popular in the library, in that Quill was pretty sure he was the first to check it out. It was more rambling journal than spell book, but a few interesting (albeit useless) hexes were scratched into the margins of this Wizard's descent into mad hermitage. He had heard from his professor that there were still a few scholarly discussions on whether the author's ramblings were even true. But Quill had spent his journey trying to decipher the story more than he had paid attention to the spells.
As he flipped through the pages, Quill occasionally flicked his hand and a small glow would glimmer from the book's pages. It was a little study trick Quill learned from one of his upperclassmen. As he mumbled the quick incantation, all of his notes and all of his markings in the book quickly disappeared. For the amount of books Quill liked to check out of the library, this spell was a lifesaver.
Thankfully the spell didn't require much concentration as one of his peers nearly interrupted his casting with her outburst. He looked up from his book to see the other candidates introducing themselves. Whenever there was a pause in someone speaking, Quill tried to hurridly finish removing his notes from the book. It was after a boy named Egon introduced himself that Quill had finished. He placed the book down on the bench and scurried over to the other children, walking over just as another boy, Bryant, introduced himself.
"My name's Quinton Granger, but call me 'Quill,' most everyone does." he said with a beaming smile. "I'm only twelve years old, but I've been studying at Arcanus Academy for a few years now."
Though definitely not on the level of awkwardness Egon used, Quill gave the others a quite unrefined bow.

As you introduce yourselves, you notice the girl in the corner is tossing and turning every time you speak. After Quinton speaks, the girl raises up suddenly and begins stretching. "Jeez, you guys are loud," she says, picking herself up off the ground. "I know you guys are living the dream but if your dream interrupts mine, we have a problem,". She looks around at the group of people gathered, stopping for a couple of seconds on Sawyl and then continuing. "My name is Elizabeth Monte, for anyone who cares,". After that is said, she goes to the same spot where she had been sleeping before and falls face-first into the dirt and begins snoring. As that happens, one of you notices a carriage approaching. The carriage is inlaid with gold and silver and has the mark of a Pyroar standing above several other Pokémon. The carriage stops in front of the station and a man steps out. He is very formally dressed, his hair is arranged in a pompadour, he has a thick black beard, and he seems to be much taller than the rest of you. He begins to speak with a slight Kalosian accent, "Hello, my name is Oswald de Flemings, chamberlain for the 7 Knights,", he bows before he speaks his next piece, "I have been sent to gather the protégés for their entry into Stellarum,".

Aviss gave a short little hop, both of her feet lifting into the air as she extends her fists into the air above her. "Finally! I can't wait!" She stepped forward and blinked, staring at the carriage a bit closer. "I think this carriage is fancier than my entire house was..." She looked it up and down, but despite her enthusiasm didn't seem to want to be the first to board it. She distracted herself by bowing to Oswald and thanking him, hoping that someone else would get on before she did.

Calibur cheered for the carriage's arrival as Rinka finished bowing to all the new faces one by one. He then turned his attention towards the carriage as Oswald was speaking. He had heard that knights lived extravagantly, but this was far beyond anything he had ever imagined. And it was just a carriage! What were their actual homes like? "A-Ah, it's nice to meet you, sir. Thank you for coming to get us! So then, everyone, shall we?" Rinka spoke calmly and clearly, but was trying hard not to stare at the man's pompadour, as he'd never seen that hairstyle before. It didn't stop Calibur from being mesmerized by it though.

That was one fancy carriage if Egon ever saw one. He hurriedly disappeared all the knickknacks he had scattered all around himself in the impressive collection of pouches, pockets, satchels and other thing-holding-things he was armed with, then approached the vehicle and the man.
Why not send them directly at the castle if that was the destination? Maybe they just didn't want to herd kids, and getting them all together in another place was simply easier. He sort of wanted to ask, but then decided against it. "Thank you, sir." Instead, he settled for the meek politeness he usually defaulted to when in a new situation.
And there was a lot of new going on.
Seeing no reason to delay further he nodded at Rinka's question and proceeded to follow the man's instructions.

Sawyl glanced around as the others introduced themselves, giving the sleepy girl a strange look. He had no idea how she could sleep at a time like this, honestly! There was so much going on, Sawyl didn't think he could have slept if someone had paid him.
Okay, maybe he could have, then. It would've been tough, though.
He tried not to look too impressed by the carriage as it rolled up and... well. The chamberlain was very impressive, but that was some haircut he was wearing. Sawyl wondered if that was in style in Kalos right now. He didn't think he could pull it off, personally - and it'd fall into his eyes the first time it got wet, too. "Thank you, my good man!" Sawyl bowed in return, a touch condescendingly, and ascended into the carriage like he rode in one of these things every day.

Quill was a bit shocked at Elizabeth's introduction, but he was more shocked at her faceplant. For a second he was frozen in concern, but hearing her (rather loud) snoring caused him to sigh with relief.
However, his attention was drawn to the magnificent carriage before the group. Though he heard the chamberlain speak, he wasn't able to actually listen to the announcement as he was too enthralled with the shining metals decorating the carriage. He managed to snap out of his daze by the time a few of his peers commented on carriage and spoke to the man in front of it. He was about to step forward but paused and quickly turned around. Quill raced back to the bench and retrieved his library book, stuffing it under one of his arms as he returned to the group.
He passed by Elizabeth again and stopped. He watched her for a minute, unsure if the newest commotion had woken her up. He quietly made his way over to her and leaned over her body, hand outstretched. "Umm, miss Elizabeth. We seem to be leaving now."

Bryant smiled when the carriage pulled over. He might not have shown it but he was getting tired of waiting as well. He walked towards where Elizabeth laid prone and nudged her slightly, trying to wake her up. He nodded to Quill, trying to tell him not to worry and that he'd take care of their last companion
"Hey, our ride's here. You can sleep in the carriage" he told her as he shook her slightly.

Elizabeth groaned when Bryant shook her awake. "Why is it necessary to have me be a part of...". She trailed off when she saw the carriage and Oswald. "That's one of the few times you'll ever have an excuse for waking me up,". Elizabeth walked to the carriage and got in first. Taking the farthest corner seat, she closed her eyes once again. Oswald gave a slight smile and looked over to the six of you. "Please join me," he said as he gestured for the 6 of you to get in. As you enter, you take notice of the cloth seating and designs of iron and gold on the inside. Someone obviously put a lot of time into it. As you all sit down, Oswald calls to the Rapidash pulling the carriage, "Mary and Marie, take us back to Stellarum,". They begin to trot towards the Stellarum gate. Oswald calls back to the six of you, "I hope you enjoy your time with the staff of Stellarum and if you ever have problems, let one of us know, ". As you ride into the city, you see merchants and mages selling their wares in stalls which carry the likes of which many of you have never seen. The people see the carriage ride by and cheer for the arrival of the squires. Soon, you can see tall iron gates quickly approaching. They are stamped with the same insignia as on the carriage. Oswald calls back again, "Welcome to Stellarum Castle!,". A white castle that seems to reach towards the sky sits in front of you, with greenery stretching for miles. It's pretty impressive. The carriage stops in front of the gate. Oswald hops out of the carriage and opens the door for the seven of you. "Feel free to tour the grounds for a little while as I inform the Knights of your arrival." The gates open as he says this and Oswald walks towards the castle.

"Wooooaahh!" Rinka looks up at the magnificent castle with glee. The cheers, the extravagance, the massive castle....this was really happening. He could barely believe it before, but now he was fully realizing this was real. "Come on everyone! Let's explore!" He was the first to hop out of the carriage, and immediately began exploring the area around the carriage. He wanted to be ready for when the knights finally arrived, so he didn't want to far just yet. His Ralts happily jumped to the ground and skipped along after him, curiously looking at every little stone and shrubbery.

Sawyl didn't even try to pretend he wasn't just as glued to the window as everyone else, watching the motley crowd that filled the castle town pass by - cheering for him, too! Okay, theoretically for all of them, but frankly, in Sawyl's mind any and all cheering was for him.
He was shocked into speechlessness, a rare enough event on its own, as they approached the castle. Cassiopeia was full of opulently decorated mansions and manors, but even there he'd never seen anything to compare to Stellarum Castle. He was still staring upward as he stepped out of the carriage; it took him a moment to recover his composure. "Yes, well, of course I've seen castles like this all the time," he said, to no one in particular, as if anyone would have believed him anyway.

The louder the cheering got, the deeper Egon's face seemed to sink inside the collar of his clothes, not unlike a turtle. Unlike a turtle however said collar wasn't exactly built to conceal the embarrassed blush that was making his cheeks positively glow red. When the carriage stopped he was among the last to step out, cautiously peeking from the door before getting a foot outside. With all the attention that had gathered on him during the trip he wanted to dig a hole and disappear. And at the same time he wanted to go and get lost in the miles of greenery he had seen while getting here. And at the same time he couldn't wait to meet the knights.
It was all very confusing.
For the moment he just wandered a bit around the courtyard, exploring but keeping both the carriage and his companions in sight. From the looks on most of their faces it would have been pretty useless to ask if anyone had already been here.

Bryant hops off the carriage, yawns and scratches the back of his head before making a sideways motion with his hand to summon his partner pokemon Alessia. He looks up to the castle and is finally hit by the magnitude of the construction. He had seen the castle from afar before, but nothing was quite like seeing it up close.
"And to think i'm going to be staying here for the forseeable future.. Life sure is full of surprises, isn't it?" he thought to himself as he let his eyes roam through the massive grounds.
Hearing Sawil's rather bad atempt to play it off as nothing special he grinned at the merrow youth.
"I don't think there's that many castles in the sea, Sawil. Stop trying to play it cool. How about we go exploring? Rinka and Egon sure seem up for it" he said in direction of the carriage.

Aviss couldn't stop herself from staring ,her mouth agape as she looked on in awe. When they finally pulled up and stopped she shook her head, giving her cheeks a small slap. She practically leaped out of the carriage, a portal appearing while she was mid jump, a small but very fluffy pokemon in her arms by the time she landed. "Look Merlin! We're finally here! We're actually at the castle!" She beamed as she looked around, the sheep pokemon in her arms. Merlin didn't seem to mind the way he was handled, or the new surroundings however. The pokemon wiggled a bit, bleating out its name as it panned around to examine the surroundings, tail dangling and bouncing back and forth.
