Jane shuffles out of the way of the hammer and then steps back. This was better! Even if she hadn't managed to score a solid hit, he wasn't doing much better at the moment. Nie was out though - and to a fire attack too. That made things a bit more concerning. But maybe she could shenanigan herself out of this?
"Stop dodging you silly tin-can!" she called out the knight and flung another pester ball his way. Man she really needed to start practising her throws! Maybe dodgeball or something?

Welp... Jane sighed as another ball went wide. That hurt her pride almost as much as that hammer hurt the rest of her! But you know that they said about trying the same thing over and over again - yeah well f-that! Eventually he'd *have* to waddle into her line of fire, even if purely by accident!

Osore intercepts the Pester Ball. (Provokes AoO by moving)

Sam cries out in disappointment as her foe ignores her and slithers off to do something else. What's even worse is that the new foe appeared at a cowardly distance away from her! Fuming the small pokémon wanders towards the battle that's currently taking place a bit too far away for her tiny feet to really get into the thick of it.
Instead she settles for sinking her jaws into the behind of the pesky trainer that dared to place his pokémon so far away! Then she gives the Slaking a vicious look to let him know that he was next!

Finding herself in a bit of a predicament caught between a hammer and an ape place Jane decides she wants out of it. Now! First she needed some way to distract that big one - then she'd just make a run for it hammer be damned!

Brad turns his attention to the Serperior and swings away!

Sam is tossed about by the Earthquake but the tiny pokémon wouldn't be defeated so easily. And she was determined to prove herself by defeating this titanic foe that shook even the ground. How? By tenaciously gnawing at its ankles of course!

Seeing as the little knight had decide to ignore her stern glare Ana feels that it is only right if she does the same to his blow and slithers out of the hammers path. She casts a worried glance at Sam as she is thrown about by the earthquake but calms down when the small pokémon still appears to have plenty of fight left in her.
That left only the matter as to what Ana herself should do. She briefly considered sucking some energy out of the nearby warrior - but she was already full! So instead she decided to invest a bit into future rounds and gathered her strength!

Sam flails her arms at the monkey in frustration. Not only was it hard to bite the damn thing without getting stepped on - now it was polishing its nails too! What was really going on here?! Maybe a Bite will snap it out of it!

Chip Away? More like shovel away - there wasn't much on Sam that a Slaking could *chip*. At the very least it wasn't an earthquake! The next time the big pokémon tried anything funny she was ready and tried to bite his fingers! Hah!
