One of the bandits's muscles seem to be too tense for it to do much, but he manages to drag himself into melee with the furthest canine. The other turns at the party and cries "Who are ye people!" with a holler as it attempts to kick another dog in the head!

Fleur decides now would be a good time to get in on the action. Rushing forward, she shines with a shimmery sheen that seems to make her grow a teensy bit more powerful.

Arwain continues hopping her way forward steadily, but she hasn't built up enough charge yet for another bolt of electricity, and nothing else she can do has quite enough range to reach the remaining dogs.
For her part, Maela advances steadily, slipping through the gap between Elys and O. on one side and Kel and Fleur on the other. She whistles sharply to catch the attention of the nearest of the green dogs, pursing her lips as if she's blowing a kiss. To the bandit's question, she calls back, "Let's save the talking for later!"

As Lana stays in sync with Maela, her shield-bearing allowing them to move together as a single force, she turns her eyes on her primary companion once again. "Kel, take the corner and start hammering at the one nearest!" she shouts, pointing to the small electric canine just ahead and to their right.
With her renewed energy, Kel makes her blade-arms sing and rushes the foe, slicing at the short green fur as they'd targeted dummies in training so many times.

The quaking ground caused by Bryn proves extremely effective against not only the canines, but also the men. Two of the green canines, the black dog and one of the men seem to lose their footing and faint upon hitting the ground. The last man is not doing too hot either, looking like the quaking broke a leg. The final canine, recognizing a lost opportunity, tackles the last bandit to knock it down before being shrouded in electricity and dashing away.
(Each member gets 40 Pexp and 1 TEXP. Half of the Pexp has to go to an active participant of the battle. Three Electrikes, one Houndour and two men are KOd and heavily injured, while the last Electrike has fled and you do not see it anymore)

O. makes his way forward slowly and with a little pain, reminding himself next time to pick up some salves for getting rid of the aftershock of electric attacks. He reaches down to scratch Bryn's head as he passes toward the bandits. "Good job buddy, you showed them."
Turning back to his companions as he reaches into his pack for his rope O. asks, "So tie the bandits and their dog up, and drag the other dogs into the forest so they can run away when they wake?" Even before anyone answers, O. does start moving both bandits over to the nearest tree at least, being very careful with the one who might have broken his leg with Bryn's attack.

Maela frowns as it occurs to her that none of them are the most skilled in first aid. That seems like a severe gap in their skillset. Maybe she should try and get some practice in that regard later... though who she could get to instruct her, she's not certain.
"I'd hoped we could get some information from these two, or at least that we could try." Maela didn't know whether to hope their gratitude for being saved (or the intimidation factor of taking down the green dogs) would outweigh whatever loyalty they had to the rest of their gang. In any case, it was a moot point now. "I don't think we can spare the time to wait for them to wake up now, though."
She scooped Arwain up in her arms again, murmuring, "Good job, girl." She looked back up at O. "Do you think we can tie them up without hurting them further? Even if they're bandits I'd rather not do any unnecessary damage."

Morgan quietly purses his lips as he retrieves one of his lost arrows. "We might not have enough time for that kind of care. I'd be surprised if those at the bandit camp haven't heard us yet."

After moving the least injured bandit to the tree, O. looks back at Maela before he moves the other, "Sorry Maela, I forgot how strong Bryn can be sometimes. The tying them up is easier, I was going to tie their hands behind their back, and then to the tree so that they couldn't run away when they come to. I don't think it can hurt them further by tying them up, unless more wild Pokemon wander over." O. says looking in the direction the last canine had run off in, just like he himself could do on occasion.
"But Morgan is right, these were either scouting back down the trail they came to make sure villagers didn't follow them into the woods, or sentries posted around the camp. Someone probably heard that scuffle."

Lana nods. "I wouldn't want to risk the path to our objective getting more muddied simply because we'd rather these ruffians be more comfortable," she says with a sigh. "I have to agree with the others. We're not going to go out of our way to worsen their injuries, but I don't think we can spare the time to take extra care."
To be honest, it was difficult for her to feel any sympathy for these men at all, though she did keep her companion's wishes in mind as she helped move the wild Pokémon out into the bushes, murmuring praise to Kel for their first successful field battle all the while.

O. moves the bandit with a broken leg over to the tree and ties him up next to the first bandit. O. stands, wiping his hands off on his leggings to remove any dirt or blood he gained when moving the bandits. "Well now that we have two of the bandits tied up, I guess its time to go get the rest." O. then looks around for any more sign of where the bandits he had tracked headed toward, or where these two came from.

The squires continue along a more established path, one that seemed to be the result of many people walking this route consistently. They noticed that the vegetation was starting to get a little less dense as they walked.

"Kel, scout," Lana orders quietly, allowing the Pawniard to take off to the lead of the group while she continues holding up part of the rear. "We're likely getting close-- doesn't seem as wild around here, don't you think?"

As the crew keeps moving some of the squires start hearing what sounds like voices and approaching footsteps!

Maela puts a hand out with a quiet "shh" noise - even she can hear the sounds from up ahead, distracted by their surroundings as she is. Arwain has gone very quiet and still, cradled in the crook of her other arm. She steps off to the side of the trail, hoping to get a better view of what's ahead before rushing into things. She hopes the others will follow suit rather than charging in. She's not whether to expect a group of the bandits to be coming down the trail toward them, or just to find that they've finally reached their camp. Granted, Maela isn't the best at hiding... Morgan gets the right idea and follows Maela's lead almost immediately. He didn't trust himself to hide well. That just really wasn't his area of expertise yet. But, he did trust Fleur enough to give her a quick signal to run off into the woods and keep an eye on things. They had a technique they were working on; now might be a good time to try it, should things go south.

Lana is slow enough to interpret Kel's warning that by the time she realises someone is approaching, she doesn't think she can hide convincingly enough. Instead, she thinks quick-- she lets down her hair and drapes her scarf twice around her waist, hoping her thick locks would be enough to hide the shield as she kneels near the side of the road and begins to pluck some flowers, singing softly to herself. Kel, understanding the ruse, hides in the bush nearby. No sense being completely caught unawares, if things took a turn for the worse. Hopefully at best she'd be a bit of a distraction and her companions could get a jump on them if things went downhill quickly. Not even going to try and Stealth, it would be an awful idea for her. O. stops as he hears the voice coming toward them and looks around at his fellow squires and notices most of them are heading off to the side of the trail, while Lana now seems to be gathering flowers. However as he starts to follow them off the side of the road the electricity from earlier courses through his body again, making him almost trip into the bushes on the side. "Shit. Does anyone have any of those tonics for paralysis on them? I forgot to stock some myself." O. whispers as he finishes heading into the trees to stand close enough that he could leap out and help Lana if the bandits do decide to tattack her.
Bryn meanwhile gets a signal to wait underground in the middle of the path they had been traveling down to, hopefully give a repeat performance of the last battle.

Elys shakes her head as she follows suit, whispering, "I didn't bring any specialized remedies." She's not much of a woodsman, but she does manage to put a tree between herself and the direction the most-likely-bandits are approaching from.
