Were it not a Pokemon, the poor Doublade would be reduced to slag. Poor Tangela fares little better. The opponent is flabbergasted. Sure, both Pokemon were weak to fire, but come on! Welp, nothing for it now except to 'avenge' the poor opening salvo with the second set. Lunatone and Gallade! Meus tries to torch one of the newcomers, but both easily avoid the more narrow stream of flames.

Gallade takes the headbutt, then leaps in front of Lunatone to take the steel-typed hit for it. Lunatone promptly explodes, aiming to at least greatly weaken the enemy for the next fight, if not take them out entirely. Sure, they'll just be revived after the fact, but Injuries add up!

Induo faints while Occultra easily weathers the attacks. Occultra blasts both foes with wind again as Meus takes tot he battlefield, spitting poison at Ludicolo. Occultra also shakes off the burn, new foliage growing to replace the singed leaves as the fall to the ground.
