Rei gathers up the ball. Guess she got suckered into liking the cute thing. Whoops. She'll give a proper introduction later. For now, it's back to the grind. She heads over to Sorra and Maya and sees if they are ready to continue.

Rei wakes outside of Rock Tunnel. She sighs as she stares at the sky. By this time tomorrow, she'll be in a fight with Tiki. She has to mentally prepare. If she wins she has to keep on Tiki to help her. Either to fix their relationship... or if she has to; become a villian in Tiki's eyes. To make herself an enemy instead of an object of previous affection. Maybe that would work to fix her.
And if she loses... she has to accept that Tiki will run away. It will hurt. It will hurt so much. But she has to accept that she failed.
Rei gets ready and waits for the others. She still looks very troubled.

Rei finds Lady Sorra is already awake and practicing sword work with Aegislash. Seems she was just finishing up as she walks over to you.
"You seem troubled, Rei. Is there anything you want to talk about? Even just to get it out there?"
Either Sorra is much more perceptive than she appears to be, or Rei's discomfort is written all over her face. Probably the latter.

Rei is about to deny it but last time she tried to deny what she was thinking everyone yelled at her to bring it out. Maybe she shouldn't do that this time.
"Well, remember when I came to see if we were still doing this trip you had heard of trouble among me and my friends, and I told you it wasn't solved? It's that. It's something I have to deal with when I get back."

Around this time, Maya returns to the camp from elsewhere. Seems she was off training as well. If nothing else needs be said or done that may delay it, camp breaks within the hour and your group heads off. Several hours later, it's time for another short break in Cerulean.

With nothing more to say, Rei is very silent on their way back. And once they are back in Cerulean, as last time was a bit... awkward, Rei opts to leave the Mayor alone to her devices. She just waits for the others to be ready.

As their group makes it back, Rei's mind begins to cloud with troubles. She tries pushing it out as best she can, but like the whole trip back, is very quiet. They get back late in the day, and Rei sticks around a moment if Sorra/Maya have anything more to say or have her do. If not, she'll head back to her room to decompress. Hopefully Holly is around.

Holly is not here it seems. She left a poorly penned note, however. It reads: "Something something visit something something swamp. Something something miss you something something." All the Pokemon she left behind though practically tackle her as soon as she enters the room/releases them from their balls.

After leaving the infirmary and entering her room, Rei may or may not notice a lovely new gash in her wall. Looks kinda like claw marks, actually. Holly is passed out in her corner at the moment. She doesn't stir when Rei enters, but her dirty clothes are piled in the opposite corner beneath a little note that is likely supposed to read 'clean later' or something to that effect. In fact...Holly is.. actually not wearing anything at the moment. Just fast asleep half-covered by blankets.

She sees Holly half covered and just moves to fully cover her before trying to take her still-mostly-bandaged self back to flump face down onto her bed again.

After awhile, Rei starts to doze off. She's in a state of half-sleep when she suddenly hears movement and then feels something snuggle up to her. Oh look, it's naked Holly. Holly's arms snake their way around Rei's waist in her sleep as she cuddles up to her 'mate'.

Rei didn't even realize she was starting to doze off when she's cuddled by Holly. She was about to think nothing of it when she realizes she can 'feel' something.
Oh she wasn't wearing clothes!
Rei might kind of enjoy this but when your whole life falls apart and you realize the things she might have to deal with regarding her childhood and her training, like she did this morning, then maybe now isn't the best time. She tries to shake a little to wake her up.
"Holly, you got in without clothes."

Holly mumbles something unintelligible and just continues cuddling. She's surprisingly warm for a "half-ghost" or whatever. May need to try a bit harder to get her to wake.

Holly grumbles, but eventually stirs. She sits up and rubs her eyes sleepily, her long hair covering her breasts for the most part.
"Bwuh? Whazz wrong, Rei?" She notices she's naked and blushes, but doesn't turn away or rush to cover herself. Her eyes seem to be asking if Rei likes what she sees.
