Tiki is super happy, and relieved to see that everyone is ok. She spends most of her time with Miss G since she was a massive emotional support for the branch, and herself. She also made rounds the camp to see familiar faces, and help with anything around.

It occurs to clay as he waits that, as much as he wants to see the troop again, Fan would kill him if he did it without her. So that'll probably need to be later today, once the healers are done with her. Something to think about later, though.
When he hears the voices on the road he hops up, waiting for them to come into view so he can wave them over. Baloo is next to him, and makes a low, huffy noise to himself, eager to get on to their day of training.

Clay does not have to wait long before the Fighties come into full view, Instructor Mason at the head. They're talking and laughing, just like anyone would on a long trip with friends. Mason offers a casual wave to Clay as they draw closer.

Clay waves back, hurrying forward to meet them halfway. "Hey, Instructor! How's it going? Everything go okay getting here?"
He can't imagine that much could have gone wrong between Saffron and Cerulean, especially not to have everybody casual and happy, so that's probably a good sign. And having seen Rei and Holly and made sure they're okay, he's not walking up with a lot of stress on his own aura to worry Instructor Mason, which is good, too.

"That's good to hear!" No major problems is good. Apparently D'mara hasn't tried to do anything against the rest of the Guild yet. Sure, her fight is with the four of them, but going by how she's used one of her own branch so far, it's not like she can be expected to keep it that way.
It'd be especially nice if the stopover lasts long enough for the healers to be done with Fan and Sandy. He suspects they aren't really planning on coming back to town until nighttime, if then - though he did promise to be back for supper himself. "Well, I'll be right with you when we're all ready to go."

Tiki enjoys some tea while spending time with Miss G. She sips her tea, and looks to her. "Heya, Miss G? Is there anybody left back at the guild? The dark branch don't have full run of the place do they?"

Genevieve shakes her head. "There were never very many in Dark Branch to begin with, so between Water, Fire, Flying, Ground, and Rock Branches remaining behind, I don't think that any enemies within that branch will be able to move so freely as they might like." She sighs.

"Well, at present we're planning to spend at least a few days out here. Maybe up to a week at minimum. As for when the Guild will be considered 'safe' again, that's part of why Flying Branch is still there. They're our eyes and ears, and can quickly get messages to those who've left."

Tiki nods again, and looks down. "...I really don't know how to fix this. I'm still unsure what to do, and the others probably don't either. Heck, we can barely fix our own problems, and we have to stop the apocalypse....Why does it have to be like this, Miss G..." Tiki fidgets around uncomfortably.

After spending plenty of time talking with Miss G, Tiki decides to sleep here. Having her guild mates nearby is comforting. In the morning, takes some time to look out at the nearby lake. She really didn't know where to go from here, but perhaps the others knew. She wasn't to keen on traveling all the way back to Cerulean again. If the normal branch didn't need anything of her, she might as well wait around in Celadon Castle Town. She sighs as the cool morning air rushes by her, and she sits to watch the water.

Rei looks to Holly after they've gotten some distance.
"We'll call that 'something to try again down the road'."
She thanks and recalls Piesc.
"Ok I think it's time to do it. We need to head to Celadon. We can't do much else here. And we can't afford to stick around too long. We have things we need to attend to."
Rei heads back to the town. She packs up the room once again, taking great care of her berry planters to pack up. She'll probably end up being in Celadon for a while (or at least that's the plan) so she doesn't need the room overgrown while she's gone. Better to have them with her. She quickly writes a note for Clay and Tiki, and heads out to Kalani's place to leave it under the door. She assumes they both aren't hanging around her house by the time they get there, so best just give a note to her to get to them. She labels it to Clay and leaves it.
Dear Clay,
I don't know your plans but I have to head to Celadon to start... advancing... things along. So if you or Tiki need me, I'll be there for the time being. But if you are staying in Cerulean, if you ever need help, most of my pokemon are staying behind. It's unfortunate, as it seems they have to. Stay safe.
Rei
Rei then heads to where said pokemon are staying, and finally sits down to fully explain the situation. They will have to stay to guard Cerulean (And Kalani, more importantly). Rei promises she'll be back soon but there's a bit of apprehension in her voice. She is about to try breaking into D'mara's house. This could go bad. She hopes it won't, as anything that happens to her happens to Holly... but she can't make any promises. After saying bye to everyone, she and Holly make the trek to Celadon.

When Tiki has done all she can, and the Normal branch seems fine for now, she decides to just head back to town now. No need to bring attention to somewhere not needed. She wishes everyone, including Miss G, to be safe, she hops onto Chariot, and after a few more laps in the open fields, she rides off back towards Celedon Castle town.

Rei spends the next week in Celadon, mostly in the library. She feels a little guilty about not including Clay at this point, but since the talk with Xerneas and the following fight/chase with Holly; she's had a thought in her head. Mostly about what Xerneas said about what they would do with D'mara once they've 'subdued' her. And it unsettles her. And the thought she has comes with the knowledge that Clay would stand on Xerneas' side on what to do. But after using a life to try to end her own, after everything she's done to Holly, and after all she's done and could potentially do...
D'mara isn't going to 'keep' this power in any way.
She has been searching through for whatever she can find on Xerneas and Yveltal (And the cocoon stuff that was mentioned in passing by the strange woman she really wish she could question again). In addition, anything she can find on Legendary 'death' and 'reincarnation' is also going to be useful. And... getting an idea... she starts looking into what anyone knows about other worlds or dimensions. She has a gut feeling they might exist from what she witnessed with Sorra and Maya in Rock Tunnel. And if she can figure out how to open one, that could be useful in mutliple ways.
Days seem to pass without her realizing it, and Sorra sends them all a message to meet up. Rei's a bit unwilling to stop but decides it's best and heads to the 'castle' section with Holly.

Tiki would spend her week mostly in the mansion she shared with the 3 brothers. Living in luxury was amazing. Further working on her songs, performance techniques, and the sweet life kept her mind off the bad things. Bad things like the death of the world, being alone, rejecting love, and everything that came with it. That whole usurper business did creep into her mind every now, and then. They did secure help from Xerneas, and the idea of meeting a legendary face-to-face kind of hit her later as a big deal. The mansion had its on small private library, and she would read/look at pictures of a super old looking book on the Legendaries. It had old drawings of 3 four legged pokemon, and one kind of looked like the big hairy thing she saw out roaming the plains. She wanted to learn more about the one that sung songs, but put down the book when she got to the red and blue pair that dealt with love. Enough of that noise. Tiki decided to head out into the city. She never really explored it, and a walk around should clear her mind for her to think on what to do next.

Clay spent a couple more days training lightly with the Fighting Branch and recuperating from his and his team's injuries in his rematch with Brenda, then took off for Celadon himself. Kalani probably didn't want him to go, but he really kind of had to - while training and getting stronger was good, hanging around in the woods when the rest of the group was in Celadon and, in Rei's case at least, doing helpful research, didn't seem like it was going to get him anywhere.
He tried to get some more practice reading in - he wasn't sure how helpful he was really being with research, but it was well past time he learned anyway. Besides, knowing how to read better than he had been doing was a valuable skill for the future they were trying to ensure came. He took the chance to explore Celadon as well, wanting to be more familiar with the place; after all, it was important to humans, and also might very well wind up as their battleground against D'mara.
Aside from that, there wasn't much to fill his time with but training - but it did ensure that his team got a lot stronger once they'd bounced back from their defeat, and gave him a chance to spend time with some of his Pokémon who hadn't gotten a lot of attention lately. Still, he was even managing to get slightly bored with doing nothing but training by the time Lady Sorra's summons came, and he was eager to hear more about what Rei had been up to. Besides, he hadn't been inside the Castle District yet, so this seemed like a great opportunity to see what it was like there.

In her mindless wandering, Tiki ended up in the castle district. The hustle, and bustle of the castle town must have swooped her into this direction. She had never really explored this section, and it seemed to be even more fancy than the rest. Tiki took a look around from atop of a bench, and she was quite surprised with what she saw. It was Rei, Holly, and Even Clay coming towards her. It appeared she was standing at a crossroads, and waved to them. It was cool to see Clay, but the other two....Tiki still had a bad feeling in her stomach when she saw them. She barley even thought of them when they were separated, but those feelings came back when she was around those two. Hopefully she could get through this without problems rising up. Tiki continued to wave, and wait for the others to reach her.

Rei's research into other worlds/dimensions turns up nothing. There are no published works that aren't fictional that touch on the subject at this time. Well, minus a few well-known "crackpot" theories floating about the scholarly world. Crazy things like weird, letter-shaped Pokemon that manipulate all of reality when they gather en masse and are quite possibly the "1000 arms of Arceus" that helped shape our universe as we know it. Pft.
Research on Legendary Pokemon in general goes slightly better than previously, gaining a few more details about the supposed habits of these god-like creatures (and which ones you should never ever fuck with, like the Lake Trio), but scribbled onto a sheet of regular paper and stuffed into the back of the book on Legendaries is something called 'The Glitch', which is said to be the original "deity pokemon" of this world, usurped by Arceus and cast into the space between dimensions. Of course, this is all hand-written rather than printed, so it's likely just some crazy's made-up Pokemon or something. Then again... it's surprisingly detailed for what could very well amount to a prank. More detailed, almost, than some of the theoretical stuff on the "known" legendary Pokemon. The thought that a being such as this 'Glitch' could exist sends shivers down Rei's spine. Thankfully, Sorra's letter comes by to distract her for awhile! Speaking of...
Sorra arrives not long after the group gathers together again and ushers them into the Castle District proper. Once they are settled in a nice tavern for lunch, she plies the four for information regarding their 'cause'.
