April 23- .... (Monday, First day of School!- ...)

Kin tries to pay attention to all the unfamiliar words. Tries is the key word because the noise amping up draws his attention around the room. Where's that coming from? But his search leaves him with no clues other than a few other students glancing around as well. And then a short while later leaves him struggling to soothe the pain by massaging his temples with little success. A sigh escapes his nose. Why couldn't we have kept the sprinklers?

Soseki Sako

The principal seems to continue ranting, or at least you think so. The pain from the buzzing in your ear has gotten so intense that your vision is starting to turn completely white. Your head is so wracked with pain that you can't move properly, preventing your hand to confirm whether the moisture at your ears is blood or sweat (though given the area of the sensation, you know damn well that sweat is unlikely). Naturally, everything fades eventually.

Everyone Else

With one disruptive element and one emotional breakdown well out of the way, the class comes together and rolls forth with the momentum of a speeding train. So much so that nobody seems to notice you all near convulsing with heads on desks, or even poor Aoi out cold, frothing at the mouth. Even at that, only Chiyo is really able to spot  her blue-haired buddy's plight before the buzzing hits her brain at maximum capacity, and each of your visions go out the window in a canon to the sun.

When the trio opens their eyes eventually, the buzzing is gone. All of them are floating in the air in an aspic of cerebral blue mist. That is of course, until they're truly awake and fall victim to Wile E. Coyote syndrome, and plummet towards a flat, white cold surface, leaving imprints of themselves in the cold, soft, granular ground. The powdery earth doesn't feel like anything familiar, the closest comparison being styrofoam dipped in liquid nitrogen and then thrown in the world's most powerful blender. At any rate, Chiyo, Suzume, and Kin found themselves laying next to a fourth figure, the book burning boy from earlier that morning, and all four of them felt a familiar pair of eyes on them

Chiyo opens her eyes swiftly before she falls, she's used to jolting awake from odd dreams but this was new... Never in any of her visions has she seen others she knew, let alone herself be in it, and more so she could move herself, as she almost catches herself as she falls to the ground? It definitely didn't feel like anything she's encountered before. Before she can really examine the area around her, she hears someone's voice.
"I-if this were a dream, I'd like to wake up..."
She takes a quick look around, hoping to find some clue as to whatever was going on, and whatever she felt was watching them.

Kin tries not to jump at Suzume's sudden outburst. What had her so riled up? "Dreams are weird...sometimes but," he pauses, his face scrunched as he thinks, "It does seem odd. What other explanation makes sense though?"

Then another thought jumps in his head, "I wonder if we'll get in trouble for falling asleep in class? Or...passing out?" Kin doesn't want to ruin the teachers first day any further but it looks like it's too late for that.

Why does everything smell so sweet? For that matter, could you even normally smell things in dreams? Kin wasn't entirely sure. He shakes his head, trying to sort out his thoughts from the descending fog and makes an interesting discovery. He grabs a handful to be sure; his hair was significantly longer.

Kin looks himself over and then the other three. Well if it wasn't a dream...what else could explain the wardrobe change? Well whatever the reason, Kin worries a lock of hair, "So this fog is...getting thicker? It's way to much for a cigarette, er, right?"

Chiyo glances to everyone curiously, not seeming to notice her wardrobe change, then turns to face some sort of... light in the distance? She just kinda watches it for a moment unsure of what was going on when she hears the ground shift.
"Theres uhh... something over there." Chiyo points towards the light, "I hope we don't get in trouble for being asleep..."
Chiyo takes a moment to try and figure out what was going on.

"Light? There's a light?" Suzume looks around, confused.
"Well ground shaking is never good so how about you just lead us to that light." She felt worried about the ground now. Moving and doing something would feel better than waiting, right?

Suzume blushes and scowls at Soseki's obvious failed attempt to hold back a laugh at her. Still, his outfit reminds her off a movie, oh what was the line... "Eat your heart out." She retorted.
