Halas sees Lia wake up, break out, and then fall right back asleep. He wonders if she's gotten the opposite of Insomnia like some of his pokemon buddies can get. Not time to think about that now, Halas has to keep dealing with two targets at once. Once done, Halas continues to burst into attacking and tries hitting the bad human again! Lia growls in anger as she's stabbed, but Vali's still got work to do to take her down. However it seems like Lia's job on Vali is almost done! As she strikes, Halas is taken over by a similar rage and launches an ice beam at the grass type! But... the beam seems... a little less icy than normal. Halas uses Normalized Ice Beam!

All on its own, Vali's ghostly Charizard interrupts the fight to block Lia's attack. Vali actually seems rather upset that it did this.
"Hey, Spectre! What do you think you're doing?! I didn't ask you to come out yet! This is supposed to be at least semi-fair, and double-teaming, even against this crazy self-injuring bitch isn't a fair fight! You can come back when Whimsicott or I are down. Until then, you get back in your ball; or at least out of the fight!"
She forcibly recalls Spectre as a Shift Action, but that doesn't stop her taking advantage of its blocking of Lia's attack. She hurls a set of daggers at Lia.

The Grass fairy easily resists Halas' dark-typed move. Vali is knocked into the dirt (finally), and Spectre re-emerges to demolish its hated foe. Naturally, the first thing it does is Mega Evolve (Shift Action for Pokemon). It changes the blustery, snowy weather to a clear, moonless night for a time. (Swift Action - Noctem Ability)
Weather changes to New Moon: Dark/Ghost moves get a +5 damage bonus, and Fairy moves get a -5 damage penalty.
Whimsicott drains some health from Halas.
