Halas is tickled, but doesn't really seem inconvienced by it that much. Not that ticklish, other than a giggle, it seems. Halas takes a hop back, turns, and unleashes a torrent of bubbles at the Spoink! Halas uses Bubble!

Aipom still can't reach the flying Staryu, so it decides to rip into Froakie some more. If tickling won't help, then maybe clawing it will.
