By the time Eve is back, Lia is out and dressed, Kaeda at her side. The bath didn't do a 'whole' lot but it did help enough that movement isn't the worst idea in the world now. She perks up as Eve comes in.
"Oh good, you are back. Do we got a plan of attack for this? Somewhere we'd have a better chance to find em?"

Off the top of her head, Eve knows that wild Eevee are generally found in forests, grasslands, and urban centers. However, regarding specifics... She searches her mind for any information regarding the best places to look for Eevee. Where would she have the best chances of finding the often sought after cutie?

There are tons in just about any of those places. You just have to find them. Grasslands probably have fewer hiding places in general, but that means burrowing eevees?

They're sort of everywhere, even if they're not common. That's sort of what makes them so interesting, you know? Eevee can adapt to such a wide variety of places, and by ev- Ah. Erm. Ehem. I mean, back on topic. It'll probably be easiest to go looking for wild Pokemon in a grassland. You know, no need to wind our way through trees or buildings. Though, forests and urban environments might have the advantage because I think, off of the top of my head, forests and urban environments are home to Eeveelutions more than any other environment."

Floyd's trip to Saffron Gym is uneventful. Once he states his intent to challenge it, the challenge gauntlet is set up for him. Of course, Ayame hints that if he's looking for a greater challenge, instead of facing her as the final part of the gauntlet, he can face her alongside of her mother, the Gym Leader.

Eve wasn't sure whether she should be happy because Kaeda stood up for her name or sad because it sounded like even Kaeda hadn't thought that her real name was her real name.
"Um... It is my real name," Eve answered honestly "My birth certificate is at my uncle's house in Johto, but Eve V. Lucian is the name on it and everything."

"Nah, I'm not offended. As for the shorter term for Eevee evolutions, it's my name. I know, or rather, it sounds exactly like my full name. Eeveelution." This was not the first time Eve has had this conversation, and she just laughs it off. "Blame my dad. He saw an opportunity and he took it."
She nearly trips as she talks, but straightens out without hitting the ground. The reason for her stumble? (Though, it wasn't like Eve really needed a reason to trip.) She was trying to find something she could offer Kaeda to help wipe the water off her mouth. Eve eve-entually pulls out a handkerchief and offers it to Kaeda.
