Lia wakes up in the morning and goes out to train herself and her pokemon. She's distracted, as she wonders if she really scared off Floyd with the first text. As the Axe-man only seems to check his dex like once a day, her later reply might have gone unanswered. Considering she hadn't talked to Floyd, Vincent, or Maxine since they got out of the fairy world; she hoped they didn't just up and leave. Well, Lia did 'try' doing that but only with a singular purpose and with aims to come back. Counts for something, right? She switches her party around to have a mainline water lineup. Despite the others maybe wanting to get going, she's avoided work for a half a week now. Aleisandra is probably wondering if/when her newest gym trainer will come back. If the others want to go, they'll go and she'll catch up later. After she trains, she merely waits in the lobby, hoping to catch someone. Brutal Training on everyone

As the doors to the Pokemon Center open, a young girl with silky blonde hair, and pink clothes walks in off the morning streets. Next to her follows a Kirlia. She walks up up to the counter, sets the Kirlia onto the counter, and speaks to the nurse. "Yes. Hello. Kaeda Starwood. Yes. THE Starwood family. I am to have the centers notify my family when I enter a new one. Please do so. Thank you." Kaeda then flashes a grin as the nurse leaves. She then focuses on her Kirlia next to her, and they stare into each others eyes. What seems as them just staring, and not speaking to each other, they are in deep thought, and conversation.
"Orpheus, sweetheart, where would I be without you?" Orpheus, the Kirlia, gives a bright smile. Then her eyes suddenly drift over to a girl in behind them. Kaeda takes notice, and stares at the girl as well. "Hmm? Who is she? Like most, she seems uninteresting..." Orpheus turns back to her beloved master, and says merely, "Psychic..." Kaeda immediately furs her brow, and scoffs at the thought of another gifted person who looked like that. But, she soon realized Orpheus meant psychic 'TYPE.' "Hmm...another psychic type trainer possibly. Slightly more rare. Hmmmm...I guess we can go see. She may have something fun to talk to." With a sly grin, she picks up the Kirlia, carries her over, and simply stands next to the fiery, red-headed girl.
Kaeda seems to mind her own business as she casually looks around, and hugs her Kirlia who swings her legs in Kaeda's arms. "Mingling with the locals is quite amusing. Hopefully she won't disappoint." Suppressing her smirk, she turns and looks at the girl. "I apologize, but, do I know you? You seem familiar?"

Lia's silent waiting thoughts are disturbed by this strangle blonde asking her questions. Lia looks at this one up and down, noting the Kirlia acting adorable in her arms.
"Doubt it. Still relatively new to Kanto myself."
Lia looks away and back.
"Why, you know something I don't?"

Kaeda can't contain a grin that breaks out on her face, and turns fully to face the girl. "Hehehe...You could say that. I tend to know lots of things. In fact, I find it quite interesting you have yourself a Psychic pokemon." The Kirlia smiles up at Kaeda, and she returns with a smile of her own.

Ignoring the question, Keada smiles, and says, "I'm sure you wouldn't mind showing me. They really are quite fascinating creatures so smart, and so beautiful." She gives a lovable squeeze to her Kirlia. "I'm always on the lookout for rare pokemon. So, can I meet them?" Her smile holds, and the Kirlia looks on with a smile.

Lia stands up at this point, clearly off-put.
"Ok this is a set-up for stolen pokemon if I've ever heard one. Insisting you wanna see them, acting strange, stalking me to find out what I have."
Lia crosses her arms.
"NAH. Not happening. Ain't falling for that."

Floyd spots Lia as soon as he walks into the Pokemon Centre, walking over to her and the stranger.
"I never found Psychic pokemon to be all that notable on their own." He says. "They tend to be far too fragile. Give me a properly reliable steel type any day of the week." He then looks the stranger in the eyes.
"Aurelius Floyd. A pleasure to meet you." He says, holding out his hand.

Kaeda frowns, and scoffs at this girl's words. "Really? Accussing me of something cruel as theft of pokemon!? I wanted to meet a special pokemon, but seems I hit a thick, hard, dense wall...Perhaps you should take some time to ask if know who I am." She is ready to continue going off on this girl, or even put her in her place, but a young man interrupts them.
Kaeda finds this guy's words annoying. Talk with Orpheus resumes. "I feel this fool's ideas are quite drool. Insulting someone as beautiful as you, Orpheus. Hmph! The nerve." "Forgive them." "Anything for you darling. I do tend to forget the commoners can't think the same. At least not on my level."
Kaeda looks at the girl, and gives a half-smile. "I'm sorry for your misunderstanding." With that she turns to Floyd. "And I am Kaeda Starwood of the esteemed Starwood family. And, this is my precious Orpheus." Orpheus waves. "The pleasure is yours." She smiles, and gives a small flick of her hair.
"Psychic" "Really? this one, too? Hmm..." "Excuse me, but if you happen to have any particularly rare pokemon? I would love to meet them. No ill intentions...I shouldn't need, but...I promise of my honor." She looks at the girl from the corner of her eyes, and looks back to Floyd.

Floyd frowns as he considers the question.
"I was fortunate enough to come across a Riolu, so I can count a Lucario among my team. I also possess a Wartortle. Beyond that none of my pokemon are particularly rare, though Meditite, Heatmor, Durant, Aron and Loudred are not commonly found in Kanto" He says, counting his pokemon off as he spoke.
"And of course I recently came into possession of an Abra." Floyd adds as he turns to Lia. "Is that a pokemon you would like to add to your team? I still owe you for Glosny."

After having returned to the Pokemon Center for the night, where he healed all of his Pokemon including the new Aerodactyl, Vincent gets up a little later in the morning. "Damn, I overslept," he grumbles. He quickly changes and gets going with the intention to start training, only to see Floyd, Lia and another girl talking. "Hello there," Vincent greets everyone with a mild smile. "I'm Vincent Roth, I travel together with Floyd and Lia," he says for the Starwood girl's benefit. "Starwood huh... A prominent family in Kanto right? My parents only ever met with the Johtoan elite but I've heard of you. If we're talking about rare Pokemon, I have a few. There's Carlin, my Mawile, Calypso, my Zorua, Nox, my Umbreon and a yet unnamed Aerodactyl. Oh, I also caught an Unown recently, Lia I was wondering if you wanted it? We could trade."

"Hehe this is actually turning out better than I had hoped. So many interesting pokemon owned by these people. Perhaps I'll indulge a bit longer."

Lia points to Keadra.
"Name or not, never heard of you. Although now that Floyd and Vincent are here, I think we could take you if you tried anything funny. So yeah I'll show you my psychics."
Then to Floyd.
"While Abra would be eventually strong, it would have the same slot as Scier on my team and those slots filling up fast."
And to Vincent.
"As a curiosity cause that one Unown girl blew me up with one, I'd be interested in having one."
Lia puts her hand down.
"That everyone? Good. Geez."

Floyd shrugs in response to Lia.
"I suppose I'll have to keep looking. But I will pay you back eventually." He says, grinning as Lia issues her challenge.
"I suppose I'll have to find someone else to look after Iactus." He says, thinking aloud. "It feels wrong to leave him on the ranch."

Kaeda narrows her eyes, smiles, and starts to laugh. "hehehe....hehehe....AAAhhahaha! Ooohhhh..." She turns to fully face the girl. "So that is how you want it to be then hmm? Well I suppose it could be fun. Let us go then." She sets down her Kirlia, and both walk outside of the center to take position. "2 pokemon limit. Once both pokemon are knocked out, the match is over. If you have anything to say, go ahead. If not, shall we?" Kaeda smirks, crosses her arms, and stares across at Lia.

She smiles at Floyd before turning to Keadra and the smile becomes a grin.
"Yes I prefer the sounds of battle over small talk anyway. Lets see what you are made of."

Damnit all to hell and back. Not like THIS one needed an ego boost. And not like I needed another loss.
Lia grumbles audibly before looking to Kaedra.
"There, you saw em. Now bug the others why dontcha."

"You fought well Lia. That very easily could have gone your way." Floyd says, standing up from his vantage point by the pokemon centre.
"Kaedra. You clearly utilise psychic types. Would you like to add an Abra to your team? I recently captured Iactus and she seems ready for evolution." He says to Kaedra.

Kaeda jumps for joy, and runs to hug her Lapras. "You did it! You did it! Great job, Nemesis!" She hugs, and kisses the lowered head of the Lapras as it coos. She looks over towards Lia. "Hmm...That girl..."
Kaeda sighs, and walks towards her. She stands there awkwardly with her hands at her sides. "....I won...but barely. It's very rare for me to ever be driven into a corner. Even gym challenges haven't put me in that situation. Sooo...um..." She holds out her hand. "Well fought. You are a fine trainer, and have beautiful pokemon....so...yeah" She blushes a bit, and looks off to the side.
She looks at Floyd, "Oh um yes thank you, but I don't have anything to trade with. Maybe another time?"
