...this jogging thing was a terrible idea. It was too late to just abandon the whole thing and return to the dorm, but next time...! Haha, like there would be a next time...
Not overly winded by her glorified power walk, and not thankful for that in the slightest, when Trista finally concluded their "group" "jog", she took up position on one of the abandoned couches before answering Adora with a flat, "Super. She'll be a great roommate, for sure."
Trista planned to linger in the common room for a few more minutes and enjoy the morning quiet while it lasted... Or keep whoever stayed here company, that worked too.

Despite trying to not push herself, Vess grows rather annoyed at her morning performance. She wasn't going to cut herself that much slack the next morning run. Time to push. However, for now, she had the current day to focus on.
At Adora's comment, Vess gives a very non-committal shrug. "She seems alright." Then, she wanders to her room and gets dressed for the day, putting on her school uniform and gathering her school supplies before wandering back out to the common room.

“She’s a lot cooler than I thought someone like her would be. Her family is pretty strict, from what I’ve heard, at least.” Adora’s eyes flit to the bathroom door for a moment, checking to make sure Zelda isn’t coming out. “An’ her brother’s a real dreamboat too! I wonder if she could introduce us or somethin’...Could you imagine?!” She gushes.
A few moments later, Anna and Vess return to the common room. Anna is extremely well covered up and looks similar to black marshmallow with all of the clothes she’s wearing. Her black, Olmia-issued down jacket seems like its bursting at the seams because of whatever’s under it. A black knit cap tops off her outfit, hiding most of her hair. Raina happily trots along besides her, as she walks.
Adora stifles a laugh when she sees Anna. “Hun, what’re you wearing? I’m from Solea and I don’t even think it’s that cold.”
“It’s my snow suit! I gotta sit out in the cold for like an hour or so to fish, and I don’t wanna die of hypothermia.” She explains.
“Doesn’t Asper get pretty cold?”
“It gets cool, not turn you into a popsicle cold. I’m used to a little chill, but I’d prefer not being an Annasicle.”

Vess walks out into the common room, looking at Anna's outfit and blinking slightly, comparing it to her school uniform. They dressed... differently for the weather, for sure. Vess just wore the normal stockings, skirt, and shirt and jacket with an extra windbreaker thrown over top, but she supposed that part of her reason for wearing so much less is that she was used to weathering the elements. Well, that and she didn't own a heavier jacket, and her worn hoodie didn't really go with the school uniform.
Breaking herself away from her thoughts and back to reality, she looks to Anna and shrugs mildly. "Well if you keep runing your mouth like normal, your tongue will become an Annasicle if you're not careful. Of course, then we might get some relief for a while..." Her expression doesn't change much, so it's up to the listener whether that's a serious insult of simply a playful jab.

“Exactly! That’s why I’m going fishing alone! It gives me less chances to freeze to death.”
“Well, uh, you have fun with that hun.” Adora laughs.
“I will! I’ll let you guys know if I catch anything good out there.” Anna calls as she waddles out the door.
“I wonder if she’s even tried catching pokemon any other way besides fishin’...” Adora muses once the girl in question has left.

Fishing might have been a good chance to get away alone, but it seemed really... Boring. Anyways, Trista wasn't about to bid Anna any farewell, she'd be back before the assembly. After she left, though, Trista replied, "Probably not. Maybe she forgot how... If she's that worried about freezing, though, you'd think she'd find something warm, like... I dunno, a... Growlithe, or something."
Quite convinced fish wouldn't keep anyone warm, but otherwise not too certain, Trista took the opportunity to get off the couch and meander over toward the rooms. If it sounded like Zelda was still getting ready, she might as well get dressed for the day...

Vess shrugs at the other girl's comments, not particularly bothered by Anna's capturing habits. "Could always suggest going out and catching pokemon with her, see how she does in a non-fishing situation. But hey, if she likes to fish, no harm in that, I guess..."
She trails off as Trista leaves, and when she's sure there's no one else listening to her but Adora, she sighs, saying, "I'm a little bit worried about Elizabeth. I feel like if she's not kicked into action by someone else, she might not work up the courage to go out and catch pokemon or actually complete her gym battle."

Zelda is still in the bathroom, or at least, she’s left the shower running while she’s snuck off.
Meanwhile, Adora listens intently to what Vess is saying. She nods, taking a moment to think before speaking up. “I agree, but she’s still got plenty of time to work towards it. I think its kinda pointless to worry ‘bout it right now. You’re really the only one in the dorm who’s done the challenge anyway. If we’re worryin’ ‘bout Elizabeth for not doin’ it yet, I should be worryin’ ‘bout myself!” Adora giggles a bit and continues. “Maybe we should try and get her more used to battlin’ or somethin’... Oh I know! If we make it a big dorm event, she might be more convinced to try it out! Scheduling might be a problem, though, since I’m on the swim team and she’s in the book club, but, well, if you’re not busy for the rest of the morning, we could try all goin’ out now since swim practice is cancelled ‘cuz of the meetin’. We could get Trista, Zelda, and Yuki too! Anna just left, but we could probably meet her out there.” Adora says excitedly.

Vess shrugs at Adora's suggestion, considering it. "I'm not particularly worried about anyone else. I've known a few people like Elizabeth before, and I don't like watching them being crippled by their own lack of confidence. But anyways, yeah, I think that could be a good idea, if you want to try and catch everyone quickly. Not sure Elizabeth will join, but if anyone can convince her, it's you." She pauses and looks down at the floor in quiet thought, looking back up a few beats later. "Mind if I invite Nuri?"

“I don’t mind at all! The more the merrier! Besides, she seems like she’s a good battler, so maybe you two can teach Elizabeth some things!” Adora says as she stands up. “I’ll be right back, hopefully with some more people!”
As she goes down the hallway, there’s a lot of knocking on doors and talking. Eventually she makes it to Trista’s room. There’s a soft knock before Adora calls in. “Hey hun? Would ya like to come out lookin’ for pokemon with me, Vess, Zelda, Nuri, and Elizabeth?”

Not in any particular rush, Trista had been taking her time and savoring the peace and quiet of the morning. Again... Definitely not contemplating stealing a few minutes to nap though, the jog had been plenty refreshing! Or so she told herself to avoid the temptation.
When Adora knocked on the door, then, she definitely didn't hear a Trista-sized something spring back out of bed. Trista did begin a series of questions, though, starting with, "O-oh? All of us...? Where are we headed, then?" The last came after the door was opened and the speaker exited into the hallway.

Adora nods, and a few minutes later the group sets off. Nuri joins the girls as they leave the dorm, starting some small talk with everyone. In around fifteen minutes, they reach the forest.
“Hmm, well, I guess we’ll run into Anna somewhere in here...I think…” Adora says. “...Did you guys want to find something in particular? I, um, guess I could help with that....” Elizabeth says meekly. “How’re you gonna do that?” Nuri asks. “Well...certain Pokemon tend to be more common in certain areas depending on the weather and region…” She mumbles. “I kind of, um...started memorizing what common pokemon there are around Olmia.”
“Look at that! Don’t even need a Pokedex with this one around!” Nuri says excitedly and ruffles Elizabeth’s hair. She doesn’t look too happy about it. “....Please don’t do that.” She squeaks. If you’d like to start looking for Pokemon, one of you please roll 1d100. |

Vess shrugs at Elizabeth's offer, not having anything in particular in mind. She does give Nuri a slight glare as she bothers Elizabeth, but otherwise stays quiet.

Trista watched the proceedings a little uncomfortably. As much to get past the urge to also ruffle Elizabeth's hair as actual interest, she asked, "Ooh? That's pretty cool... Was there any you were looking for?"
After a brief pause, Trista added, "Umm, but I'm not too concerned about any one special Pokemon. Thanks, though..."

“Um, no…” Elizabeth mumbles with a confused look on her face. “I thought you guys just brought me along for more information, so um...I’m not sure why you brought me along. I’m not going to be very useful, so should I just go?”
“No, no! Stay! It’ll be fun!” Adora begs.
“...I-I guess…”
After five minutes of searching, nobody can find any Pokemon. It does, however, bring the group to the edge of a small pond deeper into the forest. Anna spots the group and waves, yelling a greeting at them. “Hey guys! What’re you doing out?”
“Huntin’ for Pokemon! Have you caught anythin’ yet?” Adora yells back.
“Nah, nothing yet.” She explains.
“Wanna come along with us, then?”
Anna shrugs, then pulls her line out of the water. “Sure! Might as well.” The girl slings the fishing rod over her shoulder and walks over, Raina diligently trotting behind her. “You guys caught anything?” She asks as she joins the group.
“Nah, not yet! We’ll keep lookin’ though! Speakin’ of, should we stay here where its more dense, or go back closer to the edge?”

As the group collects Anna, Vess walks over towards Elizabeth and stands next to her. At Adora's question, she shrugs. "Deeper in might have more interesting pokemon, closer to the edge means it'll be easier to get back to school. I'm more interested in the pokemon, personally."
As the group finishes up its decision making Vess looks to Elizabeth and idly strikes up conversation. "So, in these woods, what do you think are the rarest or most unusual and interesting pokemon that are found here?"
