She looks over and grins. Her face is a bit red from intoxication but not 'too' much.
"Oh no it's not my first time. I 'may' have gotten into my father's sake a couple nights in the past. So these more watered down ones aren't 'that' as long as I keep it to a few."
She laughs.
"Really I just needed some air. It's very packed in there, and I know some people pulled on my tails on the dance floor, just couldn't place 'who'. So I may have accidently cursed some people for a thousand years."
She throws up her hands with a shit eating grin.
"Whoops."

Aubri chuckles a bit. "Well, serves them right for touching then. Honestly, I'd be surprised if less than half the guys that were on that dance floor weren't cursed for a thousand years from that act." She grins. "I get ya though. Even if it's not your first time indulging in alcohol, I could tell it was your first time in a club like this. Takes getting used to. The crush of people, the volume of the music... it's a lot to take in. Hope Nalkeya isn't coming on too strong for ya. She's one of those people who are either 100% or nothing when it comes to flirting with those she actually wants to be around."

"It's ok, I'm sure the curse will take effect when we get back in and they'll get rejected hard by some other girls in there."
She pauses.
"But yeah getting used to the club is a little bit. But not Nalkeya though. I mean at least she's more creative and fun about her quips than some of the things I heard in there."
Lia rolls her eyes.
"Although... you seem ok with her acting that way toward me."
She gives a small nervous laugh.
"Should I be worried about the attention?"

Aubri sighs and rolls her eyes, but her smile never fully dims. "It's Nalkeya. This kinda comes with the territory. I love her so much, and I know she feels the same, but Nalkeya just can't seem to ever fully commit to a single relationship." She sighs again, smile slipping.
"Admittedly, it's frustrating at times, and is definitely the cause of more of our spats than not, but as long as she keeps coming back to me, I'll continue to be there." She shakes her head.
"Man, that got heavy fast. Sorry about that. Point is, don't worry too much about Nalkeya. Her flirtations are just that. Believe it or not, she actually can take 'no' for an answer." Aubri manages to grin again at Nalkeya's expense.

Lia turns to face her.
"No, don't worry about it. I get it. Love is hard, haha."
She smiles warmly.
"I'll commend your patience, though."
Now Lia's conflicted about this whole thing. Although, she's getting a seperate feeling about some of Nalkeya's advances, which would be a 'different' path to take that she almost feels like she should take based on what Aubri is saying. That is if she's gonna take this.
"Now I'm curious though, with us both out here, you probably have some crazy stories you can share about her since she's not here right now, haha."

Aubri has a couple of embarrassing stories to tell, and shares them with Lia before suggesting they head on back in to make sure Nalkeya hasn't vanished on them. Luckily, it seems she's too busy basking in all the attention of being in the center of the dance floor to have wandered off.

"Oh hey look at that. I have this sudden and strange 'urge' to fuck with Nalkeya. Hmmm, how odd. You getting anything?"

Aubri makes a comment about Nalkeya gaining enjoyment from 'teasing' others with what they can't have. A 'wardrobe malfunction' to most would more than likely be 'working as intended' for Nalkeya. Not that she goes around stripping or anything, but she's extremely confident in her appearance, so the typical methods of embarrassment would never work on her. The most effective ways to embarrass Nalkeya are unsuited for public locations, as they're very personal; usually having to do with her past (hint: she had braces w/ headgear and really thick glasses as a young girl).

Lia downs another drink, quickly becoming less sober. She marches up to Nalkeya in the little circle she's been surrounded in. She stands in front of the gym leader and unfurles her tails in an effort to show off, before putting her arms up and swaying her hips in an attempt at a sultry dance. She grins and winks at Nalkeya.

Time to show her up at her own game. She does her own backflip now that she's got a bit more confidence after the last round. But it's athletic Lia, so she jumps in the air before doing it. She even lands and does a bit of a split.
