Once Faeryl is on her way, she's changing into her alterted clothing, which god it's not easy with nine unruly tails. But eventually she's in them and she heads out. She lets out Avitus, ready to fly. She paces back and forth, trying to psych herself up. She's going into public like this, for one. And then she's also taking flight again, for two. Both are making her a nervous wreck but finally she just has to get on and just brace herself.
One shakey nerve ridden flight later, she's at the center to switch to the team she wants. She tries to walk in like 'this is totally normal don't look at me', before heading off to the gym.

As expected, Lia receives quite a few stares and odd looks. Some people even get out their phones to take pictures, as if she's some kind of celebrity or something. Inside the Pokemon Center, things are much calmer. The few trainers that are hanging around glance at her briefly, but then return to whatever they were doing before. The nurse on duty smiles politely at Lia while she accesses the storage system.

Lia has to super-suppress the urge to start throwing fire while she walks to the center. She quickly swaps in a team of six to take on Fuschia again, and ducks out to head to the gym for a mostly unexpected rematch.

Despite not having done anything like... called ahead (every Gym has some form of public contact information if one has a need to use it), Lia still finds an Alakazam sit- well, meditating, in the gathering place for those taking the Fuschia Gym Challenge. She feels a very subtle push against her mind, just something to let her know that, yes, it's here for her. It will teleport her to the Gym Leader's cabin atop the mountain. This is not the Leader's Alakazam though, merely one that works for the League in general, as evidenced by the surprisingly fashionable tabard it wears.

Alakazam steps closer to Lia, then teleports them outside the cabin atop the mountain. Leader Anastasia must have received some sort of signal, because she steps out moments later. She offers Lia a small smile.
"Welcome back, Lia. Ready to try again?" She asks, as if nothing has changed at all. Her Glaceon sniffs at you briefly, seemingly taking in your new (and improved) scent. "Shall we try for full-contact again, or would you prefer non-contact?"

It's throwing Lia off that she's just acting like Lia never changed. It's nicer in comparison to the other end of the spectrum but... still unsettling.

Amagi the fairy tree goes down, leaving the Leader's Ice Volcarona as the last one standing. A few moments after all goes quiet, and the fire/ice insect has settled to the ground to rest, a few Gym Trainers arrive to begin the clean-up of the battlefield. Lia awakens in a soft, warm bed some time later, her Poke Balls filled and by her side, along with her gear as well as a badge, some prize money, and a congratulatory note. The note explains that while Leader Anastasia would love to be able to congratulate Lia in person, she must prepare for the rest of the day's challengers and her Pokemon need some extra time to rest from Lia's hard-won battle. Her cash earnings total 6,250 Pokédollars.

Lia strides (somewhat) confidently into Celadon Gym. Inside is, once again, Gym Trainer Couch Potato lazing on said couch watching old League battles on mute (Lia still has no clue why she does that, but the woman is a mystery in general). Sitting next to her, chattering away is a (well-groomed) head of platinum blonde hair. She seems to have heard the door open as she glances over the back of the couch. There is an almost imperceptible flinch when she sees Lia. Lia's body may have changed drastically, but her face hasn't. Nalkeya flips herself over the back of the couch and lands perfectly on her feet (dem ninja skillz). She plasters an awkward, lopsided grin on her face.
"H-hey there, Lia! Lookin' good! Blonde suits ya, I think." She's obviously trying to be friendly/cordial. Probably doesn't wanna be punched in the face (outside a match).

Lia looks blankly back at Nalkeya.
"Yeah, so I've heard..."
She resists the urge to hold her temple and just stares forward.
"Ok look, I'm trying the league run again, can we just skip to the fight and end this akward farce?"

Lia laughs at the damage. She won pretty handily... and compared to last time it’s a vast improvement. Something changed in her, that’s for sure. But now she’s being ushered out the door, but she stops Nalkeya while still in the arena, hopefully with nobody around. She points at Nalkeya.
”Hold the damn phone woman! After the shit you pulled last time, I got fucking words for you!”
She stands in front of Nalkeya for a moment, before grinning and opening her shirt up, and since she still doesn’t have a bra, she’s just exposed now. She bounces a bit before sticking her tongue out and closing up. She turns and slowly begins to gather her stuff, hoping for some sort of response.

Nalkeya's attitude changes almost immediately, and before Lia knows it, she's "catching glimpses" of Nalkeya (not that Nalkeya hides much to begin with). Not only that, but Nalkeya straight up invites her to 'have some fun' at some point.

"I mean it was still shitty what you did. You should 'never' do it again. Ever. I don't care if you are a crazy ninja, I will find a way to burn you in an unforgiving place if you do that shit to me again."
She pauses.
"I mean being kidnapped and turned into a hybrid against one's will kinda puts a lot of past transgressions in the 'rear-view' pretty quickly. So yeah it's mostly off, just the awkwardness of coming here earlier."
She wraps her tails around herself and tilts her head at the poison-leader.
"Part of it was a tease, part of it was messing with you... and then part of it is how I've been feeling lately."
She grins.
"If I kept teasing you, what would you do about it, eh?"

Nalkeya acknowledges Lia's more serious words. She made a huge mistake, and she's not going to deny it. That said, even her more harmless pranks never get used twice on the same person. It gets boring and predictable.
"As for what I'll do if you continue to tease?" Nalkeya's smirk returns tenfold as her eyes roam over Lia's body, still hidden beneath her clothes. "Well...I can think of quite a few things I'd like to do."

She smirks in return, and lets her shirt open a little bit. Not enough to see again, but just a little.
"Oh you can, huh? Like what exactly? Keep in mind I might be 'hotter' than you can handle this way."
Lia lets waves of heat roll off her body.

Nalkeya tosses her own blonde hair back. "Of course not. Most everyone looks better as a blonde. Though I'm obviously biased." Nalkeya shivers a little when the heat washes over her. "Dang girl, keep that up and you might get me a bit hot under the collar. The question is though, are you sure that you can handle me?" She grins cheekily.
