Without warning, the young man launches into a full list of "interesting" trivia about Spinda. Things like how there are literally millions of different combinations of spot patterns, and how each individual has not only its own pattern, but its own personality associated with the pattern. No two Spinda are alike! Well, except for his six, it seems. Each and every one of the six following him seem to have the exact same pattern. Leon perhaps begins to see why people are ignoring him. He's obviously very passionate about this subject and seems to launch into detailed and lengthy explanations of things related to Spinda on a hair trigger.

Leon listened and processed as best he could, nodding when appropriate. When the young man finally took a breath Leon said "Wow, so running into six of the same patterned Spinda is near impossible? You must feel quite lucky in that case.Do you just collect Spinda or do you battle with your pokemon as well?" he asked curiously.

Ash wobbles forward, leaning particularly hard in one direction. Just as it closes in on the Koffing, it suddenly twirls around and lands a strike from who knows where!

Puff is surprised but managed to weather the blow, the impact did, however, cause the floating pokemon to expel some poisonous fumes.

Ash the Spinda coughs a bit, but it powers through anyway. It wobbles backwards, then charges forward like a battering ram.

Puff felt the hit much stronger this time, belching out a cloud of smoke to hide from the heavy hitting bear.
Puff uses Smokescreen (Smokescreen will be present on the field until it is dispelled by Defog or Whirlwind, or until the end of the encounter. All pokemon within its area or attacking into it's area get -3 to Accuracy)

The spinning bear stuck Puff, who fell out of the air unconscious, seeing that Leon returned him before thinking about what to try next, tossing Rex out in place of Puff. Rex came out snarling and gnashing his teeth, trying to bite the spinning bear in the haze.

Rex was hit hard by the attack, as it seemed to leave lasting damage. On top of that Rex seemed to sieze up as the electricity went through his body. Fearing another bite, Rex shot a fireball at the Spinda.

Rex howled hit hard by the attack, as he collapsed. Leon realised he was down to one last pokemon as he threw out Toadstool to take Rex's place, the Mushroom bug leading off by shooting seed pits at the spinning bear.
Toadstool uses Bullet Seed.

Toadstool is knocked of the smoke looking quite hurt, but rushes right back in trying to bite the spinning bear and sap some of it's energy.
Toadstool uses Absorb.
