"Ursaring, the Hibernator Pokémon. Ursaring searches for honey in a forest daily. To reach its food, it often snaps trees with its forelegs rather than climbing." the pokedex response but as you look at the picture you see that this one is very obviously not normal color. as for what you can gather you can tell that it some kind of guardian or a least the strongest Pokemon around. although it does not seem to really be willing to do anything but eat.
Narcia, you remember that Ursaring are usually not that aggressive unless you try to steal their food or do something else to provoke them although you can tell that this one is unusual as it seem to somehow gain a new typing with your best guess being steel type. that and the fact that it has no fear of you guys or anger yet all the other Pokemon due states that this pokemon is ether oblivious to the world at large or believes that it can tackle you all without much danger to it self. as for what it is doing know it mostly likely just watching to see what you do and may react depending on your actions, but food seems to be the top of the list for know.

the pokemon part as you pass by watching you with fear, you see some where about to stop you but thought better of it, as you had back to town you see that it is starting to get dark and the town center seems to be setting up for some kind of event, the locals are waving at you to come over, as you pass though the gates again they close and are shut with a giant log to keep it from opening again. you see of in the distance Palm and the old lady from earlier taking and heading towards you.

"We saw a strange-looking Ursaring in the woods," said Narcia. "I suspect it may be Steel-type. Have you seen a Pokémon like that in the woods before?

"Steel type Ursaring, hmm well i don't know about it specifically but Pokemon around here have been slowly adjusting to the change to the Eco-system though i don't know why around here as this area was not really affected." Palm said "although this could be a interesting sight what did it do when it found you guys and what where you doing as it arrive." he asked
" And where is it know i don't want a threat like near are town" the old lady said as she seems worried now " did it drive you off, are you injured, how are your Pokemon" she says dropping a bag of medical supplies sorry we don't have a Pokemon center but i do have a few potions and bandage to fix them up or do you need them" she now has a bunch of potions and wraps ready seeming to about to cover you all in them with or without injury.
" I dont think their that hurt but back to why we found you as the people of this humble place would like to invite you to a party in the town center" Palm says "it nothing special but it would be a nice intro to this region, and i am sure they will make it a night to remember." he finish pointing towards the nearly finished tents and a table full of food for both Pokemon and people, although even from here you see way to many Oran berries.

"We were battling just outside of town and caught some Pokemon when it came barreling through the forest. It just sat there, eating and watching us while another group of Pokemon just circled us as if watching to see what we do. The Ursaring was about a 10 minute walk, that way..." he points in the direction they had seen the Ursaring. "Our Pokemon took some hits, I know Aurora could use some tending to... She was hit pretty hard," says Bradley as he lets Aurora out of her ball and crouched down to gently stroke her behind the ears, "Plus, Ziggy... the Zigzagoon I just caught a little while ago."
Getting up and going to get two small trays of food for his Pokemon, he comes back carrying them and sets one down in front of Aurora and lets Ziggy out of his ball. Taking one of the Oran Berries from the plate and holding it out for Ziggy to sniff and take. "Don't worry... I want to be friends. I hope this berry helps soothe some of your injuries." Looking up at the elderly woman, "Can you show me how to wrap bandages for injuries?"

Narcia releases the Spoink from the ball. It looks pained, and hops around a bit before flopping on its side tiredly, looking up at Narcia and the old woman.

Ziggy sniffed the berry and bit into it, after chewing the bite he attempt to swallow the rest in a single gulp but more chokes on it for a seconds before it start to chew it, " well looks like he was hungry, i wonder if the berry trees are not in bloom" the old woman said "wait did i ever tell you my name, i did not did i, well it Cherry" she continues as she gives a potion to the spoink and goes over how to explain how to use the bandages.
( i forgot to mention but the zigzagoon has 1 injury, spoink has 3 annd the shelmet has none)

"This one could use some healing too, I think," he says, releasing the new Shelmet. "I don't actually know exactly how badly she's hurt, but Deus hit her pretty hard." The Kelfki jingles its keys in pride, from where it's clipped to Blake's belt.

"actual not at all we are a small village on the edge most people just get to orange town and leave us and apple town alone, so yes we are kind of trying to make a good impression so you can tell all your friends to come down here" she says looking at the shelmet and spraying it with a potion to heal it wounds. " and more importantly we will be reopening are gym a little bit in the future, my daughter will be the gym leader as i am way to old. Oh and the names Lily" she says with great pride in her voice as she looks at the mansion off in the distance.
