The Tome calls it "Zigzagoon", and says it is a known herbivore. Not that this seems to have stopped it from stealing whatever trail snacks you have in your bag.

Wandering the plains south of Saffron, Team Reiki come across a bunch of small, fluffy-looking Pokemon playing hide-and-seek among some rocks. They are sort of grey-ish in color, and quite small.

Leaving Raido to his ball for the moment, Rei walks south along the route and finds the group of small pokemon playing. Rei points them out to Tiki.

"Would you rather grab one? I've caught quite a few normal types. They seem to like me. If there's so many, wouldn't you like to try for one first? I might consider asking one to join against me but I don't want to make my team too weak to one type. Not to mention I can only make so many of those wards to be able to injure spirits."

Tiki nods excitedly. "Alright then! But, I don't wanna go and interrupt its' fun...Oh I know!" Tiki skips on over near the small critter, and cover her eyes. "1....2....3....4....5....6....7.....8.....9.....10! There's a lil cutie patootie around here, and I'm gonna find 'em!" Tiki then gets on all fours, and looks around for little grey rodent.

The little gray rodents scatter at Tiki's approach, even before she begins to count. It's unclear if this is fright because "big scary thing!" or if they caught on much quicker than expected to her goal. Either way, to befriend/capture one, Tiki will have to find them first.

Among the grey rocks, the Pokemon blend in almost perfectly, but Rei is able to spot one or two as they scamper from hiding spot to hiding spot.

Despite their best attempts at hiding, Tiki is able to spot the two that Rei pointed out. Realizing they've been spotted, they scurry away again as Tiki draws near.

Tiki frowns as they scamper away. She tries her best to get down to their level, and seems as non threatening as possible. "It's ok! Look, I just wanna be friends with you guys!"

Turns out they aren't as frightened as it may appear. As soon as tiki bends down, several of them jump onto her back, making cheering noises like they won the game. Seems like the others were just distractions.

Tiki laughs as she is swarmed by several adorable balls of fluff. "Hehehe! Guess the roles were reversed for this game." She takes a seat, and takes a few in her arms, and snuggles them. "Ohhhh! you're all so soft, and fluffy!!"

Tiki burries her face in the batch of grey fluff. "I love all of them!" Tiki then takes out one of her apricorn balls, and holds it out after putting them all down. "I love each of of you, but only one can come along. What do you think sweeties?"

This question seems to puzzle them. They all seem to want to stay together, but also seem to want to play with Tiki more. In the end, they all just give Tiki the cutesy eyes, as if begging her to either stay with them or bring all of them along on an adventure.

Tiki looks at all of them, then looks to Rei with tears in the corners of her eyes. "Awwww. I can't split em up, Rei. And, I got..." She digs around her bag, and pulls out 3 basic apricorn balls. "...Only 3 normal balls. Hmmm..."

Rei walks up seeing the dilemma and puts a hand on her shoulder.
"Well I guess you only have one chioce now, Tiki."
Rei takes her two other basic apricorn balls and hands them to Tiki.
"I guess you get a whole adorable army!"
