With the sleeping one now up, Rei commands Hari to take that one down so it can't add in to the problems. She herself does her aggressive dance once more. Rei uses Dance of Blades again.

The spunky crawdad gets easily swatted away, and knocked out. "Arrgghh! Stop hurting everyone!" Tiki, after recalling Tower, she tosses out Temperance. "Temperance, take this jerk down!" The yellow and brown goober looks around, clearly uninterested, but begins to wave its hands, sending a psychic attack at the big one.

Clay regards the tadpoles warily. They don't look like much, but plenty of strong Pokémon don't, especially in this swamp. He sends out Snivy, though the serpentine Pokémon turns up his snout at the mud around him.
Snivy - 14 (18 with Agility Orders) Rolling off: gvuM1Is61d2 Let's try that again with the right die: 1d6
"Hit 'em fast, Snivy! Vine Whip!" Snivy's just as quick off the mark as ever - especially with Clay's help. Vines sprout from his collar to lash out at the nearest of the blue Pokémon.
Clay's voice drops to a slithery hiss. "Good one, got the drop on 'em! Stay back for now, we'll close in soon enough!"

One of the little tadpoles begins to dance around in a funny manner. This seems to cause a localized downpour! (Poliwag #3 used Rain Dance!)
The two front ones begin swaying back and forth, their eyes glowing slightly as they stare down Justice and Snivy respectively.

Hikari is knocked right out, and Rei frowns. Time for her new guardian then. Alligapod takes the place of the dimunitive mouse and makes a defensive posture. "Alligapod, please gear your lances up for combat. We are going to need it, it seems..."The Escavalier does a similar dance to Shinpuru and Rei, and seems that much more dangerous as a result. Rei uses Inspired Orders
Alligapod uses Dance of Blades, gaining 2 attack stages!
Lancer activates! Because Alligapod did not move, she gaines +5DR until the end of her next turn.

Clay receives simple images, and thoughts of Tiki, food, and running around from the dreaming Bayleef. Tiki claps her hands to get her up. "Come on, Justice! Wake up, and get back in there!"

Snivy is hit with a powerful blast of water - not to mention another jet from the other Poliwag - but he shakes it off, leaving his leafy scales wet. He is, however, even more muddy now - a fact which does not appear to please him.
Snivy darts in around the slumbering Justice to lash out with another Vine Whip at the Poliwag he'd injured before. Clay cheers, pleased that Snivy didn't succumb to Hypnosis again after just waking up. "Great going, Snivy! Now... everybody... You too, knight-guy!" he calls out to Alligapod. "Time to work together!"
A greenish light flashes through the rain from somewhere near Clay's heart, and then from Snivy's chest as well. The flow of thoughts from Justice's sleeping mind is slightly confusing - and even more so when Alligapod is doubtless added in as well. But it's surprisingly easy to handle, even if he doesn't remember catching the edge of a Pokémon's dreams like that before. Maybe there's something to this "Aura" thing after all.

Snivy is buffeted by jets of water from multiple directions, and by the end of it he's looking distinctly bedraggled - but the flash of green light from his chest is still glowing, cutting through the water and the rain.
"One more time!" Clay calls out, still in an imitation of Snivy's hissing, and Snivy shakes off the water and lashes out with his vines once more, intending to finally take down the Poliwag he's already wounded twice.

Clay's voice drops back into human tones. "Let's get you a rest... Sandy, take it from here!" And the bedraggled Snivy is switched out for Sandy, who hunkers down in the mud for the moment, soaking up the moisture from the rain - but under the mud he's ready to spring into action. Clay's eyes flash for a moment, and now a green light is shining from Alligapod's chest as well, out from between his lances.
