Chariot doesn't like the loud noises. It surrounds itself in fire, and rushes the yanma in front of it.

Red Child whines as two shockwaves hit him. He hardly thinks that's fair. He leaps up to spit another spray of flame at the Yanma he's targeting, then glares at the other one that hit him with a threatening snarl. Meanwhile, Clay's turned to shout encouragement to Chariot. Well, bark it, really. "C'mon, keep it up! They can't dodge forever!"

Chariot is bombarded by by lots of sound. She is very weak from the attack, but tries to burn one of the Yanma before she is pulled back into her ball. Baba the Mareep pops out next.

Red Child howls as another shockwave collides with him. He shoots a glare at another nearby bug, snarling, then spits fire at the Yanma he's been focusing on again at point-blank range.
He'd gladly keep fighting, but Clay is wary of letting him go down. He recalls the Growlithe, swapping him out for Flower to let her take another shot. "Let's see if you can hit this one!"

"Let's see if your aim's improved... see that guy there, on the edge? Light him up!"
Flower floats up into the air, leaving her on a level with the fluttering dragonflies. Her flames stream out towards the bug Red Child had been unsuccessfully targeting as she closes in on it slowly. Hopefully this will draw some attention off of the poor Mareep there.

Clay cheers as one of the bugs finally goes down! "Yeah, nice going guys! Temperance, buddy, lend us your strength!" He calls out to the Drowzee, and a blue glow starts to shine from his forehead. A moment later, Flower's flame brightens a little more.
The chilly mist that fills the clearing makes Clay shiver, but Flower doesn't seem to mind. After her and Koto's attacks bring her target down, she rotates in midair, that serene smile still on her tiny face. Her flame streams out again, the ghostly blue even eerier in the haze as it whips into a whirlwind around another of the bugs.

Wow, these bugs are frustrating! Flower's even starting to frown a little. Her flame lashes and dances back and forth as she locks eyes - well, only one of them is visible - with the evasive Yanma, a yellowish beam cutting through the haze between them as she tries to disorient the bug.
The light on Clay's brow starts to glow brighter as another one kindles on Temperance's sloping forehead. Let's give you a hand, too...
