Troy smiled. They were certainly a lively bunch. "It's great to meet you, Claudia, Evangeline and Jun." Troy decided that if Ethan called Evangeline by her actual name to her face, it was probably best for him to do so too. He clasped Jun's hand, and gave a good, steady pull, hopefully simply helping Jun up rather than wrenching his arm. Troy continued to smile at the group. The positive atmosphere they exuded was infectious. "So you guys already have a gym badge? That's pretty awesome. I can't wait until we get to our first gym battle." If I've got it right, their group started at the same time as this one? In that case it's doubly impressive that they've already got their first badge, Troy thought. 

"Flying Slowpoke?" Troy had to ask. "I've never heard of a Slowpoke that can fly." Despite not having experience with such a phenomenon though, Troy couldn't deny that Pokemon were strange and amazing creatures. It wouldn't be that surprising to hear about a species of Slowpoke that could fly. "That sounds really cool!"

"Rare Pokémon finding app, synthisizes the online rumors into a news feed telling me where people are saying strange interesting Pokémon are. There's apparently a strange Psyduck in the Orenburg gate causing troubles, it's a strange shade of pink and red" Claudia mentioned, a bit excitedly.

"It's to bad though, we already promised Eva. We're now headed up towards Florida town." Jun said a bit sullen, "Eva got a special shopping app that tells her where one of a kind beauty products and other junk is, and the flower festival up that way has a bunch of that stuff."

Evangeline scoffed, "We said we'd take turns choosing locations. Claudia wanted to go see the flying slowpoke, you wanted to rush to canclave cause it was the closest badge. just cause your're silly "elite four location app" says bertha is in the area, you wanna head in that direction."

With that the group noted, "Though I think we have to be going, we're going to the global trade center."

A nod came from Jun, "I think we all caught a pokemon that we didn't want and are looking to trade."

"Speak for yourselves, I quite like my Cleo." She said.

Claudia noted, "I know but neither one of us want dunesparse. Can't believe fourteen of those guys came out of that bush."

"I blame Jun for that one." Evangeline said.

Jun pointed out, "To be fair Eva you're the one who threw the rock, just cause I dodged does not make it my fault."

Eva produced a rock from her bag and said, "Then I won't throw it this time!"

With that Jun and Eva started their way off of the roof. Jun being chased by Eva with a rock.

Leaving Claudia behind, She took a notebook out of her bag, and walked over to Ethan, "Here my pokedex contact number. Feel free to send me the picture or message m-"

As she said that and handed Ethan a piece of paper, a rock came down from over the two's head, Knocking the paper out of her hand, and letting it drift to the ground. On her head Star looked at Ethan and made his chest puff up.

"Star!" Claudia yelled at her pokemon, "No! bad!"

She returned the pokemon and quickly picked up the paper handing it over to Ethan, "Anyways, I gotta run before they do anything."

With that Claudia ran off next, chasing after her companions.

With that the group was easily able to make their way towards the trainer school. The trainer school was much larger than the school in twinleaf town, and far larger than any of the schools that any of the others from outside of the city had seen before. It was a multi floored building with a couple of different playgrounds out front.

Noting they noticed that the Trainer school was attached to another normal school, that had kids up to high school age.

In the front area of the school they saw a bunch of kids talking to each other and a couple of them walked off to have a battle. This left a fair number of kids to talk to and challenge to a pokemon match, ranging from children in preschool to kids in high school, far older than any of the trainers.

Ethan looks around in awe. The school is much larger than he thought it would be. There is also what seems to be a normal school that the Trainer School is attached to. There are also many kids around, which should increase their odds at finding someone to battle with.

Ethan returns the nod to Troy. "Alright! I think I'll like to see how Breloom and I work together." Ethan have decided to wait a while longer to have Tamama battle, since the tadpole have only just hatched earlier today.

Observing several groups of kids, Ethan saw one that stood out among the rest. The girl had blue eyes and sported flowing blond hair stylized in twintails. She has on a jacket that is black with bright orange colors. The youth also worn a headband over her forehead. Upon walking closer, he can tell the girl was dressed up as a fictional character. She looks to be around his age, and as he looks around, he sees that the rest of the her friends are also dressed up, though not as detailed or vibrant as her costume is.

"Sorry to bother you. I'm Ethan Stark, and I was wondering if you would like to battle me." Ethan bows politely with a hand over his chest. "I've recently caught a new Pokemon and would like to see how well we work together in a battle." Standing back up, Ethan flashes a bright smile.

Troy laughs a little, this kid was even more confident than Troy had thought. "Yeah, how about... $300?" Now that money was on the line, Troy was a little worried. Should I give Atlas and Zephyr a Snack? he wondered, but ultimately decided he wanted to see how well he could perform without his little snacks before he used them. If he lost the money, he could always offer snacks instead of money for the next battle.
