"Heh you're probably the first, No problem kid" he said leaning on the wall as she passed.
Through the door was another set of steps that took Tamira deeper undeground as she came out to a barely lit stadium, a standard sized battlefield in the middle, the stands empty. On the far end of the field a young woman with purple hair with two spiral ponytails, her outfit similar to Tamira's as she looked a bit bored, standing next to her was a young punk with sunglasses
"I don't get why I have to sit here, all day. Even if the new trainers are arriving today there's no way they're picking me for their first gym over the Pink Princess" the woman said as the punk noticed Tamira
"Hey boss look!" he said pointing toward Tamira as the young woman stood up quickly grabbing her pokeball "Hey what are you doing down here I thought I told you guys, the gym is for..." she said getting cut off by a beep as she pulled a purple P*DA from her pocket looking at it,before looking very embarrassed.
"Ohh a challenger...How are you doing?" she asked walking forward onto the field the punk heading for the center line.

"I'm doing pretty well," Tamira said, looking up and down at the gym leader. Tamira was surprised at the looks of the gym leader. She had heard the name Violent Violet and had expected a very rough looking, older lady, but instead she was treated to a punk. However, Tamira was not going to let her guard down, as she was probably in charge for a reason.
"And as to the reason they're choosing the other gym, it probably has something to do with the fact that you hid your gym in an undisclosed location in the middle of the slums. I only found this place by interrogating one of your employees. People don't want to work hard to find a gym, they work hard to beat it."

"Well up until Bast asked me to be a Gym Leader this was just my base, It's not like I wanted the punks or Team Anarchy to know where it was, plus it's not like I could have offered the Coordinator's anything. Though Ricky should have just lead you here." she said looking thoughtful
"He didn't ask for cash or anything right?" she asked looking at her

"Little brat...probably didn't even know you were a trainer until you showed him the licence" she said looking angry but took a breath sighing "But that's for a talk with him later" she said.
"As to why I used picked here, Well the battle field was already here, so it meant the League didn't need to spend the money to build another gym, plus until now it didn't really get in the way. Your the first challenger who's come looking" she said looking over at Tamira.

Robbie you know what to do" she said looking at the sunglasses punk who nodded grabbing a microphone hanging from the cieling "Welcome to Bishar gym, today's challenge will be between the Baroness of the Backstreets Violet, and the challenger Tamira" he said to the empty stadium
"The rules for this challenge are simple Violet is allowed to use 2 pokemon, while the challenger is allowed to use up to 6 pokemon. The battle will be decided when either side is out of usable pokemon, Now, Let's get ready to battle" he said as Violet started
"I'll go first let you pick a pokemon based on my own, Go Shade" she said throwing out a pokeball as an Umbreon hopped out with a cry.

"Alright, go get them cottonee." The fairy Pokemon appeared, standing stoic in front of Tamira. Not giving her opponent time to rest, Tamira said, "use leech seed on the umbreon!"

The Seeds smacked into Umbreon latching on as Umbreon went to attack it seemed to be drained by the seeds as it ran for attempting to throw some dust in Cottonne's eyes. Sand Attack's AC 2:4 |

Cottonee avoided the attack, but in order to do so, she had to dodge quickly, which made her open for another attack.

Cottonee took the attack head on, and yet barely even looked fazed. "Alright Cottonee, focus up and use fairy wind!"

The pink wind hit the black fox wounding it a bit as it was drained a bit more, trying to kick dust into the fluffy fairy types eyes again. Shade loses 6 HP Cottonee gains 6 HP

As the dust flew into Cottonee's eyes, Tamira frowned. She wanted to end this quicker, but attacking blind wasn't the best plan. Instead, she decided to bolster Cottonee's strength. "Cottonee, use growth!"

Shade was drained again looking injured as Violet looked over at the Black fox "Try using Pursuit again Shade, take that puffball down" she said as Shade nodded trying to head but the fluffball again. Shade loses 6 HP Cottonee gains 6 HP

Seeing that the umbreon was almost down, Tamira wanted to get Cottonee up to full health for the next opponent. "Cottonee, let's get you healed up. Use absorb!"

The absorb didn't seem to do much the seeds however stole even more life, leaving Shade on the edge as it growled trying to one more attack before it fell over Cottonee get's 3 HP from Absorb
Shade loses 6 HP Cottonoee Gains 6 HP.

Seeing that the Pokemon was about ready to give out, Tamira decided she would make Cottonee stronger before the next attack, and would let leech seed apply the finishing blow. "Cottonee don't bother attacking. Use growth on yourself instead."
