Tamira again leers at the pokemon, and shouts, "Don't get discouraged Treecko, you can get 'em. One more shot at quick attack!" Treecko again goes in for a speedy hit.

Charlie scurries forward, and quickly begins working to patch Speedy up.
(Charlie uses a Med Kit and drains 1 AP as an Extended action; Speedy heals 14 points of damage and is no longer Burned. Feel free to finish up with Tamira)

Treecko, seeing that the balls have once again failed to hit, goes in to try and help make things easier. He goes up and attempts to strike the Cottonee.

The Cottonee was struck by the green lizards attack, and responded by growing again, getting ready for a big attack. Cottonee uses Growth again

Tamira digged into her bag to pull out a third Pokeball. I didn't think I would have to use so many of these. This is clearly not going well. But hopefully this will work. She threw the ball at the now more injured pokemon, in hopes she would have better success than last time. throw 7 catch 13

Charlie continues to tend to his poor Speedy, that Leech Life having taken a powerful toll on the psychic mon. Thankfully his time in the caves served him well, and after several long minutes, the mon was looking much more hale and hearty, though still slightly wounded. Turning to look at Tamira, he gave the older girl a thumbs up as she caught her own target. "Wow, that was a lot tougher than I anticipated. Speedy here nearly got really hurt. Do you want to keep looking here for more mon, or do you want to try somewhere else?"

That was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Things were not going our way. I just am happy that Treecko isn't that injured, but damn. Tamira turned to Treecko and said, "Looks like both of us need to train a little more, huh? I was missing Pokeballs left and right." As Tamira went around to recover the balls that did not work, Charlie asked if she wanted to continue. She stopped to think for a second. "I suppose we could keep going. Despite the length of the fight, Treecko is actually looking pretty healthy, nothing a potion can't fix." Treecko folded his arms and nodded, affirming that he could carry on. "So I'll leave it up to you. If you want to continue, I will folllow, if not, then that is fine too. We can return to town. Personally I'm leading towards continuing"

Charlie flushes a little at being put in control, but nods. "I think that we're good to continue. Even with Speedy injured, Larvesta basically undid all the damage that he did to her with that one move, and she's probably best suited to fighting the mon in this area." So saying, he'll lead the way through the grass once more.

Alright sounds good. Just give me a second to heal up Treecko." Sarah pulled a potion out of her bag and applied it to Treecko, and after a couple of seconds he was looking much better. "Okay, ready to go. Let's go find some more grass Pokemon."

After walking a bit further they find a curious site a Poocheyen perched on a rock growling at what looks like nothing. (Perception 8) A closer look at the grass at the rocks base reveals a Flabebe.
