Sarah nodded, "Quite.... we don't really have the time to test the validity of the claims.... but I think I've got an idea..."
She pulled a large net out of her pack, a Lighter, her Fishing pole, and tore off the back piece of cardboard from her notebook.
With that she wrote on the cardboard, in big black ink. "Team Anarchy idiots, I'm Professor seedling the man your looking for, Come and get me."
Using her pen to poke a hole in the cardboard she tied it to the end of her fishing line.
She moved over to her own room, and ran the line around one of the pipes in the room, and lead it out. Having the line run under the door she left it open, and then started warming the door handle.
After it was sufficiently hot she tied a piece of line to that to, to allow her to pull it shut. Then lead the cardboard end to the door.
She said to the others, "Alright guys, go hide in your rooms. I'm ready."
She smiled at them, and waited for them to go into their rooms.

Zuzu followed Sarah a bit like a puppy as she moved around her room and watched as she started heating up the doorknob.
"Umm Sarah what are you and Zuzu doing?" Prof. Seedling asked walking over inspecting the work she had done

She smiled, "I'm going to bag me some baddies!"
"Cissy and Senta always told me to 'make the enemy engage me on my terms'" she smiled humming as the door knob heated up, "So I'm setting up! Now go hide in the room Professor seedling."

"Umm alright than, You seem to know what you're doing" Prof. Seedling said smiling a bit as he collected up his case "Look out for her alright Mudkip" he said looking at the small marshdweller, than made his way into one of the other rooms.
Mudkip nodded "Mud-kip kip" it said before looking up at Sarah wondering if it could help, in whatever it was she was doing.

Tamira just watched Sarah do whatever she was doing, as she thought that she had a well thought out plan. She was wrong. Whatever Sarah thought she was going to accomplish by putting a piece of cardboard down with insults to the Team Anarchy members, she was probably wrong in the assumptions. "Um Sarah, what the fuck are you doing? Do you really think that these guys are stupid enough to fall for this trap? Cause I don't. I don't think a ten year old would fall for this," she said, pointing to the piece of cardboard on the ground.

Sarah pointed out, "They were dumb enough to announce over the intercoms that there were only 3 of them on the boat."

Charlie looks conflicted as he watches all this taking place. "She sorta has a point there? Maybe we can ambush them while they're trying to figure things out if they don't go for the sign immediately?" he offers tentatively. "Oh, Professor, is there anything special about this Slowpoke?"

"She does and doesn't have a point. They left the intercom on by accident, not knowing how to shut it off. Yes, they should have been more careful, but that only proves they are unprofessional. It doesn't prove that they are cartoonishly stupid." Tamira pauses for a second, sighing. "Look, I don't think your whole plan is stupid. Luring them in was going to be my idea too. Just, maybe we do a different method. Like maybe one of us tells the people we found him, and lead him to the room?"

Prof.Seedling stuck his head out the door. "Slowpoke is a Wetlands pokemon as well, However unlike Mudkip it doesn't have any gills. It is able to produce water in a similiar way though" "It's standard moves are Curse, Tackle, Yawn, Growl, and Water Gun. However special to this Slowpoke is the move Snore it gained from it's heritage" he said smiling "Some researchers are a bit mean and call Slowpoke Dopey, however it's actually quite intuitive. It uses it's tail to go fishing. However this can sometimes lead to a Shellder clamping on for a sudden evolution" he said chuckling Perception 5 You hear foot steps and the sounds of doors being opened than shut quickly. Perception 10 There are 3 sets of foot steps and the sound of flapping wings. |

Sarah considered the point, "and what if they're armed? What if they take you hostage to make sure they get him to follow you? There's three of them, and if we go meet them as a group it might end up worse injuring one of us to make sure the other two fall in line with listing to them. If we have our pokemon out they'll consider us to be a threat. This keeps us out of their reach."
"If you'd like to put a different message on the piece of cardboard go ahead." she said, offering a pen to Tamira, as she held it out, she heard the sounds of the footsteps coming "but if you do do it fast. They're almost here."

Zuzu struck a defensive pose in front of Sarah and Prof.Seedling watching the door "Mudkip Mudkip kip" he said looking ready for a fight

With a smirk of getting her way she said to Tamaria, "thanks!"
She slid the Carboard under the door, and headed into one of the rooms herself. Listening for the sounds of them picking it up.

Charlie backs into the room with the Professor, Pesterball in one hand, pokeball in the other and ready to fight, the rocking of the ship momentarily forgotten. Closing the door to just a crack, he's ready to burst in and help if things go poorly.

Zuzu followed Sarah into the room.
Outside the sounds of foots got a bit clearer as they approached the door to their cabin "What's this say?" the boisterous ones voice said "Dear Team Anarachy...IDIOTS! He's calling us Idiots! Well whose the dumb one now smarty pants? We know you're in there!" he yelled as the meek ones voice could be hear "Ummm...maybe we should go tell the boss, this seems a bit weird and I don't think..." "We don't need the boss! This 'Professor'..." he said with the sound of a sneer in his voice "Just gave us his location, now let's get in there" he yelled the meek one going quiet as the sound of the door being kicked open was heard.
"Where are you professor!" the boisterous one yelled
"Umm we're not going to hurt you we just want the pokedexes and starters" the meek one said
"Like hell we aint hurting him, he called me an idiot. He's at least getting a knock on the noggin, 'sides if we bring the Pokedexes and the Professor in, we'll probably get like double the reward!" he said the meek one going quiet.

As soon as they came in, Sarah started reeling in the line, making the cardboard go towards the room.

"What the heck?" the loud ones voice said as the meek one spoke up again "See...this is weird why is the cardboard moving. It's got to be a trick" he said
"No...Don't you get it, that's what he wants us to think. He wants us to run and get the boss and while we're gone he'll run off again. Well I'm not going to fall for it. If it's being pulled somewhere he must be on the other end of the line. Let's go" he said the sound of him grabbing fabric followed as the steps now seemed to follow the cardboard.

Sarah waited, but motioned for Zuzu to point his mouth at the door, and be ready to blast them in case they tried the other doors. She strained her ears to hear where they were going.

Zuzu took aim waiting for Sarah's command. Perception 7 "Hey what's going on he's supposed to be here" The boisterous one said followed by the sound of the bathroom door opening.
"Not in here either!" he said angerly
"See I told you, all of this was just a trick, he's probably long gone by now...The boss is gonna be so mad" the meek one said sadly. |

Charlie waits, goggle-eyed at the depths this guy's IQ is operating at. He wonders silently if it's possible for someone to have a negative IQ score. Then he hears them opening the bathroom door in the room. "Sarah, NOW!" he yells.
