With Nioyl jumping out of the window suddenly none of the Pirates even reacted as they started charging out of the boat in search.
Within everyone's minds Shelldon spoke, I'm leading everyone. I'll coordinate it so you guys can follow Joel and we can meet up safely at the edge of the city.
Well it seems like Niyol jumped out of the ship, so Sandra pull back. Shelldon advised.
He asked humbly, if you don't mind please do the same Ovelia.
With that the groups were directed about by Shelldon and lead through a chase around the city, the piartes searched everywhere searching after Joel. Joel on the otherhand made sure to turn back into Niyol once or twice to make sure he drew them away from the ship to keep Niyol's path from the port out safe.
After 15 minutes of intense chasing, hiding, and following the groups arrived on the outskirts of the city. With Niyol slowly coming up on the rear slightly damp from the water.
Before the group could say a word to Each other a voice called out, "You know, with the stupid fucking limp, and the dumb look on your face you aren't that hard to follow through a crowd bitch."
Standing at the end of the allyway was the lady from the boat. She looked at them, her hand on her sword.

Fine...I'll save slapping him till then. Ovelia replied as she pushed away from where she had been waiting and left the docks. She leaned against her construct for support as she tried her best to head right toward the spot. It's not like they were chasing her and she wasn't around Niyol anyways so she wasn't too concerned.
The slow trip there caused by her injury meant that despite everyone else chasing, hiding, and such, Ovelia arrived around the same time as everyone else.
When she saw Niyol, she opened her mouth to speak before the voice interrupted. She sighed as she heard the woman and rubbed her temple. She really wanted to beat the woman and make up for whatever had happened last time that she couldn't recall, but with her bad leg and splitting headache she was aware that wasn't the best option even if she wouldn't saw it outloud.
She turned and crossed her arms, "Great, you followed a knight. What's your point? Right now he isn't on your boat giving you zero ability to force him to come with you." Ovelia pointed out. "While he was on the boat you were able to make it tricky, but at the moment its now his choice and we can ask. Niyol, do you wish to go back with them? Or shall we head back to the mansion?" She asked simply.

Mael thanked Shelldon mentally as the boy lead everyone around the city and then to the rendezvous point. When he finally saw Niyol arriving slowly, dripping wet with water, Mael began to relax. Now things can go back to normal, he thought.
He thought too soon as a voice broke his relaxed state. Mael sighed. This is what I get for letting my guard down. Hm, I feel like someone should remind this woman that it's her captain that has political immunity, not her. I guess I'll have to be the one to do it. After Niyol answers Ovelia's obvious question, I suppose.

Upon rendezvousing with the others after his escape Niyol let out a relieve sigh and a grateful smile at his party, mentally thanking Shelldon for leading them and helping him get the away.
Niyol stood there, catching his breath as it were, bare chested with a black bandana over his golden locks. At some point he was able to replace his eyepatch before joining back up with the others. He suppose it might be vanity more than anything that he wears the patch but with his past he rather hide his eye under leather and gems.
No sooner did Niyol caught his breadth that it seems one of Maya underlings caught up to them and by the look and she was one of Maya's 'officers'. At Oveila's question, Niyol blinked and then rub a hand over his good eye a curse struggling to get out. Niyol really liked Oveila for her foolhardy spirit but by the skies does she sometime annoy him. Perhaps he was just on edge from the escape. Instead Niyol place a hand on his sword and slowly floated upward and address the first mate. "I'm not going back to being a pirate and I'm not marrying yer captain. Tell, yer captain that me- my place is here. I decided to join the guild so I want to stand by that choice... Regardless of any other reasons."

She looked at them sternly and asked, "I think you don't understand the situation young knights. All I have to do is kill all of you and take back Niyol. I leave the country before any of it can get traced to me. Everything will be fine."
"I don't think ANY of you would like that would you?" She asked.

"Great." Ovelia said clapping her hands together at Niyol's remark. "Well...not 'great' great but...whatever. Point is we hear he does not wish to return so any actions against him at this point would be forcing and attempted kidnapping." Ovelia comments looking back at the First Mate.
When the woman issued her threat, Ovelia raised an eyebrow. "Oh is that all?" She asked amused. "I will point out that regardless of your skill you are terribly outnumbered. In addition, when you fail to kill us all it would mean you would be caught trying to murder a large amount of knights and that's a blatant crime. One which not even your captain's protection would protect you from. I'd honestly not even be sure if even her diplomatic immunity would apply to a blatant murder of knights." Ovelia says. "Plus you couldn't catch all of them before and had to follow me. What makes you think you could catch us now if everyone ran in a different direction? Or that you could capture Niyol without killing him as well?" She asked. "Or period since he can fly? Plus regardless of my opinions of him overall, I somehow doubt he would let you murder all these people here and not fight hard enough to leave a simple kidnapping impossible." She notes. "This also fails to mention we have shapeshifters who could, and did, easily lose you. Or that we have a psychic who has already informed everyone of your threat the moment you said it. And if they don't hear from us in a few minutes they will know it was you." Ovelia said. To be fair it wasn't a lie, she assumed Sheldon would react like that (after all if she was psychic she would have) or that her comment would give him the idea or encourage him to do so. Besides, the woman didn't know who the psychic was and if she did somehow, Ovelia was ready to intercept and give Sheldon the chance to call for help. And maybe he would call the idiot Speedy. After all he was clearly nearby, could get places quicker, and had helped with bringing people before.
"Even if a bunch of knight commanders aren't on their way if we turn up dead they already know. You can't kill a bunch of knights without them knowing and without having justice instantly brought down on you."
Ovelia smirks, "So...you are wrong about the no trace. I doubt you would even make it back to your boat. Be a good sport and go back home."

The woman didn't really listen to Ovelia as she talked, not even paying her the slightest modicum of attention. As she seeminly checked her nails as she spoke.
Blowing the dust off her nails as soon as she was done, she sighed. Without a single wasted movement she flew across the entire alleyway, and her the back of her cutless struck Ovelia in the side knocking her hard into the wall.
"Fucking Annoying bitch. I just wanted to knock her down a peg." She said.
She sighed heavily, "Fucking hate her fucking face. Alright. So, here's how this is going to go down. You are not going to tell her what I'm about to say got it?"
She pointed at Ovelia on the ground.
"Because I'd hate to Vindicate a fucking bitch like her."
"So we're making a deal here? Got it? I'm going to kick another one of your asses, and give Niyol there a fucking black eye." She explained.
She then pointed at herself, "Then the rest of you will kick the shit out of me with magic, and leave me unconsious here in the street. My boss will be satisfied with my work, I'll talk her out of kidnapping Niyol again, and Only one of you gets another ass kicking rather than at least 3 of you."
She smiled at them and asked, "Sound fair?"

Mael looked around the party and sighed. IF this was what was needed for a mostly peaceful resolution, then so be it. "Very well," he said, knowingly making the decision for the entire party without their input. Then he continued, "You can knock me out and I won't tell her a thing, I promise." His expression was serious and he was tensing a little. In all honesty Mael was furious with this bitch. Coming here and demanding she could hurt one of their number just to make herself look better to her kidnapping boss. Were it not for her immense strength, Mael would have struck her already.
Still Mael didn't let his emotions show, beyond something of a fire in his eyes. "Take your best shot," he said.

She shook her head, "I'd like for you guys to agree on that. Together."
"I'm the first mate on the ship, I help out at the buisness deals with Maya." She said, "Pirates got these things called Sea smarts. So nice try, I want you all to agree."

"Sure, I promise to not tell her. If she asks I'll just say we won." Alex said, wanting this to be over. She didn't enjoy this situation at all, and wanted to do anything to finish it up. "Is there any part of the body you would like us to keep from marring, like the face or chest?"

She shook her head, "Actually prefer it if you hit me wherever you feel like in your anger. I mean face it, all things said I did just beat the shit out of your friend there. You should get to take some anger out on me."
Shelldon asked inside everyone's heads, Can't we just.... Agree? and then after we knock her out, arrest her anyways?

Mael was quite surprised Shelldon would ask that. Hadn't the boy been a Knight longer than most of the group? We could do that, yes, but then are we any better than the pirate we locked away? We are Magic Knights, the guiding lights of the populace, we can't allow ourselves to become like criminals, even if its just a matter of going against our words. I like to think that we knights have a Code of Honour, a set of unspoken rules that most knights, if not all, adhere to. Not going against our word is one of these unspoken rules. To be honest I haven't been a knight long enough to be sure if something like that really exists or if it's just me, but I'm going to try and live by these rules anyway.

Niyol watched the first mate as Oveila talked seemly more interested in what the pirate was doing with her nail's rather than what Oveila had to say. He was impressed with Oveila mentioning Shelldon but he wondered if revealing the shape shifters was a bad idea or if it was just a lie she made up. Although that would explain why the crew thought he was on the dock.
Momentarily distracted by his trail of thought Niyol missed the pirates attack on Oveila. Niyol look in from above momentarily stun at Oveila being knocked into the wall. Niyol wait a breath then another all the while the first mate cussing Oveila out. Oveila wasn't getting up. She also wasn't moving.
Taking a concealed straggling breath, Niyol forced his attention to the first mate with a tight knot in his stomach. The situation wasn't good and not only was Oveila down but so was Mael about to if they agree with the deal. 'That's fine we can stick to the honorable way. They are pirates there are more than one way to catch a fish.'
Niyol then float on over to the first mate hovering above her and out of range of her sword. He gave a smile that didn't reach eyes. "Fuck no, oh don't me wrong. Me and my crew will keep the secret but here's a new scenario for you. You fucking forget about hurting anymore of my crew and just focus on me. I'm sure Maya has a great expectation of me so a little story about how you caught up and defeated me, barely, and was then ambushed by my crew would be believable. There's that and you get do a little more to m than a black eye. Although honestly I have a tough time seeing as it is so I'd thank you not to fuck with me eye if you take the deal."
The Niyol pause before tilting his head, the smile still there. "Deal?"

With a sigh she said, "Deal. I'll only hit you twice, and after that the rest of you lay into me, preferably with some kind of magic that'll leave a mark that I couldn't get with a sword."
"brace yourself, this'll hurt pretty bad." She said.
With that she walked up to Niyol and with a Flick of her sword smashed the tall man in the nuts, as he nelt down to the side, she gave him a swift right cross into his chin in one swift motion.
As he crumpled to the ground, she dropped her cutlass to the ground, and held her in a defensive position to cover her face and major organs.
"Now Have at me." she said.

Alex watched as Niyol got hit twice and slumped to the ground. It was not going to be pleasant explaining to Sans why the prisoner they were supposed to rescue ended up with severe injuries. Hopefully Sheldon would do the honors for her. She sighed, and said, "Welp, it's our turn. Hold still for a second." She pulled out her weapon, and an ethereal green stinger started emerging from it, in which she used to slam into the first mate.

Mael was on the fence about Niyol's decision. On one hand he was a grown man and if he felt strongly enough about this, then who was Mael to argue, but on the other hand, Mael would really like not seeing another of his teammates lying prone and injured on the ground like Ovelia was right now. Mael had been avoiding looking at her too much on purpose because whenever he did, he felt a burning rage for this pirate bitch, who seemed to think she could do whatever she wanted.
Mael tried not to be angry when Niyol was attacked, but he couldn't help it. After the first obligatory flinch at the place the pirate chose to hit first, Mael was furious. Why did she have to go for such a low blow?! That's just inhumane, Mael thought.
With this thought in mind, Mael angrily warned Alex to stand back from the pirate. Once she did, Mael got his spellbook and concentrated a little. In less than a second a small, black ball of Dark magical energy formed. When the ball reached the first mate, it exploded into a storm of dark lightning.

As the two attacks wore into the pirate she was still barely standing, but it wasn't for long as two more arcane blasts followed up behind Mael, as well as thane coming in last with two swift swords strikes to the first mate.
She finally crumpled to the ground. Hitting it with a hard thud. Looking around the group looked at each other and Joel was the first to speak up.
"She was a bitch, and making that deal made sense..... but.... you know.... that's leaving a bad taste in my mouth for a while." Joel said looking at her on the ground.

"You know, I would feel bad if she didn't consistently gravely injure my teammates. Once that happens a couple of times you don't really feel bad beating them up," Alex explained. Alex was aware that the first mate was just trying to do her job, and even attempted to make things a little easier for them, but that didn't excuse the fact that she had beaten up Ovelia twice and Niyol, and had made this day go a lot less smoothly than it could have. "Besides, even if she hadn't willingly let us hit her, this would probably have been the outcome anyways, so look at it like that. Now let's get Ovelia and Niyol and get out of here."

Mael sighed. "Dealing with pirates is troublesome, I can see why Niyol decided to leave that life. Anyway, you're right Alex, let's go."
