Amber lets out an involuntary whimper as she watches her little blue friend go down. "Good job..." She says softly, though, noticing that he took someone down with him in the process. She takes a deep breath and pulls out her pokeballs, recalling the poor blue pokemon and sending out the tiny yellow Topaz at her feet. She nods at it shakily. "I need your help," She says. "They're bad people and we have to help save their victims! We'll...we'll do it together, okay?"
Amber initiates a full switch. Topaz is on the field. Amber, uh, archives scratch I guess.
Pichu will move on 18. On its turn, it will Thundershock the Mankey. hZe1SiHC1d20 2d6+181d20·2d6+18

Bunnie freezes in place at the sight of her would-be attacker being thrown by the small rabbit. Hazel, meanwhile, steps up next to Roz and uses Pound on the Mankey.

Things devolve into confusion as Cecil and Boneyward hold back to let Christine help the man. Hazel however has no such restraints and scampers forward, leading into a body blow with her ears against the pig-snouted primate, which reels under the strike, even as Bunnie stares open-mouthed. Amber's addition to the fight, the Pichu, looks scared, but glances up at the girl, before nodding. Hunching down, the little rodent begins to crackle with a corona of energy, before loosing a directed stream at the hog-monkey with a high-pitched CHUUUUUU. The primate manages to see the incoming attack, but is in no position to dodge thanks to Hazel throwing it off balance. It slumps when the barrage ends, clearly unconscious. Rosco in the meantime darts forward, still in Kat's guise, and paws at the man who just tried to kick Kat. The man lets out a howl of pain as "she" rips a set of heavy gloves off of his hands, snickering as they hold them up tauntingly, while he massages his bruised and bleeding hands. Looks like "she" may have broken a few fingers getting those off of him... but the toxin "she" was doused in earlier takes a toll on "her", making the disguised mon wince. (Rosco takes 10 points of Toxic damage) The little plant takes offense at this attack on one of its allies, purple energy outlining it before it shoots a series of tiny darts at Rosco. The effect is immediate, and impressive. Rosco's illusion dissolves like fog in a high wind, and the little canine's veins seem to glow with toxic purple light even through his fur, as his body is wracked with pain before he slumps into unconciousness. (Venoshock AC 2: 10, Special Poison Damage: 45 Rosco is Fainted.) Even as Rosco's shrill screams fade, Cecil, Christine, and Boneyard are in motion. The Houndour spits flame at the insect, causing it to writhe in pain, but not burning or critically injuring it; before he's returned by Cecil, who lobs a second pokeball over the ruined truck, and releasing Fink. The Sandile gives a low hiss at being released into the low light and dew-wet grass, looking around for a target to vent his ire upon, while Cecil moves to intercept the runners as well. The leader looks rather annoyed when Rosco's trick is revealed. "I thought I told you idiots to sting them to death! No one makes a fool of Yellowjacket and lives!" She seems to be getting a bit more heated, and her insect responds with a salute with its massive stingers and a gleam in its eye. (Yellowjacket used Brutal and Focused Orders. Beedrill is now Brutal and Focused) Bones seems uncannily able to filter out the violence around him as he moves through the area, once again curling into an unassailable pink egg of doom, taunting his foes with his pinkness. The skinny waif, seeing the disguise disabled, but her fellow raider gang member unarmed, pulls out another ampule, and sends it shooting in an arc to shatter against Kat's goggles, splashing the girl's skin with the noxious solution, which seems to be seeping directly into her system. (YJ4 used Confusion Pester Ball on Kat. AC 6: 9. Kat is confused) Kat, seeing Rosco downed, recalls the poor little mon, releasing a small rodent of some kind with a hardened shell of what looks like plant matter covering its ears and the top of its skull in a crown of spines, growing down its back and coating its tail as well; what the pokedexes had identified as a Chespin. Releasing the little mon, she lay in wait for the burly man who’d been so upset by the woman being put down. And he didn’t disappoint. Snarling as he lunged forwards ignoring the spikes that stuck in his feet, Kat met him going the other way with the blunt end of her hatchet. The strike wasn’t as strong as the one that Rosco had gotten in, but she managed to catch him on the temple. With a crash, the big man went down, but the stinging confusion of the chemical cocktail meant that Kat managed to twist too hard with her strike, wrenching her bad leg painfully. The giant insect was obviously conflicted, between seeing members of its “swarm” in danger from Cecil and Fink eve if they were retreating, but after a moment’s hesitation charged forward jabbing with its over-developed forearms at Bones in an attempt to get at the humans behind him. The twin needles strike true even through the protective stance that Bones has taken, punching through fat and muscle to deliver a debilitating dose of toxins directly to the Chansey’s nervous system, causing his stance to weaken and his muscles to slack, making it easier to get through his natural defenses. (Beedrill used Twin-Needle, AC 3: 14 & 19. Both strikes hit. Bones takes 44 Physical Bug damage. Bones is Poisoned, and is at -2 physical Defense CS. The weedy man and his companion continue their attempt to flee, which triggers Fink’s predatory instincts in full. Shooting forward, the Sandile clamps down hard on the small mammal, causing it to cry out in pain; but failing to put it down with a single strike. The little animal attempts to retaliate with a headbutt, but the reptile ducks under the attempted retribution easily. His master on the other hand, flicks out a hand, smacking the lizard on the snout with the hilt of a small throwing club. (Fink hits with a Priority Interrupt Pursuit. Fink has no action next round. Zigzagoon uses Headbutt AC 3: 3, Headbutt misses. YJ3 uses Feint Attack. No Crit. 24 Physical Dark damage to Fink) Cecil - 18 Pichu - 18 Bunnie - 15 Hazel - 15 Amber - 14 Roscoe - 14 Budew - 12 Christine - 11 YJ Leader - 10 Bones - 10 YJ4 - 9 Kat - 8 Beedrill - 7 YJ3 - 6 Zigzagoon - 6 Briar - 4

Cecil follows up on Fink's predatory lunge, closing most of the distance to the fleeing gang member. Mid-stride, he pulled his knife hand back and hurled the weapon with as much force as he could put behind it into the side of the small raccoon creature. The impact sounded wet, overlaid by the creature's cry. "So this is how we're going to do this." The greaser shoved his hands in his pockets after brushing stray bangs back into place. He was breathing pretty heavy but felt good despite all the blood he'd lost. Adrenaline is a hell of a drug.
"You drop your shit, and fuck off with your rodent, and I won't follow anymore."

That sting looks rather fierce, but, luckily, the Chansey's strong metabolism seems to clear the poison up almost as soon as it entered. Christine looks around, and - seeing DeLoria sprinting towards the fleeing raider - elects to stay nearer where the potions she took might do more good. I hope I don't regret letting him run off on his own... She does decide to move behind some of the wreckage, though... no sense in being any closer to the fighting than necessary... Bones uses Refresh to cure the Poison.
Christine Shifts to N26, using Inspired training on Bones.

"Hazel, come here!" Bunnie begins to panic a little bit, and her breathing becomes slightly labored. Realizing that she would be in no condition to help anyone like this she backs away from the fight, hoping Hazel wont mind covering her if things get hairy.

"Good job!" Amber says excitedly. She looks around and licks her lips, consideringly. "Hey...Topaz, let's hit that one! I'll...I'll help!"
She takes a deep breath to steady herself, and darts off across the field, Pichu at her heel. She stumbles to a stop in front of the small plant thing and swings out, eyes closed as she slaps at it. The Pichu follows, panting and pausing a bit behind, and sends a bolt of electricity flying at the shape from a distance.
Amber doesn't renew agility orders. Pichu moves on a 14, with Amber. They shift towards the budew. Amber uses Aerial Ace! qgLK6hP51d20 critical hit check--Aerial Ace can't miss! On a hit, 2d6+16 flying, physical damage! Pichu uses Thunder Shock! 1d20 vs AC 2. On a 17+, budew is paralyzed. On a hit, 2d6+18 electric, special damage!1d20·2d6+16·1d20·2d6+18

Kat watches the action unfolding around her once again, keeping a careful eye on little Amber as the girl delivers her own devastating blows. Not bad, for a runt, she thinks fondly, stepping up beside Amber's Pichu--until she notices the positioning of the Beedrill, and grimaces. Even with the fire, it was going to take a bit more to bring the leader's trademark 'mon down. "Bri, trample it!" she barks out, advancing around Bones from the left to swing her hatchet at the Beedrill's gut. Briar rolls into a ball and lurches forwards towards the bug with incredible ferocity. Kat to L20. Crit hatchet attack for 29 physical normal damage. Briar uses Rollout to M21 (the Beedrill's position), critting for 28 physical rock damage.

Cecil's actions seem to have cowed the man, who wrings his hands and bows his head. "Whatever you say boss, whatever you say, just don't kill me!" Quickly dropping his bag, the little mammal does the same before being recalled, and the weedy little man scampers off into the underbrush, leaving no trace of his passage once he's out of sight. Bunnie calls Hazel back to her, the poor girl starting to shake from fear and adrenaline as the Buneary follows her orders, though she looks somewhat confused. Amber and Topaz's attacks against the little flower seem to catch it and its master off guard, Amber's strike opening a long break in its surprisingly soft skin before Topaz throws an electrical strike, most of it dissipating through the grounded little plant's roots. Amber however, comes away with a slice of her own on one finger, dark purple liquid staining the wound and already starting to sap her strength. (Budew takes 2 injuries, Uses Poison Point. Amber is Poisoned.) However instead of ordering a retaliation, the skinny girl's nerve seems to break. "Screw this Annie, you're crazy! Spiky, hop back and heal up, we're leaving!" The plant looks rather relieved even as it hops away from Amber, before glowing bright green, seeming to draw in more of the sunlight around it as it heals. The leader of the gang, seeing not one but now two of her subordinates abandoning her, seems to lose the control she'd been showing up until now. "You think you can just leave ME?! I'm the motherfucking Yellowjacket! I'll kill all of these bitches and then I'll hunt you down and sell you back to those flesh traders you ungrateful little parasite! Stingo, destroy that egg then go after that little traitor and her pet!" She rushes up near her Beedrill, screaming orders at it. (Bedrill received Brutal Orders, Beedrill Receives Focused Orders) Before the leader can make good on her threat, the skinny girl recalls her mon and begins running as fast as she can to the west. "You're crazy Annie! I never shoulda stuck around you you psycho!" she calls over her shoulder. (YJ4 is fleeing) That's when Kat arrives, smashing into the giant insect's already weakened exoskeleton and leaving a spiderweb of cracks along its torso. The bug reels, trying to defend itself from the actual threat even as Yellowjacket is furiously ordering it to obey her orders, and jabs at Kat with both massive stingers, scoring deep rents in her abdomen and thigh. (Beedrill used Twin Needle, 2 strikes connected, 40 physical Bug Damage) Fortunately for Kat, Briar chose that moment to come barrelling through, running down the giant insect and smashing open its carapace. Surprisingly the thing still seems to be alive, though twitching feebly and unable to move. Cecil - 18 Bunnie - 15 Hazel - 15 Amber - 14 Topaz - 14 Christine - 11 YJ Leader - 10 Bones - 10 YJ4 - 9 Kat - 8 Briar - 4

The injuries sink deep-- Kat doubles over, gritting her teeth against the pain. She'd gotten away without being poisoned, but hell that had hurt, even through steeling herself. It takes more effort than she'd like to admit to the straighten up and ignore the blood beginning to seep from the wounds, and her swing at the Yellowjacket leader--'Annie'-- nearly goes wide as a result of a sudden bout of dizziness. Feeling the give of cloth and skin under her weapon, she grins, before staggering backwards away from any potential attacks. Briar has no such problem, and continues to plow right on through, slamming into Annie's legs as he passes by. Kat misses everything again hits? (AC4, 4 but enemy has -2 evasion) for 22 physical normal damage. She'll disengage to L21.
Briar hits with Rollout again (AC4, modified 20) for 26 physical rock damage. This takes him to M17.

Cecil couldn't help but grin as the yellowjacket called him 'Boss'. He liked the sound of it, but with all the ruckus back at the heart of the fight, there wasn't much time to bask in that. "Fink, watch these bags, anyone touches em but me, rip their legs off." With that, Cecil bolted back into the fray. Rounding the edge of one of the rusted out old vehicles, he caught Annie with a right cross she couldn't have possibly been expecting.
(Fink instructed to watch the two satchels dropped by YJ3, Cecil uses Thief on YJL for 26 Dark Physical Damage.)

Christine tries to calmly observe the surrounding chaos, but it's hard. This close up, and without the ability to just take refuge in trying to heal someone, it was just... that much more real. People she know are fighting, getting hurt. And it isn't just like they were against some feral beast. It's other humans. Well, okay, now it seems to just be one other human. One who seems rather crazy... She just looks on, rather helplessly, behind her makeshift cover. Bones seemed to know what he was doing, at least, copying Kat's weapon, and rolling. It doesn't seem that he's any good at it, though. Bones delays until after Briar. He moves up 1m, then uses Copycat on Briar. Bones uses rollout, (4 vs AC 4), then ends in M18.
19 damage, if by some miracle it manages to hit the Leader (flanking, maybe?)...

"Oh." Amber frowns down at the small cut. She's pretty used to scraps and cuts on her hands, so it's not like this is new but... She squints at the liquid that burns her skin before rubbing it on her leg. As she turns to survey the field, though, she can't help but think it's gotten pretty hot, suddenly.
"Topaz, let's finish this, okay? You can do it!" She says, grinning at the electric baby. She darts towards Kat and the leader, watching Pichu out of the corner of her eye as the small creature starts to spark violently. She skids to a stop nest to the frothing, angry woman and hesitates for a moment, wavering, because this is a human being and there's something that rebels against hitting people.
But if Topaz doesn't take her out, Amber fists her hand and swings at the woman in RIGHTIOUS FURY.
Topaz moves on 14 and uses Thunder Shock! K_0Ml0Tv1d20 vs AC 2, with paralysis on 17+. 2d6+18 Special, Electric

The entire group focuses in on "Yellowjacket" now, striking her from all sides and angles even as the two conscious raiders make their escapes in opposite directions. The woman screams, a wild animal sound as she bats ineffectually at Cecil, not even landing a hit on the man, before Briar's rollout finally puts her down; unconscious and bleeding heavily. Bones stops with pinpoint accuracy before he can run her fallen form over. When it seems that everything's quieted down, Christine takes a few shuddering breaths. That wasn't something she wanted to go through again. But her inactivity doesn't last long. There were people hurt. At least one of whom might not last too long without medical attention - or, at the very least, she might suffer irreparable damage without it. It may already be too late... She immediately tosses out Clement, the psychic bell chiming. "Clement, float that woman, please. I need to get her somewhere that I can work on her." Well, hopefully telekinesis doesn't work too badly as a gurney... She eyes the nearby clinic. "That seems like it would do nicely. Bones, lead the way, please. Hopefully there are no nasty surprises.""Listen," she calls to the others, all serious, "I'm going to be in that building right there, if anyone needs me for anything. Assuming no one has any life-threatening injuries, I've got a more time-critical project. Please try to make sure the person you just knocked out doesn't die while I'm gone." She attempts to pass Cecil's potions to Bunnie as she heads past the dancer while moving towards the clinic. Exp: 45 to Bones. 45 to Coiffe. 60 to Clement.
Only a 12 Med Edu to see if there's anything I can do to help the woman... Ah, well.

As Annie at last dropped, Cecil alertly surveyed the battlefield, watching the chemist flee in the opposite direction the thief had. Even if the Yellowjackets still remaining in this town all somehow miraculously recovered their strength, it would be far less threatening with their numbers broken and demoralized. At least two of them were certifiably nuts though, and that didn't sit well. Christine could be in just as much danger tending to what remained as she had been during the fight, but the concerned look on her face was one he himself had seen often enough.
Even as the medic lectured him about whatever scrape he'd gotten into, she had always treated him to the full extent of her medical knowledge. It didn't matter why he was hurt, or who he was, only that the injury existed and that he was in pain. Seeing it again from an outsider's perspective, Christine willing to put aside her differences and even her safety for the sake of another human being, it all sunk in much better now. "Christine, hold off a second." Cecil raised a hand haltingly, but didn't pause for long, knowing she was in quite the rush already. The medic looked like she was ready to fight or run on that alone, Cecil heaved a little sigh as he forced his words into line.
"If you're going to take care of her, bring Kat and Bunnie with you, just in case she wakes and gets violent. Should probably have one of them do a pat down for more weapons while you work, make sure she doesn't have any more. I'll stick with Amber, probably look after the caged critters and load what we can salvage into the truck."

As you all come down from the battle high, a few more details in regards to your surroundings become apparent. The garage has been structurally reinforced and even somewhat armored with metal pieces that appear to have been scavenged to repair gaps in the structure and reinforce weaker areas, such as the garage doors. Halfway hidden behind the pile of tires and the skin is a firepit with a thick layer of ashes in it. Apparently this place has acted as some sort of base or hideout before...
However in stark contrast, the clinic seems to be almost entirely intact. Though the sign is broken and weathered, the structure itself is still in one piece; with the exception of the front doors, which have been broken inwards. But even then, the upper windows appear to be intact still, which is very peculiar.

Kat sniffs loudly as she enters the clinic, posture relaxed but inwardly suspicious. It's clear that she's favoring an injured ankle, and blood still seeps from wounds on her abdomen and thigh, but she didn't get no cut right across the back of the knee. It hadn't looked pretty, and frankly, she wasn't quite sure why Christine was gonna even bother. She says as much. "This world ain't going to be friendly to a psycho bitch like her. I mean, people say I'm off my rocker sometimes--but that's a whole 'nother side of crazy right there, doll. Not even the big docs back at town could fix that leg shit, much less want to. Nobody'll take her in. She won't survive out here. I know you've gotta a thing for mercy and helping folks, girl, but I think you might find a clean death's the most merciful thing for this bird."Not willing to wait on a reply just yet--maybe Christine would see the situation for herself after a bit of snooping around at the injury--Kat searches for any supplies, traps, and a set of stairs leading up towards the questionably intact windows. Amber nods at Christine heading off to work, taking a moment to check on Topaz and make sure the small little cute hadn't gotten hurt while she'd been distracted. The small creature is looking around, amped up, and she kneels down to let him scamper up her jumpsuit until he perches on her shoulder, one tiny fist tangled in her hair.
She's...admittedly not feeling very well, all of the sudden. The adrenaline rush wearing off, probably--and gosh, what a /rush/ it had been. She'd fought, too! She didn't need to just sit back and let Cecil and Kat take care of things! She grins widely, tilting her head to nuzzle against Topaz, and looks around the field.
KHFylpIC4d6 - Perception to scan the battlefield.
But spying the cages reminds her why they got into this whole mess to begin with, and she slowly drifts over towards the captured pokemon, pausing only to scoop up a bit of the strange slingshot ammo to examine later and tucking it in her pocket on the way.
"Hey, little guys..." She mutters to the caged pokemon, swallowing against a rising sense of nausea. Gosh, if adrenaline from fights made you feel this gross, she wasn't sure she saw the appeal. She glances at Cecil out of the corner of her eye and forces herself to ignore her growing bodily distress.

Cecil wandered out of sight for just a moment, off in the direction he'd chased one of the fleeing yellowjackets. Gone just long enough to spark the hint of worry that he might be looking to abandon her again, he came back into Amber's view a moment or two later with a satchel in each hand. These were brought to the truck and loaded into the back, the massive clawed pelt off of Annie's throne following suit afterwards. Retrieving his switchblade from the puddle it had been knocked into, he shook the water out of it, dried it on his pants, and pocketed it.
Flopping to sit atop the hood of a nearby car, Cecil lit up a smoke and watched Amber for a moment as she interacted with the caged pokemon. Looked a bit pale, at least paler then usual, it was probably post-fight jitters. Still, she'd wanted to look after the caged critters. Shit, that left the ones still scattered around, didn't it? A bit more alert, he sat up and considered their downed opponents.
