Kaeda finds time from her mega intense training to watch Lia try to mega evolve Los with minimal casualties. Kaeda is happy that it goes off without a hitch, but gapes at the amount of energy she has...., and how she's burning it off. She shakes her fist at the water. "H-Hey!! Who gave you permission to do that!? Get off of him! B-Be gentle! Why are the rest of you watch- Stop watching!!" Kaeda sighs, and face palms. "Only between our pokemon huh?"

Lia laughs as she's turned away.

She shrugs.
"Yeah I think 'our' bedroom energy must be a bit infectious."

It would have been difficult for anyone in and around the ranch to miss the spectacle of a flying Mega Sharpedo, and Sasha is no different in that respect. She offers a smile to Lia, but blushes at the mention of 'another egg', which seems to explain why Lia's Mega Pokemon didn't immediately come back out to show off more. She slinks over to better hold a conversation and indicates that she'd be happy to help raise any and all eggs that the various Pokemon here 'produce'. This enables her to feel like she's helping out, earning her keep, rather than just mooching off of them (not that they seem to have a shortage of funds, if the manor is anything to go by).
"I know what you're going to say, Lia: 'You're always welcome here... shouldn't feel like you need to contribute... we're happy to help...' and all that; but I am still doing this. You can just consider me your official Egg-sitter."

But keep in mind that the litwick egg and this one... they are YOUR pokemon. Even if they technically aren't owned by you, they are yours. I've seen you train with that Litwick around. I know you care."
Lia pauses.
"But... if you are looking for pokemon other than yours to raise... I'd talk to Eve about that. She's been trying to get some Eevee eggs and she could use all the help she can get."
She then makes a face as she thinks of something.
"Do you mind if I get serious for a moment, Sasha?"

"What's happening here?" He asks Kaeda, noting the serious look on Lia's face and not interrupting her.

Lia lets that sink in a little bit before continuing.
"I met the people that I 'know' are responsible for this ages ago. They've never left my mind since then. I know you said you don't want me to inquire info out of you... and I won't. You aren't going to be involved at all. I just know that I need to stop them and figure out how to help you. Or at least stop what's happening to others. I personally saw at least one more and it sounds like that's just the tip of the iceberg. But I just wanted to let you know."
Lia crosses her arms, waiting for a response.

Sasha's eyes go wide. "I understand wanting to help others, but I hope you don't go putting yourself in harm's way or anything. I wouldn't want you to end up...well...like me. In any case, even assuming you do find and beat these people, if you somehow can't find a way to help me, don't worry about it. I've had more than enough time to get used to being mostly Pokemon, so even not having actual limbs isn't as big a deal as it used to be."

Lia puts an arm on her. Just hearing that 'it's ok I don't have limbs' line is heartbreaking.
"After the scare I had after the gym, I'm not about to run unprepared into danger. Or even right away. And... well yeah. If push comes to shove and we can't, we'll always make sure you have a place with us, ok? And something to do."
Lia smirks a little, trying to make her feel a little better.

Sasha smiles and puts a vine around Lia's shoulders like a hug. "I'm sure it'll all work out eventually, Lia. Thanks though. The funny thing is, supposing we do find a way to make me completely human again (or even just enough to get arms and legs again), it'll be a whole new period of adjusting to that after being like this for so long." She stifles a laugh at her own predicament.

Lia watches as the vines give her a 'hug'. She looks back.
"I'd rather you have that chance. Or at the very least, maybe your previous memories back? You deserve at least that. But that's all in the future. You don't have anything to worry about for now, though. This will probably be slow going anyway. Just go bug Eve, like I said."
Lia gives her another pat on the shoulder before she notes Floyd and Kaeda looking at her and talking and steps over to them.
"What you two looking at me for?"

She looks a bit more serious as 'her new goal' is brought up.
"It's not that cheating bitch. I hope I NEVER see her again. But... I just talked to Sasha about what I'll be doing. Maybe don't worry about it for now until I actually have a plan of attack."

Floyd nods thoughtfully, the comment about eggs for Sasha giving him an idea.
"She is involved in all of this though. Because I think the delta pokemon are connected to whatever happened to Sasha and she had several of them." He says to Lia, snapping back to focus on her. "But fair enough. I'll be trying to figure out type shifting - so I'll be heading to Fuchsia first."
