"You kidding me right now, Starwood? You donated all your money on MY BEHALF for the gym. Also I'm your girlfriend and I supposed to reciprocate back in some ways."
Lia sips some tea and mumbles something about 'rich girl mentality' into the mug.

Lia laughs and gets up.
"Like I said, I need to stop at the Saffron Gym and have a private word. Shouldn't take long. Then we are gone to freeze our tits off. Yay."
Lia makes a clearly sarcastic finger swirl motion and turns to leave to get Avitus and walk with Kaeda to get her license.

The couple heads via air to Celadon and Lia touches down in front of the Celadon Gym.
"Ok wait here. I got something to say to her in private and then we'll be on our way."
Lia then moves to head inside.

Lia walks in despite the door having a 'closed' sign on it and finds Nalkeya and another woman lounging on the couch together watching some movies. Presumably this is her girlfriend or something, as it's a person Lia doesn't recognize.

Lia breathes in a bunch of air and exhales it to collect her thoughts.
"I guess I gotta apologize for letting loose a laser in here before... and then I have to thank you."
She fidgits as she thinks.
"So after being dropped in your traps that make you see things, it lowered my mental defenses and made me think of things I kinda never thought about? And then when me and Kaeda came in here later, she had the kooky idea to play it up like we were together but... Well we went back and started decompressing and she kept playing it up for fun but it led to it 'not' being an act anymore. We got together that night."
She looks Nalkeya dead in the eyes.
"I may have been mad at your shenanigans but in truth they and you basically gave me the best thing that's happened in my life. Kanto has been... hard. It seems there's tough people and super-powered freaks around every corner and a few times I considered packing it in and heading to Johto. But she's changed a lot of that around for me. I love her, and I have you to thank for that."
Lia then gives a very out of character hug to Nalkeya and stands back up, looking a little embarressed now.
"Ok so... that's it I guess."

Nalkeya grins at you. "Glad I could help. I thought I sensed a lesbian hiding in there somewhere, so I thought I'd help bring her out." This last bit earns her a light smack from her girlfriend.
"Don't listen to her. She does that sort of thing to every girl who comes in here. I'm glad you and your girlfriend are happy together. As much of a pain as she is, I wouldn't trade Nalkeya for anything. Oh, and my name is Aubrianna. Glad to meet you, er.. sorry, don't think I know your name."

Aubri laughs. "Yeah, some of us folks just sort of stumble into a whirlwind romance that just so happens to work out." She kisses Nalkeya on the cheek. "I knew she was gonna be hot stuff the moment I laid eyes on Nalkeya back in middle school. Ha. You shoulda seen her back then..."
Nalkeya whines at Aubri not to talk about this. Obviously it's something super embarrassing. Aubri ignores her whining and keeps talking.
"Back then, she had these huge, horn rim glasses. You know the kind? The stereotypical giant nerd glasses, with really thick lenses. Now combine that with braces and headgear, and that's our teenage Nalkeya!" This elicits a groan and a furious blush from Nalkeya, along with another whining 'Aubriiiii!'. "Anyway, now that I've shared and sufficiently given you enough dirt on Nalk to last ya awhile, I'm sure you got better things to do than hang out with us all day."
