It takes most of the remainder of the night for everyone and their Pokemon teams to get healed back to full. For Floyd, at least some of this time is spent trying to decipher Telum's magnetic charades, with Aron as a stand in for the enemy. This is made more amusing/difficult by Aron constantly trying to eat the metal scraps that Telum sticks to it for the purpose of demonstrations. Eventually he is able to deduce that Telum was able to help clinch the friendly team's victory by keeping a strange Steel-Type at bay while others blasted it from afar. Likely Telum only remained conscious the entire battle because it wasn't considered a priority over something like Vincent's Umbreon, or any of Lia's psychic types.
Lia spends almost the entire night unconscious in the ICU, having been beaten up a lot during the trek through Mt. Moon while Vincent was distracted, and then getting tossed about by the Ghost Charmeleon's Twister attack. Nurse Luna puts the concerns of her friends at ease by stating that she'll be just fine after resting up for the night, though they may wish to monitor her condition for another 24 hrs, as she was in really bad shape.
Vincent spends his time doing... whatever it is that Vincent does. Brooding, I suppose.

Again, Lia wakes mega-early in the morning in a hospital.
I don't like this running theme.
She sighs and tries to get out of bed, finding she's REALLY sore. As she stands, the nurse comes by to inform her that she really should just hold off on physical activity for at least a day. Although she disagrees with her at first, Lia tries moving again and nearly tears up at the way her muscles act. Then, she reluctantly agrees.
Hobbling out to the lobby, she looks to her two new pokeballs.
"Right. Three new captures. Let's go through them."
She releases the first capture, the Carbink. The rock/fairy pops out, and looks around in a bit of confusion. It's ears lift up as it sees one of the humans it was fighting and connects the dots. Lia awkwardly waves.
"Hey you. So I guess you know I caught you, right? Gonna keep on your assault? No? Good."
Lia spends a bit of time talking to the Carbink, and giving it a new name: Kwarc. She states that it's rock type probably won't help in this water-heavy city, and it shudders, agreeing. She trades it for the Golbat from her ranch, giving it a command that it and Skala should keep their heads down in that ranch till she can get her own.
She does the same for the pack-leader Golbat, and although she has some trouble getting it to calm down and not try to drink more of her, it eventually proves well. It's clear she'll have a bit of trouble with this evolved type that used to lead on her own, but she names it Wrona and re-balls her.
And then finally she releases the Woobat. The bad immediately flits around with an insane speed, wondering what the heck happened to it. Lia just merely waits for it to calm down. When it slows a bit, she takes out the Fire Stone once more.
"Look, I'm sorry I had to trick you, but you shouldn't go around stealing my stuff. But until I get you something both shiny and useful, wanna guard this for me?"
She holds up the stone, which the Woobat immediately snatches, and flies up and plops onto Lia's head, sorta nesting in her hair. It flaps a couple times, obviously happy with the circumstances.
"I... alright. Just don't think that's your permanent home, alright? Glad you like the stone. And hey that's an idea. Ain't your type but who cares? Let's be weird! I'll call ya Flare."
She lets Scier out once more.
"Scier, meet the newly officated Flare. Flare, this is Scier, my right hand lady. You two get to know each other."
They start communicating in chimes and bat-like chirps while Lia waits for Floyd and Vincent. She wants to train the pokemon themselves (she'll leave herself out of the loop this time), but wants to see what her two friends are going to get up to today.

Floyd emerges shortly thereafter, looking none the worse for wear after their arduous journey. He's carrying a pokeball in his hand and looking contemplative.
"Good morning Lia. Feeling better?" He asks, mentally wondering whether Vincent would be happier with Umbra than he.

Vincent arrives after Floyd does, with the slightest expression of guilt his face. I had no idea Lia was hurt so badly. Maybe if I hadn't gotten distracted I could have prevented that from happening, or at least mitigated the damage somewhat, by offering another body as a target.
Vincent suppresses a sigh and tries to look cheerful, or at least, not frowning. Cheerful isn't really his thing. "Good morning you two," he greets his friends, then looks at Lia, "How is the healing going?"

She sighs, crossing her arms.
"They say I gotta take it easy today, so this poor girl ain't getting to punch people in the face. Also probably means the Gym is off limits."
She pouts a bit, grumbling about 'delaying the ineviatable'.

I think I need it after Mt Moon, if you understand."Lia walks a bit of a distance to find somewhere with enough room to train the party up; and although the regulars seem off-put by Lia not joining in with them, the training is done either way. Lia's newly switched Brutal Training on everyone, and xp training on two of them who I totally forget as I already did it a few days ago. Oops. Vincent waves his friends off and stays in place for a few moments, not really thinking about anything in particular, just staring into space. Then he sighs and leaves to train his Pokemon and find someone of his own to fight. Today's training is a little different from usual. Sure, he trains the Pokemon on his team, but then after doing so, he goes to the Pokemon Center, swaps out his Pokemon for almost all of those that were on the ranch, and trains them too. Vincent has never trained so many Pokemon in one day before. It's a little exhausting, but quite exciting at the same time. He swaps his Pokemon back to his current 'official' team and then goes to look for a Trainer to fight in the city.
Vincent applies Experience, Focused and Brutal Training to all of his Pokemon except for Jax. He also drains 1 AP to use Ace Trainer on all of his Pokemon except Jax. (Total of 2 hours spent training, I think?)

"I'm going to go look for another Trainer to fight," Vincent replied to Floyd and soon went off to do just that. Before he did so though he decided to have a look for discarded items on Route 4. Then he returned to the Pokemon Center and swapped out one of his Pokemon, Ampere, for Carlin. The Mawile hadn't seen a fight for some time now and Vincent itched to see his power in a battle.

With a bit of new cash in her pocket, Lia waves them all goodbye (Mostly the kids) and heads back to the center. Deciding that she may have gotten the most out of her day trainer-wise, she goes exploring around the nearby routes. Afterall, she found two freaking vitamins before, what other goodies could she find?

Upon returning to the Pokémon Center, you can't help but notice the girl training outside the building. Anyone passing by gives her a wide berth but doesn't otherwise behave like she's anything out of the ordinary, despite the half dozen unconscious Pidgey littering the ground around the area where she and a little Pancham are sparring with one another. She must be local, and the townsfolk are used to seeing this kind of sight. Whenever a Pidgey starts to wake up and shake off the stars that are swirling around its head, either the girl or her Pancham quickly breaks off from the sparring routine and delivers a devastating knockout blow to its head, putting it under once more. "Good job, Pancham," she says when the training is over. "Between you and Remoraid, we ended up knocking out quite a few passing Flying-types. Good work on overcoming the Type resistance. That's the kind of results I'm talkin' about. Come on. Let's head up to Route 24. I need to dowse for the day."When the girl reaches Route 24 to use her Dowsing Rod and look for anything of value. While there, she watches as two Trainers, one with an axe and one with a camera, have a battle. The girl's Pokemon - Pancham and Remoraid - are Focused for the day. Pancham gains 12xp and Remoraid gains 11.
