"My Nav!" The man yells before diving in after his phone, the crowd starting to disperse at the angry squawking. Several of them taking parting shots of Muku and Thel as the bike-mounted girl aggressively flapped her arms and yelled. Staravia indeed. Few stragglers remained now, but gave the pair a much more respectable berth. The large blue thing in the harbor had disappeared, revealing a sky, navy, and white colored cruiser of some sort. Sleek, futuristic, and expensive looking.
"Let's get you to your cabin, a towel and a meal then." Archie held an arm open as though expecting Terra to come to him, as Splash plopped on deck beside Terra with a wet squish. Tobe had since taken his leave to who knew where. The ocean remained at Terra's back.

"Muku… we probably shouldn't try and rile up people like that," he says quietly. Even though there's really no 'we' about it. But it's diplomatic. "It's not nice."
"They took Terra," he adds, voice still low. "Out to that... thing out there. Morty helped us before. I'm going to go see Lady Whitney. See if she can help." Without waiting for a reply, he begins to head towards the Gym that they had been at only hours before. Any moment wasted is one more that Terra got further from them.

Having made her point thoroughly, Muku turns back to Thel. "Humans need to not." She says coldly. If they wouldn't have pointed their clickety boop 'Navs' at Thel, then maybe they wouldn't have ended up in the ocean. Muku had more than enough humans today.
With a tremor, she horks one of her legs onto the seawall and peers out. "Ok, Thel gets Whitney. Muku is going to go after Terra. Ok? Ok."
And with that, Muku jumps into the ocean. It was a good day for jumping into the ocean. At any rate, she just needed to reach that bobber. After that, maybe learn how to swim. Yes. That would be nice.

A cabin? Terra was honestly feeling a bit surprised at the offer of that. However its hard to turn down a room, especially covered in sea water and Wailord spit. Gross.
Attention brought to her pokemon sploshing by her feet. "I'm glad you caught up." Terra kneels down to give the pokemon a gentle pat, finally uncrossing her arms. That couldn't have been fun for him to go through either. "Take a short rest for now," she states returning the Lotad to his ball. At least she had some back up in case things got sticky. She certainly couldn't go the way she came. So the only way was forward. Still staying alert, she started to move some, but kept just out of arm's reach of Archie. Watching him expectedly to show her what he was offering.

It was like flying through heavy air, just very... very slow. Muku was making some headway, flapping and flopping as she did. The waves made it a little awkward but she pierced them with her steely gaze. The water hurt her eyes, and tasted salty. Why was it so awful? The Bobber didn't seem to be getting any closer yet, but the shore was definitely getting further away. How far enough was far enough?
To Terra's surprise, Splash nimbly bounced to one side of the beam. Then a second time. It squeaked up at her defiantly, typically relaxed expression fierce. As if to say 'it will take its breather out here, thank you very much.' No one seemed particularly intent to separate her from her partners either. Fastest way to get any trainer fighty, besides. What could one little Lotad do? Water types were great though. Actually the best.
Terra's cabin was surprisingly well established. Lights mounted in a wooden ceiling, a small porthole to look out over the water should she so choose. A towel, dry clothes (though admittedly in the same color and style as the others milling about this floating metal mass), and something that smelled of meat. A plate heaped over with rice, steamed greens, and a bright reddish orange shellfish that was hard but warm to the touch.
Thel's journey to find Whitney is not as fruitful. With the passage of time, the gym has unfortunately closed for the day. Afternoon coming onto evening as it is, long shadows cast on the street though the lights haven't yet come on. It could be that someone saw her going, or knows where she could be found nearby.

“Nnnnnghhh.” Muku growled, flopping upside down for a moment to float in the water and try to rest her tired bones. This was exhausting and her arms were feeling like they could tear off at any moment. To make matters worse, the boat wasn’t even any closer yet.
Still. She couldn’t just give up on Terra. Maybe. There was nothing stopping her from giving up on Terra. She barely even knew her.
Bah! Perish the thought. She would keep going. Even if she had to drown to get there...
But before her inevitable drowning could occur, one of Pokeballs snapped open to reveal an equally tired, but defiant Goldsire. The wonderful amphibious creature yawned noisily before swimming underneath Muku. The Quagsire was slippery and there weren’t any good places to hold on. But after a few moments of fuddljng, they managed and they were soon off at a slightly faster pace.
Muku kept low in the water, training her keen eyes on the ship with determination. This situation called for blackbird tactics. If she was going to get Terra out of there, she would need to use an abundance of caution.
...Maybe she could think up of a plan on the way over too.

This is not good, not good at all. Hope's presence is reassuring, but he's now rather lost at what he's going to do. He doesn't want to waste more time doing something that might be unproductive... so, hmmm... oh! Serenity has a good sense of smell! She was one of those hunters that tracked by smell, and so were really, really annoying to get rid of when your entire species was based off of smelling strongly.
He releases the yellow-white fox, asking, "You were there when we fought Lady Whitney. Can you tell where she's gone? This is important."

There was a slight hard look at first, before she raises her hands up some, showing that she wasn't going to force Splash to his ball. It had certainly been a change from his usual demeanor. Terra had him walk beside her to the room though. Couldn't have one of her partners stray too far from her out in the middle of the ocean.
The room did catch her off guard. Could it be a hint of possibly being impressed some? The smell of the dish was what grabbed her attention the most. Lots of energy was spent searching for Muku and fighting against that large fish. Once she had cleared the space between her and the plate she took the time to examine it taking in the colors. At the resistance her finger met at poking the shell, she was interested. Beginning to eat she experiments with the shellfish. She gave the shell a few chews on to see how it felt. Once alone and meal finished she would turn her attention to cleaning up and drying off. Hesitantly changing clothes, her own were pretty disgusting at the moment. With new clothes on, she moves to the port window to glance out. She's not entirely sure how to feel about seeing the open water. Before she was human, she almost never went near large bodies of water. Obvious reasons why.

Goldsire hadn't appreciated the neck squeezing, at least this kind of neck squeezing was much more gentle. There weren't any bugs in the big water either. Her broad tail lazily moved from side to side, she had to wear Muku like a backpack, the girl wrapped around her awkwardly. Slowly, the boat drew closer, but there was a rumble from it too. Bubbling, sputtering, grumbling. Bubbles beginning to form near its hind end. Very inappropriate.
Sniffing the doorway, and then the steps, Serenity led Thel along the streets to an upscale part of town. Eventually she moves to a gated yard and has a seat in front of the rose pink painted wood. Turning her head, there is the distinct sense that she is waiting on Thel for something, as she's casting a side-eye at him.
Terra's meal is hard but not difficult to bite through. It has a pleasant crunch, with a soft, warm inside and tastes salty like rocks often did. Unfortunately it was also wet. Putting the crunchy pieces in this watery yellow stuff makes it taste better? The yellow stuff makes everything taste better. Out the window is the shore. Something small bobs in the water between Terra and land as a vibrating rumble rolls through the boat.

"One last push Goldsire. Almost there." Muku says soothingly, stroking the slimy good girl the best she can while still holding onto her. They were so close now. But the bubbles. What did the bubbles mean? Threat? Nothing good. Definitely nothing good.
"Ok ok. Let's hurry. I just need to grab onto the boat. That's part one of plan Muku. Then, find Terra. Then go home. Easy. Easy. Easy..."

Well... the pink is encouraging at least, as he remembers the motif of the Gym. So... this seems like the right place. Except there's a wall of sorts. Discouraging... Barriers were never fun in his mountain days, either.
But, there does seem to be a segment differing from the others, so... that seems like a good thing to investigate. See if he can get through that way. He does turn to Serenity, though, apologizing, "I'm sorry, girl. I'm not able to understand quite what you're trying to say..."

The crunch does bring back fond memories of before she was human. She could let it being wet slide for now. It was something that she had to learn to deal with after the change. A note being made about the yellow stuff being very good. She would have to remember that for later, maybe try to describe it to Thel when they met back up.
She stared out at the bobbing thing with a curious expression, until the boat began to rumble. Terra became alert at the sensation. That didn't seem normal to her. Then again nothing about being in the ocean was normal to her. She moved to the cabin door and opened it, looking out into the hall. "What the hell?" she asks more to herself.

Goldsire pours on the speed, nearing the hind end of the bobber. "Weigh anchor!" Comes a hearty yell. "Weighing anchor!" Replies an answering crow, followed by the heavy clunk and clank of a long metal snake slithering up into the side of the thing. Muku reaches a series of metal perches that lead up the side of the whole onto where the people stand.
One of the underlings on the ship leans on the wall across from Terra. When she sticks her head out of the cabin to query on it he straightens up but smiles. Fresh faced compared to some of the others, but still well and tan, he grins awkwardly. "Something wrong?"
Pushing at the pink part, it rattles and moves a little bit. The noise comes from the back side. Reaching his hand over the top, Thel wriggled the metal thing till it comes apart and the piece of wall swings inward. Serenity continues to stare at the boy, before aggressively butting her head against his chest.
About this time, there is a soft squeak from the house and another section of wall opens up, Whitney mounting the porch. "You're that challenger from this afternoon! Nice dress! What's up?"

“Weigh anchor... Why would they weigh the anchor?” Muku asks to no one in particular. Was the anchor the chains? Probably. It was probably bubble related and bubbles meant problems so, so. Shit. With a little pat, she steers Goldsire away from the rising chain. That sort of activity implied that someone was doing something there. That was bad.
Maybe though, it would mean that the other side was the opposite of busy. That would be better. She couldn’t be Muku now, she needed to be a blackbird, sneaky. Screech tactics could only take you so far of course.
Soaked to the bone, she quietly tries to make her way up the side of the ship and peer up onto the deck.
Solid State Liquid Muku had begun.

A bizarre expression is on Terra's face as she turns to look at the awkward grinning one. "Yes." Her tone sounds like that was a foolish question to ask.
"Why is the..." she motions to the structure their in and on. "Why is it shaking and making small earthquake sounds?" she demands in a little less than a calm tone.

Thel caresses Serenity's neck still unsure of what she's trying to get across. It seems important, but... he just doesn't know. "It's... it's okay, girl." It's really not. Terra's gone, Muku went after her, peop,e are after them in general, he's alone...
He turns to Whitney, anxious, tears leaking from his eyes as he remembers what brought him here. "People... they came and took Lady Terra away. Out into the water. Morty helped us when we didn't know what to do... so I was hoping you'd be able to help, too. I'm... I'm sorry if that's the wrong thing to do, and you have better things to do, Lady Whitney... I was just hoping... that something could be done..."

Reaching the top of the ladder, there was much hustle and bustle on the deck. Muku waited for her opening to sneak along. Moving across an open section of deck, stooped low.
Terra's watcher furrowed his brow, smile diminishing to a look of concern. "That's just the engine, how the boat moves. Have you never been out to sea before? It is an amazing thing. The wind wipping past your face, the smell of the salt, the slap of the waves, and the -seafood-! There is a reason people soak food in brine before cooking it!" Declared cheerily.
"It'll actually stop vibrating so much once we start moving. I think we were headed to the Johto base. Isn't quite home, but it's home, you know?"
"I'm not even sure how you found me, but I will do what I can." At the first statement Serenity yapped and again butted at and pushed on Thel. "Out on the water? Well... Let's see... The Harbormaster would know the name of the boats that come and go, and many of them are required to submit an itinerary for legal reasons. If you can remember about what it looked like, and where it was, maybe we can get a lead on it. The police can take care of it from there. Gosh, are you okay? You're crying pretty hard there. It'll be okay, okay?"

"It's all… all thanks to Serenity," Thel says, crouching to rub the Ninetales' neck. "She was the one who was able to find you. I would have been lost in the city without her. It's all so... big."
Overwhelmed, he just... ends up sitting on the ground, next to Serenity. "I don't know... I don't know. Ladies Muku and Terra are gone... and now I'm all alone, and don't know what to do, or even if I'm helping. I was just feeling like I was getting the hang of things, and now there are people trying to take us away, and I'm still soaking wet, and I don't know..." He looks up at her again. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry... I shouldn't be burdening you with my problems. Them being taken, that's important enough. My issues... aren't."

Muku be nimble, Muku be quick. If she gets spotted, shit, shit, SHIT! With as many people as deck as there were now, the only way she was going to get out of this situation was if she could find something close. Maybe even something to hold her until nightfall, who knows. She had reached her destination. Now she needed to not get caught. Stealth Check! I'll spend an AP if I can to make it slightly better. Not sure if I can do that, so if I can't just pretend it's not plus 1 - HO5snPlY2d6+1
Bonus Stealth from Woopie Goldsire. - 2d62d6+1·2d6

A.. boat? That's what this thing was called. What a weird name, she thought. Though she shook her head at the question of being on the open sea. A hand still holding onto the frame of the door. "No. I had no reason to be on this much water," she states in a serious voice. She could only assume that the food she just ate was what he was talking about. She had to admit, it was rather good.
"Moves?" she asks sounding a bit wary, then giving a not too pleased expression at hearing that they would be taking her to another place.
