Both of Mayu's Pokemon recognize that as a bad sign. Omicron emits psychic radiation at the focusing Beedrill, while Sigma turns her fire on it.

None of the Beedrill's attacks are that powerful individually, but together they're starting to wear on Sigma. She grits her teeth and lets loose with what might end up being a final blast of fire.

Omicron stolidly keeps blasting away at the bee Pokemon. Epsilon bristles a little; ignore him, will they? We'll see about that! He adds his own psychic energy to the mix.

Activating Pain Resistance on the second attack, for DR 21. Injury raises Omicron's Init to 15, so will take a second action before the Beedrill go

Omicron's two Confusions take down Beedrill #2, and Epsilon's critical Psybeam practically shreds poor Beedrill #3. From the hollow of the tree come three more Beedrill, followed closely by a slightly larger fourth. While your Pokemon brace themselves to continue the battle, a strange sphere held by the larger of the four Beedrill suddenly begins to glow. It causes the Beedrill to become briefly encased in rainbow-colored stone. When it emerges again, a strange symbol flashes in rainbow colors above its head and its appearance has changed quite drastically.

Boss Beedrill (or perhaps Queen Beedrill?) begins to focus its energy while its minions swarm Omicron and Epsilon.

Omicron may be immune to Beedrill's venom, but the sharp stingers still manage to pierce its hide. Mayu recalls it before it can fall out of the air, and sends Alpha out - right into the midst of the trio. He lashes out, mindful of the strange oversized Beedrill but determined to get the smaller ones off his teammate first.

Alpha can't quite manage to dodge the attacks from both sides, but he manages to blunt most of the force; while the ferocity of the queen Beedrill's attack is surprising, he rolls with it and tries to crack the insectile limb she's stabbing with him with.

Elsewhere, Epsilon flops desperately out of the way and keeps attacking.

Alpha uses Counter! Resists Assurance one step, and the boss loses 36 hp.

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.
