On hit, all legal targets fall asleep. On miss, causes targets to become Slowed and suffer a -2 penalty to Evasion until the end of the user's next turn.
Alei swims closer and tries to place Mayu in a vortex.

Mayu's new Pokemon leap into action! Well, for a given value of 'leap'. Rho awkwardly dog-paddles over to hit Corsola with a fist, which crackles with lightning as it strikes. Epsilon does a little swimmy loop - finally, a fight in the water - and fires a stream of bubbles at the same target.

Epsilon may be resistant to water, but he's small enough that he still has a hard time with the Lapras's bulk. He does his best to tough it out, re-orienting with the psychic blast while Rho keeps slugging away at Corsola.

Mayu has to tap out at last... and unfortunately, she has no Pokemon to replace her. She fixes her attention on Epsilon, who is looking pretty battered - not battered enough to stop him from firing off another Psybeam, but enough that he succumbs to his burns after.
Rho, on the other hand, seems content to just keep punchin'.
