"Oh! Miz Sapphire!" Emil waves, as best he can when carrying Rex in one arm is tricky, and hurries over to her. "I think this little guy is looking for you. He came up to me with a note in his mouth."
Which he hands to her. "Does Ruby get herself into fixes like this a lot?"

Freya smiles, and nods along. "Oh. Yes I did. I've settled with the Psychic branch. Although, it seems I find myself in the same situation. I hold no obligation to the branch, but they have use. Serving our lord makes up most of my time as always. Ooo! I did pick up a newest hobby." She takes, and points to the back of her pamphlets. "Pokemon breeding! Helping, and welcoming new, bright souls into the world will be wonderful!"

Sapphire groans as she reads the note... but she doesn't look surprised. "Yes. Yes she does. She's afraid of heights, I don't even know how she'd get up to the roof in the first place..." She gets up. "Thanks for telling me. I guess I should go see if anyone in the Flying Branch is willing to lend a hand. Or - no, actually, I bet I have something that could help."
She heads outside, and shouts up, "Ruby! What have I told you about jumping onto things too tall to jump down from?"

Sapphire sends Cicely and asks if she can get her wayward sister down with vines, but the Tangela's vine whips prove too short to reach the roof. She calls up, "I'll go see if I can find someone from Flying Branch to help. In the meantime, sit still and don't look over the edge, it'll help with the vertigo."
And she heads back inside to do just that.

Freya gives a small shrug. "Hm. I don't know. I have very little experience, so I hope to learn as I go. It seems so very exciting." She gleefully claps her hands.

Sapphire heads back inside and manages to flag down someone from the Messenger Corps to aid in getting Ruby down from the otherwise inaccessible roof. They marvel at how she managed to reach someplace with no access.

Sapphire suppresses a shiver of dread at the thought that Ruby might be her first impression on people, and offers a more reserved, "Good morning." No, it'll be okay. She knows Emil, and Freya doesn't count, which just leaves... Steph, apparently.

Once Sapphire seems to have the situation in hand, Emil heads back inside - he wasn't sure there was much else he could do to help that Sapphire couldn't do on her own, and big Flying-types seem likely to scare his Pokémon, especially Acacia, who's still curled up in his collar. So he heads back inside to finish his breakfast... and gets busy eating quickly in hopes of avoiding having to answer if Freya starts asking him about Xerneas again.
He waves when Ruby and Sapphire come back in. "Hi, Ruby. See you got down okay. Sorry I couldn't do more to help but my Pokémon don't really like birds."

If she's willing to at least try to use this 'breeding' to learn then she'll be tolerable. Stephanie doesn't say much as Emil sits back down, but she does look back up when Ruby and this apparent 'Sapphire' return. She takes another calm sip of her tea.
"Good Morning. If you are the Sapphire Emil mentioned, I feel bad for you. Keeping track of a sister who began our personal meeting by trying to guilt me into becoming friends with her."
Another calm sip.

Sapphire raises an eyebrow. That... is certainly a greeting. She's not sure whether to worry about what Ruby did, or be offended on her behalf. "I'm Sapphire, yes. And my sister may be a lot of things, but she's not manipulative; that would require a level of forethought she doesn't usually have. She just... does things without thinking about them. I apologize if she bothered you somehow."

Freya waves to the two sisters. "Goo morning! You were late for my morning sermons, so you'll need to be caught up on them. Please eat the wonderful breakfast provided for us. When you are ready, I'll happily go over today's sermon. Here, please read up while I fetch more refreshments." Freya hands the two some pamphlets, and goes to get some more drinks.

Sapphire slumps in her seat, unable to muster the will to defend her sister right this moment. "Thanks, I guess. I don't think I caught your name?" Ruby called her Steph, but she knows better than to assume that what Ruby calls someone is actually what they want to be called.
