After knocking her out and waiting for her to wake back up only to be defiant. She sighs.
"Well it made me feel better for your shitty tricks."
Lia starts pacing.
"Problem was, it was a test. Already know who you were looking for. But you decided to not play along. Or even give me a fake answer."
She turns back.
"But here's the thing. I know who you run with. What would happen if I were to say... keep kicking the shit out of you until your body was as broken as it could be. And then, to mis-quote you, 'turn you over to your superiors and let them deal with the broken failure'. What exactly would happen to an agent who can't fight anymore, huh?"

Lia walks off and seeing the woman completely unaffected by any of this, she decides to just leave the stuff on the ground nearby. She gets some distance and changes back into normal clothes. At this point her team all has injuries, she cant fight anyone. Especially someone she's never beat like Vali. This whole thing has failed.
She gets her team healed up at the center and just heads back.

As Lia is flying towards Saffron on Avitus, the Aerodactyl suddenly banks hard to one side, narrowly avoiding an Ice Beam from behind. Someone or something is attacking them! In mid-air no less! Avitus could probably fight back, but not with Lia riding on him. As she glances back over her shoulder to see what the heck is going on, she spies several people riding atop common Pokemon like Fearow and Pidgeot closing rapidly from behind and to either side. There is also a Cryogonal, that weird, snowflake-looking Pokemon, being used like a turret from the lead rider. It fires again and only by hunkering down and clinging tightly to the riding saddle does Lia avoid being accidentally thrown off as Avitus once again banks hard and dives slightly to evade the attack.
Just then, something hits you from below, forcing Avitus upwards. A quick peek reveals a... Dragonite?! forcing you towards cloud cover in the sky. Ruh roh. Seems like someone wants you pretty bad. What do? Avitus, at full speed, might outrun the birds, but the Dragonite is another story altogether. It also seems to be charging up some sort of attack. You have only seconds to make a decision.

Ok NOW what?! Would this group really just attack her outright in the sky? Either way she needs out of this situation. She's not going to outrun that Dragonite really, and she's unable to do anything herself stranded in the blue sky. She needs to be on foot.
"AVITUS DOWN NOW!"
Lia orders her living fossil to dive straight to the ground, hoping that she can use the cover of the ground.

The Dragonite blasts a Thunderbolt at Avitus as he dives, forcing him to bank and pull up to avoid going into a deadly spiral. Suddenly, Avitus stiffens as a smaller, blue-colored bolt of electricity strikes him. A Thunder Wave. Shit. Avitus suddenly begins to plummet towards the ground. Thankfully, the person on the back of the Dragonite snatches Avitus' Poke Ball off Lia's belt (though how they know which to grab is uncertain) and recall it before it crashes, the Dragonite itself snatching Lia out of the air. Of course, this is no gentle grip, it holds Lia tight, restricting her breathing while the air is already thin from being up near the clouds. She quickly passes out.

An undetermined amount of time later...
Lia wakes up in a surprisingly comfortable bed in a strange, white-washed room. The room is rather spartan, having only a single door and the twin-sized bed in which she currently lies. There is an adjoining bathroom, the door to which is visible from the bed in the center of the room. The other door, presumably leading out, has no visible handle or other method of opening it. The bed itself is a simple, metal frame with plain, cotton sheets. Not exactly luxury items, but not horrible either.
As Lia shifts slightly, she realizes several things. One, her clothing has been traded for a simple robe-like garment, leaving her legs exposed from the knees down. Beneath this, she is wearing plain white undergarments. Second, her hair is much longer and has been dyed? a soft golden-blonde. Just as Lia tries to sit up, she suddenly feels a sharp pain coming from her rear end or somewhere thereabouts. Quickly shifting to her knees, Lia turns/reaches back to see what the heck hurt her. To her shock, she finds it's a tail. A soft, furry tail bearing the same color as her hair. One of nine, in fact. Oh boy...

Lia wakes up with the feeling that SOME time has passed. She wonders what was going on until being assaulted out of the air floods back into memory. She sits up with a start, body quickly flooding with adrenaline until a sharp pain stops her. As her mind catches up, she realizes she's in a very sterile looking room. And as she looks over herself (especially her hair and what's behind her), she realizes what's happened.
Those monsters experimented on her and turned her into a hybrid. They have her. And she didn't even have a chance to make a plan if she gets captured, so it's pretty much over for her.
Her mind races trying to figure out what to do. Hell, what 'can' she do. Her pokemon are gone, she's a freak stuck somewhere she has no clue about, and all at the hands of an organization who found her in a day after she has been trying to find them forever.
She wants to just scream in rage, but what will that do? She just looks over herself for now, trying to figure out everything different while keeping an eye on the door.
