The Poke Tome says it's a Buneary. It's coiled ear can pack quite a wallop when it feels threatened.

The Buneary whirls around in surprise and puts up its dukes... or attempts to. It ends up spinning too much and toppling over after making itself dizzy. It's almost comical when you realize it isn't actually hurt, and just clumsy.

It seems quite embarrassed and quickly leaps back to its feet; this time managing to stay on them. It puts up its dukes properly this time. Apparently it's a little fighter or something.

Yue finds a woman with a weird, green lizard-looking Pokemon. It has a jagged, red stripe across its belly. It "croaks" or something as you approach while she's grooming it. When you say you wish to battle, she says she'll have just her Kecleon (the lizard) fight you, but you can use up to three. She's that confident in her victory.

Kecleon strikes a really awesome pose, but doesn't seem to do much else.
Kecleon used Cool as Ice! It generates 3 Contest Boons. These may be used as a Swift Action on its turn to gain the following effect: Use when declaring an attack (before Accuracy Roll) to gain a +3 bonus to Critical Hit Range for that attack.
