Leanne stepped up to a free dummy taking a few lashes at it with the whip, but this didn't seem like the right training for her. So while she practiced with the whip she asked Clefairy through their link, how she could use her Magical Girl powers.

Clefairy offers up what she knows about how to utilize MG powers. Things like concentration, how her powers are fueled by emotions, the usual type of thing. It sounds kinda complicated as Clefairy explains it, but in practice it's really quite simple.

Leanne took all of Clefairy's advice in as she focused, thinking about what Leon had read in stories about them. One of them being people hearing soft songs from fairies while walking in secluded woods or glades. The idea of hearing the songs of fairies in the forest made Leanne smile, she focused on that idea and feeling and was struck with inspiration saying "Fairy Lyric!" before letting out a beautiful but high singing note, a pink light shining off of her as all the adjacent dummies were hit with some damage, though any person standing around her seemed untouched.

The sudden flash of pink light definitely draws attention, but a quick word from Sorra gets the 'Squires' as she calls them back to the task at hand. She offers Leanne a quick smile as a means of congratulations or approval or something, but otherwise seems no more impressed than if someone had struck a solid blow with a weapon. Then again, impressing her isn't the goal. Practice is. After several hours of this, including Leanne's discovery that she needed a few moments to gather energy between 'pulses' of her magic, Sorra calls a halt to the day's training. Clefairy had been working with Leanne as well, training herself to be able to battle at her MG's side should the need arise. It was hard work, but Clefairy feels like they made progress. Sorra recommends everyone get some rest, as it's nearly dusk now.

Leanne is about to take her advice after the hard practice but Leon reminds her of the reason why they came to the guild in the first place. Leanne remembering that they were there to look for the others and for information, went over to Lady Sorra and asked if she knew if there was a library in the guild or in town where she could go and read.

Sorra informs Leanne that there is a small library within the guild with mostly ordinary titles, but there is also a larger version filled with all sorts of occult knowledge within the Psychic Branch. The Psychic Branch's library is open to all, but requires you to know where the entrance is in order to access it rather than walk through the entirety of the branch hall. Sorra has never had occasion to enter it, so she cannot know where the entrance in question is.

Leanne thanked Lady Sorra for the information, heading back to her room and 'changing' back into her gown. Heading off toward the Psychic branch itself after getting directions from a faceless employee, thinking that she could convince a member to let her have a look in the library.

The directions Leanne was given lead her to an empty hallway. Just as she's starting to wonder if perhaps she was misled, a door materializes in the far wall. It has the character for 'Psychic' or 'Mind' on it. This must be your way in. Gently pushing open the door, you find yourself in a narrow hallway with multiple small rooms on either side. Some of the doors are ajar, and you can see people studying or meditating within. As there are no beds to be seen in them, it's likely these are private study rooms. It makes sense, considering the Psychic Branch is said to be the most introverted and studious of the Guild.
It's almost eerily silent in here, and to Leanne, her normal, soft footsteps sound as loud as thunder in the deafening silence.

Leanne walked along the narrow hall peeking into a couple rooms trying to find someone who wasn't in the middle of studying or meditating, but eventually, the silence started to bug her as she hummed a small tune as she walked along, if only to get quiet the sound of her footsteps.

It's not long before Leanne finds herself in a huge, open room, bookshelves lining the walls. They are organized based on topic, it seems. There are some few who glance up as Leanne enters the library room, but none approach her.

Leanne stayed still for a moment when they looked up at her, looking a bit confused 'I wonder why they're just looking at me without saying anything.' she thought "They might be trying to read your thoughts or speak to you telepathically, but if we share the same brain it won't work. I'm cut off from telepathic signals" he said as Leanne brought her fist into her hand 'That might be it' thought before speaking aloud "Excuse me If anyone is trying to read or mentally speak to me it likely won't work, I'm Mind Locked. I'm sorry to intrude but I was hoping I could access the library here." hoping that stating her intent would let them get back to what they were doing.

Leanne's words practically seem to echo in the dead silence of the library. Most of them seemed to have already gone back to what they were doing already, and appear mildly annoyed that she would disrupt things further by speaking aloud.

Leanne goes forward seemingly unaware or purposely ignoring their annoyance, having given them a chance to speak to her just a moment ago which they had passed up. With access to the library seemingly granted, she looked around the stacks for books about fairies and magical girls.

There are a few folktales about Faeries, or 'Fae' as they are often called, but nothing on Pokemon Fairies sans some speculative stuff that is mostly wrong. There are plenty of tomes on "Magic" in general, as well as an almost equal number of entries on 'Tome Magicks' and 'High Magicks', but these two are for Pokemon. Nothing on the specific subject of 'Magical Girls', it seems.

Leanne flipped through the books suppressing giggles at the incorrect speculations. After scouring all the books and finding no answers Leon sighed "There's nothing here, from these books it seems like there hasn't been a single person who has seen a fairy in a long time, or if they have they didn't write anything about it. Looks like for now we'll just need to let the transformation run its course." he said sounding disappointed as Leanne smiled a bit not unhappy with the idea of longer times out and free.
'Don't be so down about it. We can still battle like this, and the quota's an honor system. So I can take your place in the battles themselves at least, and once we inform your friends about our predicament I can translate. It's like you get to take it easy and ride passenger' she thought as Leon grumbled "Most people like to be drivers of their own body," then said to Clefairy "Is there any of your Kin free we could ask about this or has my family captured all of them?" he asked

Clefairy nods and, through their bond, communicates that her own family are indeed still free, but it'd be dangerous for Leanne/Leon to enter Mt. Moon alone. Clefairy was alright coming out by herself because she is small and knows all the tricks. Leanne is a human, and would be considered easy prey for the other Wild Pokemon. Perhaps once they inform Leon's friends of this, they can all work out a time to travel together for safety.

Leon hearing that reminds Leanne of the other part of their agreement, That she informs his friends that she's alright. Leanne agrees worried that Leon being gone for this long will have worried them. Leanne get's up and reshelves the books she was reading and walked out suppressing the urge to wish the touchy psychics a warm goodbye, just in case she or Leon needed to come back here in the future.
After leaving the Psychic Branch Leanne checked the infirmary, mess hall, and finally the group's branches hoping to find them or at least some sign of where they went.

There are a few workers in the mess hall who might've seen them, but they couldn't afford to pay attention to a conversation between two random people. Too much work to do. Yeah, there were only two people of those that Leanne describes in the mess hall today. The gal with the bow and the guy.

Leon and Leane thought simultaneously both jumping a bit at the overlap "If Alex and Brooke were here, and Yue wasn't...then they may have gone off to find her or me. Since we missed the Lunch meet up. Ask them if they've seen the two of them since lunch time," John said as Leanne nodded slightly looking to the worker "Did you see them around dinner time or did they only show up for Lunch?" she asked
