Mica rolls onto all fours and considered the two pink cats and the tree frog as they frolicked away. That was pretty fun, she'd gotten to play too, but the attention really wasn't there. She crawled into the nearby bush where she's seen something brown slip away.

Donovan got up and walked over towards the Pokemon that the Pokedex had identified as a Froakie. While he didn't know the species well....or at all, he reached into his pack and held out one of his Oran Berries
"Draw the Skitty back over here little friend, I have an idea to make this game even more interesting" There is a slight twinkle in his eye as watches Mica crawl off into the bushes, no longer paying attention to him or the cats

Crawling into the bush, Mica abruptly comes face-to-face with an actually decently-sized rodent, frozen at her approach. It seems like it might want to run off, but instead instinctively hopes that she won't see it. Despite a very obvious ring-shape on its stomach that draws the eye.
On the other hand, the frog seems to cautiously approach Donovan and his berry after a few moments consideration, the cats happily following the hopping. It remains clinging to a nearby tree, though, eyeing the offering, though obviously reluctant to get within tussling range of the Pokémon skattling below.

With a deft flick of his wrist, Donovan threw the berry up to the Froakie before moving forwards between the two Skitty and placing a hand on each one of their heads, channeling his inner Mica for a moment. He quickly started to scritch between their ears before smiling and pointing at Mica and making a pouncing motion. He hoped the cats would understand what he was going for as he stifled a giggle.

Mica is half in, half out of the bushes at this point. Her bottom is wriggling excitedly in plain view, as she knocks her ankles together, soft murmurs coming from within the foliage.
Inside the bush, she folds her arms under her head. "You didn't want to play with the Kitties? Were you scared?"

Without missing a beat, the Froakie's long tongue shoots out and snags the berry from midair. It sits on the tree, just watching over the scene with interest.
The pink Pokémon, meanwhile, indeed go for the nearest moving thing they see now that the Froakie isn't moving. Thanks to Donovan's pointing, that is indeed Mica, and they follow through on pouncing faithfully. Well, one does. The other misses, and goes careening through the bush, startling the furred creature and causing it to try diving under Mica before freezing. The one cat she can see (though she can feel the other one) myowls and starts batting at the thing's large brown tail.

"Butts are not for touching." Mica announces, wriggling more aggressively to dismount the Skitty perched on her hindquarters. "That goes for you too, you're scaring the little flooftail." She addresses the Skitty in the bush, before batting at it's tail with a hand. "See? Do you like that?"

Donovan watched for a moment as the Skitty took off towards Mica, no longer holding back his laughter. He was happy the cats had understood his plan, and went along with it, and hoped Mica was having a good time as well.
Turning back to the Froakie, Donovan still had a wide smile on his face "Now that those Skitty are preoccupied, want to come down? I'll give you another Berry if I have to" He scrounges another Oran Berry from his bag and holds it in his hand, just out of reach of the Froakie.

Cautiously, and slowly so as to not attract attention again, the Froakie begins hopping its way down the tree, stopping at hand level. It peers over at Donovan, staring with bulbous eyes.
Mica can feel the Skitty latching on harder and meowing with what seems like laughter as she tries to dislodge it - for such a light thing, it seems to have a fairly strong grip. The other cat joyfully bats at the hand that had batted at its tail, before getting distracted by that very same tail, where it begins to chase itself around in a circle.

"See? They just want to play, everything is alright. Nobody is going to hurt you." Mica comforts the Sentret softly, tilting her body a little so the little Pokemon can see the Skitty chasing itself. The pink mewling blob on her backside is using it's claws just enough to hang on, pinpricks pushing through the girls jeans starting to get her attention. She gives another long wriggle, watching the Skitty's tail behind her wave side to side and can't help but laugh softly. "I finally have a tail! It's a cute one too."

Holding the berry out, he takes a few steps back "I'll share with you if you come down from there. Actually.." He sets the berry on the ground and begins rooting around in his pack again for a moment, pulling various things out until he had a satisfied smile.
After a few moments, he had a cooking pit set up and started to make food for Mica and their Pokemon. Turning to the Froakie with a smile he motioned towards the food he was making "You're welcome to join us for lunch"
Turning towards Mica he shouted "Mica, I'm making lunch now. Let me know if I should make it for your new friends as well!"

The furry Pokémon peers out from Mica, trembling slightly less as it sees that the cat has gotten fairly distracted. It seems to be exhibiting a little more curiosity itself, looking up at Mica, churring faintly.
Meanwhile, the feline that has attached itself to Mica seems to be having the lime of its life, from the sounds of it. It certainly doesn't seem to mind being a tail.
Back at Donovan, the Froakie seems to take some time to consider, before hopping gently down to the ground, and swallowing the berry. It looks around, before looking back up at Donovan and the hand that had previously held the berry.

This was the sort of life Mica wanted, and craved, just living alongside Pokemon. She felt happy, and fulfilled. Scooping the Sentret in against her chest, she got up into a kneeling position. Careful not to dislodge the passenger on her behind, she kept her movements sporadic enough to keep the Skitty entertained. The ground was hard on her knees, but it wasn't a sensation unfamiliar to her, as she wriggled haphazardly back out of the hedge. When she emerged, her hair was full of leaves and twigs, she was covered in small scrapes, and as dirty as the day they'd met, but smiling brighter then ever.
"I'd love to have lunch... I'm sure the Pokemon are probably hungry after all this excitement too, thanks Donovan."

Donovan tilts his head to the side and smiles, before finishing up preparations on a stew that should hopefully be able to feed all of their 'guests'.
As the pot simmers, the young trainer walks over to his friend, covered in dirt and leaves and Pokemon. With a giggle he starts to run his fingers through her hair, working out some of the larger sticks first. Most of the leaves fall out at the same time, but a few of the smaller sticks take a bit more work. "You know it isn't fair" He says as he's double checking her hair, his hand running through it one more time "You're able to run around and play with Pokemon and get covered in dirt and yet you smell like trees and outside and happiness. And I have to work to smell like flowers" He says with a laugh "I was planning on getting you some floral soap as a gift, but I'm not sure it would do you much good"
Walking back towards the stew, he pats her on the head and smiles "But there, you should be clean enough for lunch now"

The feline clinging to Mica returns with the group, as does the sizable rodent in her arms, but the other cat seems to have exhausted itself chasing its own tail and lazily curls up on the forest floor.
The Froakie seems to tense up and prepare to get out of cat reach, but now that it isn't moving, the pink Pokémon seems to have no interest whatsoever in it.

"Never let a few bruises come between you and a good time." Mica replied cheerfully, but falling silent as Donovan began to comb through her hair with his fingers. She lets her eyes close, and is just still for a moment. This was nice. When he stopped, her eyes fluttered open again. "You don't have to get me anything like that, unless you'd prefer I smelled like flowers. This is why I'm doing my best though, I gotta remember, and to help other people see. It's not about fighting. It's about companionship."

Donovan shook his head "No, I like the way you smell now"
He was quiet for a bit as he finished up the food placing bowls for both himself and Mica, before releasing his entire team and placing food in front of each of them as well. He made sure to put out enough for Mica's team as well before taking the last three and putting them out for the Skitty and other Pokemon that Mica brought with it. The bowl for the Froakie he places a little ways away so that it wouldn't have to get too close to the Skitty.
He wiped his forehead and laughed "When I set out on this trip, I didn't expect I would be cooking for so many! I'm gonna have to pick up a cookbook when we make it to town so that I can expand the variety of what we eat"

"Okay you two, snack break." Mica eased the Sentret in front of a plate of food before turning both hands to dislodging the cat from her backside. "You too, that's enough Micarides for now." She added with a giggle, setting the cat in front of Donovan's meal. "I was really hoping you'd play with my hair a little today. I wasn't really sure what those two grass Pokemon were doing, but it looked like it felt nice, and it did."
Mica had a seat and tucked into the meal.

Donovans cheeks went red before he looked down into his food "Err it wasn't so much that I was playing with your hair, you just had things in it and I wanted to help clean it up"
He cheeks felt warm and he gulped some food down before continuing "Were you...Were you really not sure what those Pokemon were doing? I figured it was kind of obvious when they got so upset that we interrupted them" He asks with some hesitation

The feline Pokémon loudly complains as it gets dislodged, but seems to get over its disappointment fairly quickly. With nothing moving, it seems to settle down somewhat, before getting distracted by food. It seems eating wins out over chasing things, even with a plethora of Pokémon around.
The furry Pokémon and Froakie seem more relaxed now, especially with the cat distracted. It appears that food is something that can bring everyone together - and cause rambunctiousness to quiet down.
