Eve stared at the Amoongus doing nothing. Lea seemed really freaked, too. Aside from Mega Drain, Eve knew that there was still Sludge Bomb, so if it was waiting like this... "Run!" she ordered, flight response taking over, "to the corner of the field!". Hopefully, that would be far enough to avoid whatever the Amoongus had charging. Couldn't be solar beam, which left the most obvious ranged answer out, so here was hoping that it wasn't ranged. Inspired and Agility Training.
There was an attempted aoo by Amoongus somewhere in there.
And then the Bide went whoosh. Oh, so that's what it was. As... anticlimactic as that ended, Eve knew that she would have been in trouble if she had stayed, Issuing another round of critical moment and inspired orders, Eve had Dungeon go in for another Bulldoze.

Amoonguss swings and misses at Dungeon as it quickly escapes the blast zone for it's Bide atttack. Amoonguss tries to get closer, but the foe spent all its time running and outpaced the slower mushroom. When Dungeon comes back, Amoonguss has healed a bit again.
The mushroom throws nasty sludge at Dungeon, hoping to Poison it. (Debilitate is still Bound)

Since Dungeon couldn't dig in this field, she didn't have much other choice but a Mud Slap. Focused and Inspired training.

Amoonguss evades the mud, and does a little spin.
Spinning Dance! A move missed Amoonguss, so it gains +1 Evasion and can shift 1 meter. It chooses not to shift, just spinning in place.
After doing its little "victory" jig, Amoonguss does the unthinkable: it unleashes a wave of fire!

And Dungeon is down! Eve groaned. Even without the Venomoth, she still lost! Less terribly, at least, but still. She couldn't even grind away like she normally would have.

That was a solid hit, and boy, did it hurt. Before Ven could get his revenge, though, Eve tried throwing a Pokeball.

Egad! The effervescent Eve is eventually eve-ten by the enormous Victrevebel. If anyone were to be keeping an eye on her, they would probably have maybe... a few minutes? before she is killed by it. It's vines hold her tight as it stuffs her into its maw, preventing her from accessing her Poke Balls or fighting back.

Was Eve just not paying attention?! Lia hopped off of her ride and rushed to beat the thing half to death to free her. She punches it in the gut, hoping that the force will make it upchuck her friend. Lia Flails vs Victribell (Bonus from Lessons in rage and pain in effect cause Lia is already injured)

Lia somehow manages to pull an Eve and stumbles on a tree root as she rushes to save Eve. She catches herself to avoid falling, but her swing goes wide as a result.
Victreebel tries to put the angry human to sleep. Shhh, just let it eat.
