The icy dragon has trouble with the flames, though it avoids the laser blast. Its Aura flares up, making it difficult for Delta Vespiquen to act.
Pressure Ability - Target is Suppressed for 1 round.
Suppression: Suppressed uses cannot use any Moves with a Frequency other than "At-Will". (This one only lasts for 1 round, so no Saves are needed.)
It then hurls more earth energy at Vespiquen.

Earth Power misses due to Levitate. (GM facepalms at forgetting that)

The powerful fire-type attack easily dispatches the weakened ice legendary. The guy looks somewhat surprised that Kyurem lost so easily, but then he's never seen a rocket bug like that before either. The guy is also very interested in where you got that rocket bug.
Floyd earns 1 Misc XP, 132 Poke XP, and 3225 PYen.

Mentioning interest in/not knowing what his "ice dragon" was, seems to launch the weirdo into storytelling mode. He goes on and on about how Kyurem (the ice dragon) is originally from Unova, and was central to a plot by a man named Ghetsis about 20 years ago. *Insert long-winded explanation of the events of B2/W2*
By the end of his story, whether or not you continued to pay attention to it all, if Delta Vespiquen was recalled, he has forgotten all about it.

After ignoring being screeched at (White Smoke) Ligurio triggers Stat Link as Floyd binds Iron Grit and uses Focused Training. Ligurio then lights up Primeape.
