With the loud, thumping piano ringing out throughout the area, the music suddenly blasts loudly with the words, "GLORIOUS!!" As the powerful orchestration jumps in, the lights focus in on the woman out on stage, arms out, back turned, and a small Buneary on her shoulder. She turns to face the roaring crowd as the lyrics come back in. Jordan soaks it all in with large cocky grin. Cherry places Jordan's signature tiny top hat on her trainer's head, and Jordan struts down to the ring. She smirks, blows kisses to the crowd, and waves with a femme fatale air about herself. As they get to the ring, Cherry hops over the top rope, and rolls into the center with a pose. Jordan then grabs the bottom rope, puts one leg up on the apron, sensually runs her hand along it, pulls her other leg up, and slides in under the ropes. She flashes another sly grin, and poses in the center of the ring with Cherry.
Right as the synthesizer starts playing Faust rolls out, climbing halfway up a curved partition on the side of the stage before pushing off and landing in an exaggerated boxing pose.
He punches the air several times, fists burning and leaving trails of smoke. He turns and raises his hands to crow; waving, grinning and occasionally punching the air as he floats to the ring. Once there he slams on hand down on the edge of the ring, pulling himself up with sheer strength.
He then grabs the ropes and keeps climbing up, finishing with a handstand on the corner pole before falling and rolling into the centre of the ring, coming out of the roll with a double punch, finishing with one fist forwards and one fist back.
Phoenix slowly makes his way onto the stage, his body mostly hidden in a red and black cape. As he steps down to make his way towards the crowd, flames slowly lick at the edges, eating away at the fabric, until there's just enough for him to toss overhead, showering him in ashes as another gout of flame blasts overhead.
He breaks into a dashes after, grabbing the top ropes and cartwheeling into the ring, balled fist held up for the crowd, before taking up his position.
(Revanche's intro and theme will probably evolve as time goes in, but of course, everything needs a base. This serves as that base.)
As the music subtly fades in, distinct in how subtle it seems to be, at first, there appears to be no challenger walking up to take his place in the ring. Yet in the seeming blink of an eye, there's Revanche, stare locked on the ring, stride steady and determined. As he gets to the ring, he leaps up to stand on one of the corner posts, surveying the ring and the audience with his critical gaze. There's a beat, and he pulls his silver dagger from his side, twirling it in his fingers as it shines in the light of the stadium. Then, he grabs hold of it in a solid reverse grip and steps down from the post and into the ring, ready to begin.

Hi there! I'm Seya, a 24 y.o. editor in Atlantic Canada. I enjoy writing, reading, webcomics, art, worldbuilding, and video games (I can talk for ages about SotC and Monster Hunter...). Although I'm relatively new to playing Pokémon Tabletop via forum, I've been putting together sites like this for a long time, and I'm really excited to work with you all to create an awesome environment for Pokémon roleplay. While my job here is primarily to keep the site running smoothly, I'm always happy to chat, offer advice, and deal with any problems you run across. Let me know if I can be of any help. Inbox is always open! Cheers! xx :)
Hello! I'm Sly, the East Coast mod representative! I'm a 22 year old tax accountant who is exactly as exciting as that sounds, I'm sure. PTU is my major hobby, I run several games (of which the Geode games are my pet project), and I read a disgusting amount of fanfiction. I've been a member of the community for about a year, consider myself more GM material than player material, and am dedicated to helping make your time here enjoyable! If there's ever anything you need, don't be afraid to send me an owl! (Or a PM, I guess, if that works better for you.)
Hey there! I’m DataNinja, the West Coast representative. I'm the most active Staff member on here, so if you need something, try giving me a poke first, and I'll see if I can help sort out your problem. Always happy to help!
(1 May 2015): "For our first pack, we’re focusing on utility character options. Hopefully, this will give you both interesting insights into our dev process as we make changes over time and another focused avenue to give us feedback on what you’d like to see out of PTU."
People are out there, yes, but if you're looking for a game, sorry to say that things seem to be winding down overall. There's basically been... 3 games in the last 2 years, none of which got off the ground.

It's very slow, yes. You'll probably finish working on your game before one pops up here, and if you create a recruitment for it you can expect to be swarmed with applicants.

New games seem to open up slowly here, but if new people are still welcome, I don't mind waiting around (or working on my own). It looks like there's some useful stuff to browse in the meantime.

Keep an eye on the recruitment area of this website. They're rare nowadays, but any new games that crop up will show up there. If it's a live game you want though, you're outta luck.

but how else do i find games then?
Nov 28, 2019 6:17:00 GMT
Sounds to me like they weren't a group you'd want to be part of anyway.

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.

Post on the Game Masters Seeking Players page. There are plenty examples there to go off of.
