When Rei re-pins Holly, she's panting and flush in the face from all the teasing. She has a big smile on her face though. Rei holds Holly's arms down and looks at her.
"Now... Now I finally got you ruffian! You may be incredibly beautiful but your wiles do not affect me! What do you have to say for yourself?"

"Your silence speaks volumes, rogue."
Rei moves one of her hands off of Holly's arms and feels alongside her side down to her waist. Tracing a finger, she moves up to Holly's belly and pauses.
"But I know exactly the punishment you require! As you are now my prisoner, I sentence you to the power of my touch. Do you have anything to say beforehand?"

Rei slips the hand down Holly's thigh and gets as close as she was getting earlier. But after a quick touch, she traces back to the stomach.
"Or, I could torture you with a new sensation. A bit more 'up' the body."
She starts dragging her hand and the one finger right up Holly's front in the middle, heading toward the chest. She pauses as she watches for Holly's facial reactions.

Holly squirms and groans at each of Rei's touches. At first, it just tickles. Then it starts feeling really good, and her expression/noises change appropriately.

"Serious time, are you ok with me going forward? I know you said you'd be ok but me trying this before caused you to feel uncomfortable. So I wanna be sure cause I want to make you feel as good as you make me feel."

She leans in for passionate kisses (Partially as a distraction) as she cups Holly's clothed chest in her hand.

Rei sits up on top of Holly, a bit of a seductive look in her eye. She hooks a finger under the connection keeping Holly's coat together, and with a swift motion, undoes it, exposing Holly and her undergarment. She then hooks a finger under the middle of that, and pulls up, looking like she's about to flip it up to expose Holly fully for a moment. Rei then giggles, lets it go back onto Holly with a snap and then boops her on the nose!
She giggles again and gets up, and leans against a nearby tree, looking incredibly cheeky. She turns and rounds the other side of the tree, all the while a huge grin on her face. She makes a 'come over here motion' with her fingers.
"If you'd like me... you'll have to come get me."

Holly takes a moment to catch her breath, then zips through the tree to tackle Rei! "Got you." she says playfully, having left her coat behind.

Rei is shocked at just how quick Holly acts, and leaving her whole jacket behind as well! She's tackled to the ground again, as once again Holly proves that she's not playing around, and would rather catch you quickly! Rei catches her breath for a moment.
"Did you now?"
Rei smiles a bit micheviously.
"Or is it just easier for me to do something like... this!"
Rei snakes her arms around Holly and pulls her close. With Holly on top like this, it's way easier to undo a certain 'latch' now on Holly's exposed back. Once she hears the snap of it opening, Rei giggles. She keeps Holly held close, so it's not 'off' or even has anything exposed yet.
"Now my dear, you have a choice. If you get up, then it's going to fall off. And I'll get to see you. In a 'special' moment like I wanted. Or... well. You could stay down here so it doesn't. But then you stay within arms length of me. And that has it's own consequences."

Holly realizes the full scope of Rei's sneakiness as she feels the clasp come undone. It's somewhat freeing, even if she's gotten used to it. She hesitates for a moment before sitting up, tossing the garment aside and giving Rei the full view.

As Holly hesitates, Rei begins to think up sneaky stuff to do. But she can't think long before Holly goes full bold and just tosses it aside and sits up. Rei blushes hard immediately, not expecting this. She's a little stunned but bites her lip.
