As Tiki recalls her Pokemon and flees the battle with the weird/scary lady, she can hear them mutter. "Perhaps she was not the one then..."
Tiki finds a kid flanked by a pair of Raticate seemingly giving a speech or instructions to a group of kids, all of whom have relatively common Pokemon like Rattata or Pidgey. As he finishes speaking, the rest of the group scatters, seemingly to go do whatever it is they were told to. A few of these children run past her.

The kid shouts "STRANGER DANGER!" and kicks your shin before running off when you instinctively let go. This seems to get the ringleader's attention.

Tiki rubs her shin, and growls at the big kid. "I'm walkin' 'ere!! You're the one trying to snatch my stuff!" Tiki snaps her fingers, and Star takes position in front of her.

The kid himself doesn't seem like he's going to fight, but his two Raticate are more than happy. Seems these are all the Pokemon he has.

Star tries out its' newest technique. Tiki tosses out her Star Tarot card, it floats around Star, and then rainbow colored card duplicates surround Star. One of them suddenly shoots out at the Ratticate.

With that, Joey recalls his last Raticate and throws some sort of smoke bomb at his feet, using it to cover his retreat.
